Log: Takeno and Shinki
Warenaiwa (LM 114) 14:54 EST
Edo (LM 113) 15:54 EST
Takeno and Shinki would run into Edo. Their was a sense of urgency in the message sent to the two. There was an apparent fire in a tall appartment building in Edo. Takeno wold run toward the plume of smoke that could have been seen a mile away. He started to cough as he saw the buidling. It was an inferno. Medical ninjas were stationed at the bottom of the building, and other ninja's would spray water on the building to douse the flames. The building was starting to crumble, and there was reportedly a family of five still inside the building on the top floor. The flames had eaten up majority of the comlex, but the family could still be seen in their window. Their floor seemed to still be unscathed, but the flames were rising, fast. Any sudden shakes, movements, or hits to the building could cause it to cave in. Takeno would create a wall of paper in front of the frontline of the fire department, in case anything fell on top of the medical ninja on the ground, or the ninja trying to douse out the flames.

The fire burned bright. A loud creaking noise, and a giant metal beam flew downwards. Shinki quickly pointed his hand at it. His specialty in Jiton, was probably going to be useful in this scene. He turned to Ban, "Can you try flap your wings to help put out the fire?" "But what about my rain clouds?" Ban said through their mental link. "Oh yeah. Everyone, keep the fire down until you see storm clouds form okay!!!"

“Hey can you give me a boost” Takeno needed to get the family out the building as soon as possible, it was going to topple over. He had no idea how harsh the fire was, however he had other choice.

Shinki created a small platform to raise Takeno up. Another metal bar fell downwards, and Shinki reaches his arm out, suspending it in midair. "Hurry up eh." Shinki yelled up to Takeno. Ban starting squawking loudly. The rumble of thunder of thunder clouds echoes through the sky. Rain started falling. "Good job Ban!" Shinki yelled. The fire was still raging, even against the rain.

Takeno would come in through the window. The fires had started to spread up here. He would look i to the room and saw a man and a woman. He was perplexed. He had heard in the report their were five people in the apartment,

“where is the rest of your family ma’am”

No use. She was out cold. He would put the parents on the platform and continue deeper into the apartment. As he continued he heard ad faint sounds coming from a room down the hall. He burst i to the room. Rubble started to fall. He found the kids. They were stuck in a small space behind a section of wall that had fallen. The flames were starting to lick into the room behind takeno.

“Ok guys stand back.”

the older of the three would cover up the younger ones as paper would fly put of takeno’s sac. It would become a crescent shape, cutting the fallen debris and creating an opening for the kids.
( Kami Seisei no Jutsu ) - Paper Purification Technique

Rank: C
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: Taking advantage of their ability to manipulate paper sheets user would create a crescent shaped weapon in front of them which they can use as to strike their target.

The kids would crawl out of the small space. “Ok now out the d-“

Debris fell in front of the door, blocking their only exit out of the room. Takeno started to panic. The building was on its last legs, and starting to fall. He could feel the building starting to shake. Shit outta luck i guess.

Takeno would grab the two smaller kids in his arm, the larger one on his back. He would breathe in a large gust of air, and release it to create a large opening in the wall. This was the last hit. The building creamed at its supports as it started to come down. Takeno jumped out of the building, children in hand. He looked down at Shinki as he was falling towards the ground.

Shinki raised a hand up, creating a soft platform of Iron Sand. As Takeno fell into it, Shinki lowered him and the family to the ground. Just then, the building started to crumble again. More pieces fell. Shinki let Takeno and the family on the ground before aiming his Jiton chakra at the falling building.

He would look behind him. majority of the medical effort seemed to be done, and the only patients on the floor was the family from before. They looked out of it, but alive and well. Takeno smiled: he was happy to have done something for others. He had started to depart from the sceene seing how the town seemed to have everything under control, when he felt a tug on his jacket sleeve.

"Thank you mister, for your help. And your friend too."

It was one of the kids from the building. Takeno smiled and outstretched his hand, and a paper crane would fold itself out of a sheet of paper. He would give it to the kid

"No worries kid. And if you ever need help again, write me a note, and ill be sure to get it." The crane would start to flap his wings, flying around the kid before returning to their hand. The kid would smile and run off to show his siblings the creation. Takeno would look at Shinki
"You ready to head out? our clones should be wrapping up in Shaohai?"

Returning from []

Storyboard Elements:
  • Investigate and stop the spread of the virus at any cost(Custom - 5)

Alucard and the gang had returned from the market place and bought a trinket that could enhance the earth techniques Alucard would potentially use in terms of giving it an explosive property as well as a damage boost. However, with this completed, the little side quest was done and the trio could return to their previous duties. While there was no reports of deceased rising in Edo - ironically, upon arrival at the coastal landmark it was much like it was last time they were here. All the people concentrated into one large city made from stone next to the sea, an ideal place for the virus to spread in an alarming rate and create more deaths and possibly more of the undead virus carrying walkers that he had eradicated previously in the Samurai capital. Alucard feared that there would already be infected people in this neck of the woods as well since the origin, to his knowledge atleast, was travelling from the west and this was as west he had been so far. They would head towards the rocky walls of the city and head inside. Soon as he entered he was greeted by the city guard, armed with swords and spears pointed towards him like he was some sort of intruder. Their captain asked Alucard;

Oi, you there. Where have you been travelling from?

He started to look rather suspicious and behind him where the townsfolk where wandering around, everything was quite normal there but something was a bit off as if everyone had their attention to something else and tried to hide it. One of the other guards then said;

Captain asked you a question sir.

Alucard thought to himself before answering, could there be some sort of quarantine in this city because of the virus that have already killed thousands? He looked at his two summonings and then back towards the militia.

I came here from the east, by the north sea stream.

The guards lowered their weapons and retreated back in formation, following the captain while one of them remained.

Good for you. Had you come from the west, we would've asked you to leave and resort to violence upon you if you had refused.

As if you could ever stop me.

The guard drew his sword half way, but Alucard pushed his hand back and thus resulted in the blade being stowed again. Alucard entered the city and went out of curiosity, towards the great medical halls. Not knowing exactly were the virus had originated from he wanted to collect some intel and or raw data from one of the capitals out here at the end of the world where he had already encountered a large army by himself consisting of the undead virus carriers. If it had reached this city, he had to know. He only knew the last(presumably) stage of the virus affecting ones body and that was not something that he would wish on after all. Not even his worst enemy. As he entered the medical halls he could scent the obnoxious stench that he had smelled at the great battle against the undead in the Samurai capital. He could then hear the screams of what he assumed were the infected or some other patients. He went passed the security by hiding himself in camouflage, this was not the time to cause a major conflict.

(Meisaigakure no Jutsu) - Hiding with Camouflage Technique
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30 (-10 per turn active)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user after performing the Tiger hand seal to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills. The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. Thus, he could not be sensed through traditional means.
Note: Technique lasts a total of 3 turns

He then sneaked into some of the patient rooms and noticed that people were tied to their beds with a horrible outbreak of pours that seemed to grow uncontrollably out from their entire body, something that was quite similar to the dead he had to seal underground a couple of days ago. While there were nurses and doctors tending to these poor bastards, there seemed to be very little they could do about it. Alucard approached (while retaining his invisibility) one of the doctors who was trying to heal one of the still "alive" victims. The doctor seemed to know both yang release and medical ninjutsu but none of them worked, the former of which had the ultimate healing technique - touch of the sun. Nothing seemed to make a patient better whatsoever. It was truly remarkable what brute immunology this virus had. Nothing worked except total annihilation of it. With this knowledge, Alucard left the hospital with fearing for his common humans and other lifeforms, for god knew where this virus would stop. Only until every single living thing had been a carrier and walking around the dead world until..? What in on earth was causing this wildfire of a killer. Alucard would decloak his invisibility and blend in with the masses and rejoin his summons who both had been waiting for him outside the hospital.

How bad was it? You look like you've seen a ghost or something. Tell us about the situation at hand.
Blazee.
Honestly, i saw ghosts. People are infected here and some of them might turn to these infected zombie carriers too.

They had to put aside their conversation for some other time though, because as darkness started to pierce through the sky and lay before the dusk, there was a loud voice coming from the north west city tower. A force of an unknown thousand strong was approaching the city from the western shore. Alucard and his summons feared the worst and ran outside the gates along the guards from before and a minor squad of militants. What they saw was the apocalypse. Thousands of the zombified icy walkers crossed the water and towards the banks where the city stood.

You two need to do exactly as i say. Blaziken, head towards the town and rescue as many people you can. Akemi, position yourself towards the eastern shore and release your thunder. We're not going to think of any wildlife anymore. Humanity is at stake now.

Blaziken rushed back towards the city and started to run in a circle and aided in blitzing speeds. He would use his speed to roam around in the city and alert people to run for their lives while aiding children and elders to blitz out of the city in an instant, together with their parents or family whomever they were with. He would collect and place as many as he could in the snowy slopes behind the city walls for protection against the imminent horde of evil that was about to invade the city. Akemi on the other hand would jump into the water on the eastern bank and be a battery to flank the incoming horde with lightning attacks that would pulsate through the icy waters and stun the undead or simply destroy their bodies using her devastating lightning attacks. Her sublime skin made her incapable of being dealt damage in recoil even soaked in water. The lightning blasts pierced through the waters and above it, making it the strongest light source there was in the now obsidian sky. The lightning casted a shadow on the incoming horde of infected carriers that approached from the sea. It was no point anymore trying to save the water life anymore. Humanity was at serious stake at this point. Especially the north west side of the globe it would seem.

( Hachimon ) The Eight Inner Gates (Passive)
Type: Supplementary
Rank: N/A
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: The Eight Gates are eight specific points on a person's Chakra Pathway System. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By undergoing intense training, one can learn how to open these gates allowing the user to surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own body. The user opens the gates in sequence, up to the desired gate to achieve its effects. Opening the gates is a fast process and can be done in mere moments up to the desired gate. EIG Masters can do so easily and in a passive way (not spending a move). When one opens up to a given EIG, that opening lasts 4 turns. Opening additional gates upon the last turn of the active opening adds 2 turns. However, there is an exception. Opening the last and 8th gate can only be done for 2 turns, even if the user opens it immediately.
  • (Kaimon) - The Gate of Opening: The user activates The Gate of Opening or First Gate, which is located in the brain. This gate removes the restraints of the brain on the muscles so he can begin to access 100% of their strength. Unlocking this gate allows the user to use the Front Lotus. This gate adds +5 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 1.5x faster. This gate also adds +10 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -5 damage per turn.
  • (Kyūmon) - The Gate of Healing: The user activates the Gate of Healing or 2nd Gate (also named Rest Gate) which is located in the brain. Forcibly increases one's physical strength and temporarily re-energizes the body. This gate adds +10 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 2x faster. This gate also adds +10 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -10 damage.
  • (Seimon) - The Gate of Life: The user activates the Gate of Life or 3rd Gate which is located in the Spinal cord. The increased blood flow turns the skin red. Allows the user to use Hidden Lotus. This gate adds +15 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 2.5x faster. This gate also adds +10 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -15 damage.
  • (Shōmon) - The Gate of Pain: The user activates the Gate of Pain or 4th Gate (also named Wound Gate) which is located in the Spinal cord, lower than the Seimon. Increases the user's strength and speed. May cause muscle tissue to begin to tear on use. This gate adds +20 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 3x faster. This gate also adds +15 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -15 damage.
  • (Tomon) - The Gate of Limit: The user activates the Gate of Limit or 5th gate, which is located in the abdomen. Increases the user's speed and power. This gate adds +30 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 3.5x faster. This gate also adds +15 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -15 damage.
  • (Keimon) - Gate of View: The user activates the Gate of View or 6th Gate, located in the stomach. Increases the user's speed and power. Opening of this gate releases such enormous amounts of chakra that it can cause nearby water bodies to form a vortex around the user. Allows the user to perform the Morning Peacock. This gate adds +40 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 4x faster. This gate also adds +15 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -25 damage.
  • (Kyōmon) - The Gate of Wonder: The user activates the Gate of Wonder or 7th Gate which is located below the stomach. Those who open this gate will pour glowing green sweat from every inch of their body, which immediately evaporates from their own heat energy, creating an aura which people would mistake as a green chakra coating. However, the side effects of opening the gate are that the user's muscle fibers are ripped to shreds after exiting this gate, causing intense pain if anything or anyone touches him. Allows the user to perform the Daytime Tiger without great strain on the user's chakra. This gate adds +60 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 7x faster. This gate also adds +20 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -40 damage.
  • (Shimon) - The Gate of Death: The user activates the Gate of Death or 8th Gate, located at the heart, requiring the user to puncture their chest just above the heart in order to open it, enabling the user to achieve what is described as The Eight Gates Released Formation" ( Hachimon Tonkō no Jin ). Opening this gate will cause the user's blood to emanate a flaming aura of red steam, the so-called Steam of Blood ( Chi no Jōki ) from all pores of their body, hair, and eyebrows. Releasing this gate uses up all of the body's energy while making the heart pump at maximum power. Exceeding the power of every other gate, the user is temporarily granted approximately a hundred times their normal power, far beyond that of the five Kage. Once activated, those who are capable can perform the Evening Elephant and the Night Guy. The side effect of opening this gate is that it comes at the expense of the user's life, causing the user to crumble to ash after their chakra runs out, having virtually cooked themselves from the inside-out. This is unlike opening the other gates, which simply injure or damage the body. This gate adds +120 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 8x faster and allows the user to warp space with his speed.
Note: The EIG users can only open the gates twice per fight, meaning that if he allows the EIG opening to time out, he can only open the EIGs once more during the match. EIG Masters can open EIGs three per battle if the first two uses are only up to 5th gate
Note: Starting with the fourth gate, EIG users begin to feel the side effects of each gate as they time out. EIG Masters don't suffer damage from opening up to 6th Gate, being left unable to move correctly for 2 turns and unable to mold chakra above S rank in the next turn. EIG Masters will feel the side effects for opening 7th Gate and up.
Note: The user cannot use other self powering techniques (such as custom variations of Lightning Armor, Sage Mode, etc) while he has EIG opened
Note: Opening the 8th Gate kills the user at the end of the 2 turns it remains opened.

(Chiratsuki Kaihi) Flicker Evasion - x100
Type: Defensive
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description:
A skill usable by all EIG users and masters, once one has opened at least one of the EIG, he will move at high speeds to dodge, attack or defend from techniques. The ability pertains to movement in the battle field, meaning running, walking, jumping, dashing, etc and its speed depends on the Gate currently opened.
Note: This version can only be used by EIG masters with at least one gate opened

(Raiton: Gian) - Lightning Style: False Darkness
Type: Offensive
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake handseal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

Alucard and the troops rallied against the main hordes of undead on the western boarder and rushed facing them without fear. Drawing his two swords, he would cut through the zombies like a lightsaber cutting through butter. They fought for hours, and realising the army of the undead wasn't diminishing much in their strength while on the other hand the militia was decreasing in combatants in a steady rate as they were being slaughtered, Alucard would fall back. He knew that there wasn't anything he could do at this point but one thing. In the meantime, Blaziken had stopped retrieving people from the city. Loud screams could be heard from inside of it and some guards ran out to inform the militia about what was going on. The restrained undead victims in the hospital had broken free and collapsed on the city from inside and out, infected hundreds in the process.

So, hell has finally returned to the earth. Was i the one who opened its rift again? God, if you can hear me, go **** yourself. I'm cleaning up after you as always.

He would gather up his chakra and infuse the ground with it, causing massive pillars to pile up and destroy several hundreds of ghouls in the process as the pillars, thanks to Alucards new artifact, would be more powerful as well as being infused with the explosive ore.

(Doton: Kujo Joushou Iwa Chuuseki) - Earth Release: Destructive Rising Rock Pillars
Type: Offensive
Rank: A S
Range: Mid-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60 80
Description: This jutsu causes gigantic pillars of rock to forcefully emerge from the ground. This is a even greater scaled Earth Release: Rising Spikes and is large enough to impale a summoning technique.

(Kenja Seisakusha) – Forgefiend’s Fabricator - (Reference)
Type: Artifact
Rank: A
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: N/A (+10 chakra cost to applied technique)
Damage: N/A
Description: The Hangurian Golden Age marked a period of technological supremacy over the rest of the world; the supremacy was enjoyed by many – from the military to the average craftsman. What remains of the Hangurian lore speaks of a depraved blacksmith that fashioned weapons for the Black Ones. These weapons fueled the Hangurian war machine and were hailed as the most effective weapons created in the history of the Freehold. One such weapon, the Forgefiend’s Fabricator, is a type of trinket/charm tool that the wielder can use to focus additional chakra into their Earth-based techniques. Unique to the Fabricator is that it can produce limited amounts of Hangurian Ore into one’s Earth-based techniques, imbuing them with a slight metallic red sheen and granting them potent explosive qualities. The volatile ore can be infused into one’s non-supplementary Earth-based techniques for a bonus rank in strength, or 20 damage for S-Rank and above techniques. The infusion can occur within the same timeframe of the applied technique, counting as a move and an active boost. The explosive qualities of the earth can be initiated either through contact, meaning when clashing with other techniques or obstructions, or simply through the will of the user opting to prematurely detonate them. The explosion is proportional to the size of the technique used, making them rather precarious to use in close range of the user. The Forgefiend’s Fabricator can be used once every other turn.

This caused mass detonations and the pillars would be erect in such a way that they created a corridor for the undead to pass through as their only way of reaching the city. However, Alucard was fighting two battles at the same time. On the other side of the field, the extermination of humanity was happening within the city walls as more civilians fell to the onslaught of the undead. Leaving the army and Akemi to deal with the living dead outside the city he went back on the inside to join up with Blaziken and get an overview of what was going on in there. Blaziken had rushed out a good thousand inhabitants during the battles and focused mainly on children and women. Other than that, there wasnt anything else that could've been done for the city anymore. The entire damn horizon had to be set erased at this point. Using his earth release once again, Alucard would lower the city down 100 meters below the earth. It was lost at this point, but that didn't make this decision easy. Alucard was about to kill every single life in that city, lives that could not be saved.

(Doton: Daichidōkaku) - Earth Release: Great Moving Earth Core
Type: Supplementary/Defensive
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: N/A
Description: This technique grants the user the ability to freely lower or raise the terrain within a specific area surrounding them, in a similar manner to its parent technique, albeit on a much larger scale. The user will slam his hands on the ground which he can then lower or raise the ground up to 100 meters in a large section. The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.
Note: Can only be used twice.

From his back, Alucard would knead his chakra and reshape his skeleton and form a pair of bone wings and flew above the god forsaken city like lucifer, the angel of death. His mind was blank as he looked down on the horrors that were taken place down there. The closest thing to hell. In a symphonic meddle to himself, Alucard uttered the seals.

Rat → Ox → Dog → Horse → Monkey → Boar → Tiger.. I bring you all to heaven. Ascend my children.

Alucard then combusted out a gigantic thin stream of fire that set ablaze the entire city, turning the walls around it into lava that would fall over it and cover it with super heated rocks and debris. The screams would haunt him forever.

( Hone Tsubasa ) - Bone Wings
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The user grows large bone wings from their back which can be used to fly or to defend. The user can also flap these wings and release bone spikes once per turn. The wings last for 3 turns.

(Katon: Gōka Messhitsu) - Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction
Type: Offensive
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames, after doing the Rat → Ox → Dog → Horse → Monkey → Boar → Tiger hand seals. The technique has an enourmous range and can cover a huge area. When it was used by Madara Uchiha, the massive scale of the technique was such that, in comparisson, his incomplete Susanoo seemed small. The main advantage of the technique is that it can be used to burn large areas in an effect in everything similar to a flamethrower.

As the city crumbled to pieces in overitself, Alucard and Blaziken returned back to the front. Blaziken joined Akemi and together they would fight alongside the militia, well what remained of it, while Alucard would fly over the great stone pillars he had created previously and set them afire, causing massive detonations and melt them down into floods of lava that would consume the undead from above using the same fire technique he had used to destroy the city. The ending was near and the final scores of undead were seen far away into the water. Akemi went on a hunt and used her bioluminescence to hunt their bodies and turn them into soaked ash through her lightning release. There were a few blasts here and there under the water that light up the skies but they stopped. Through her mental link with Alucard, she would tell him that the invasion was no more. The battlefield was a destroyed abyss of molten dead bodies and a city that had been eliminated. The forces would join up with the refugees in the ice slopes, the ones that Blaziken had been able to save. Reunited with everyone, Alucard would tell the main force leader to flee south east as soon as possible and warn other nations what had happened here. They nodded and carried on into the icy wilderness. Alucard, Akemi and Blaziken would continue west in their quest to find out the origins of the virus and its potency, but most important, its demise.

After a bit of travel on foot, Chise managed to make her way through the region of Warenaiwa after departing from the Graveyard of Sin not long ago. With a set destination in mind, she takes little time to stop and take in the environment of the region, yet every so often takes a moment to appreciate a few key features that stand out to her to help her identify the location if she happens to return one day. With the intent to arrive where she means to sooner rather than later however, she continues her trek Northward through Warenaiwa.

After a modest travel through a couple of regions starting from the village of Tsumigakure at the heart of the Graveyard of Sins, Chise had finally arrived at the first destination that would offer her a unique experience that'd carry her one step closer to her end goal in her newly begun travel. She occasionally passed a glance over her map, eyeing up from it every so often as if to match the scene to the image displayed, hoping she'd manage to find some reference to help guide her in the right direction. After a few mishaps here and there, causing her to walk in more than a few circles, she was finally welcomed by the familiar bustling of a harbor town along the edge of the Edo region. Chise wandered about somewhat bewildered and slightly aimless for a time, given the regional map she sported didn't necessarily offer her much in the way of directions once she was in a town. She tried to follow what signs she could, stopping to ask for minor directions here or there; often times receiving mixed answers on where to go. With a few delays, Chise finally managed to find herself at the edge of the town, overlooking the Aisu Bay that stretched outward; the bustling of ships docked there with their crews working around, shuffling supplies both on and off their respective boats. It wasn't that she didn't

know that goods were transported this way all around the known world; it was rather common knowledge. Yet she hadn't quite seen it at work on this scale, or any at all for that matter, apart from small fishing boats. She looked around at all of the various shapes and sizes of ship and people shuffling around them, unsure of even where to start.

"Last call for Sister Isles! Mount the cargo, see to the bindings!" Chise's head perked up in sudden interest as she whipped her gaze around to see where the voice had come from. Then, she spotted it; a burly man in a stocky leather coat with a shaved head and scars to count. He held a scroll in his hand, looking it over as if cross referencing what was on the manifest to what was on his ship. Chise glanced down at her map, eyeing the line that stretched from where she stood right now toward a cluster of islands across the bay, a line she had drawn connecting the path she intended to take to reach her final destination. With a resolute look in her emerald eyes, Chise quickly hopped toward the man, stopping just shy of a foot in front of him as she stood timidly at the sudden size comparison between him and her; she standing just beneath his pectorals. She wasn't especially short, he was simply a proper giant of a man by any standard.. She waited silently, hoping he'd take notice of her first given the fact that she seemed relatively unsure of how to initiate the dialogue she had in her mind. After a few moments of silence, she finally opted to perhaps take the first word.. ".. Ah.. uhm.. h-Hello..? I hear you're heading to the Sister Isles?" Her voice seemed hard to break through the considerable bustling of the harbor. Unsure of whether or not the man heard her, she seemed ready to try and speak louder than before, only for the man to lock eyes with her abruptly and drop the scroll from in front of him to match her attention. "Aye. We only venture to the central isle, no point in goin' to any of the others. If you got business there, you're welcome aboard. Just do your part 'n help the lads keep things tidy, you'll be fine." With a blink, she considered the proposition offered to her. She fully expected him to demand some sort of payment from her, or perhaps even flat out refuse her all together. She stood silently a moment as she considered the otherwise generous offer before she saw the confused expression on the man's face from the growing silence and lack of response from her. In a hurry to respond, she perked up in a raised pitch. "y-Yes! Please, I would very much appreciate that." The man stood quietly for a moment before letting out a bustling laughter that lingered a moment before passing a thumb over his shoulder toward the ship. "She departs shortly. Make sure you're on board before that drawbridge pulls in, otherwise you're out of luck, missy." Chise offered a quick nod as she moved to rush past the man before feeling a firm hand land upon her shoulder in a surprisingly gentle yet undeniably concrete grip that stopped her dead in her tracks. She followed up the arm to the man she had just talked to, nervous of what was about to happen. He lifted a brow as he brought his other hand up with a scroll gripped within it, releasing his hand over her shoulder to bring a pen over the scroll. "Need your name and affiliation, missy. Port manifests and travel documentation, you understand." A sudden breath had escaped Chise that she hadn't quite realized she was holding in the first place, relieved to have discovered it was something so simple. Lifting her emerald gaze up to the man, she spoke clearly in hopes of reaching him without consequence in pronunciation. "My name is Chise Hatori of Tsumigakure." The man immediately began to jot down what she had told him, closing the scroll up a moment later and tucking the pen away into a pocket somewhere in his coat before nodding to her in confirmation. With a return nod of affirmation to his own respectively, she immediately turned toward the ship once again and made her way on board without another moment to lose. She stood at the edge of the deck of the ship, looking out over the side as she watched the ship gradually begin to pull away from the harbor, bells ringing and voices calling out orders and references that seemed only really understandable to those who worked with them awhile. The new perspective of the city she had as she departed was something she aimed to take in and remember in as many details as she could until it was out of sight, leaving her to turn her attention forward, waiting for their arrival in the Sister Isles for her to continue the next leg of her journey.

Upon arrival to the docks of the Sister Isles, Chise and Mirabelle shuffled off of one boat only to immediately climb onto another after communicating with a local captain their desire to make for the Western continent at the Edo port. With their willingness to take them, the pair climbed aboard their next ship and set sail for their next destination in their journey.

After docking into the harbor of Edo connecting to the Badlands and the Western continent, Chise and Mirabelle both disembarked from their final ship they would need to take in their current journey. There they opted to rest a spell, replenish some of their supplies before making for the last small leg of their journey on foot; heading south through the region, one step closer to their goal.

Strix had entered the Badlands of Earth with a modicum of interest, wondering what the lands would be like, and how they would have changed in the 2 years since she had been here last. There had been a big development with the city being build, the port harbour being expanded growing a thriving town turning city as the lands grew more busy and populated.

Strix wandered the streets, gaining many looks of strangeness varying from fear, disdain to curiosity. She knew that no one would attack her, the Tsumikage raising a people that would respect outsiders.

Taking a seat in a local cafe, Strix took in the environment and wondered where to go from here. The hostess was shaking as she came over asking Strix what she wanted. Strix almost chuckled to herself but contained it, instead yawning and handing out a few ryo and with a single pale hand from under her cloak, inscribed the word water onto a napkin with a nail. The girl nodded and bowed taking the money and coming back with a jug of water. Strix had taken the water and poured herself some water drinking slowly. The entire cafe was silent, watching her, although she didnt notice. Standing after finishing and walking out she met Khazix down an alley.

Where do we hunt....chk..chk..

We are not here to hunt. We are here to discuss. Nothing else. She added in a serious tone.

We will hunt soon... chk..chk..

Xiaoyu, please tell your other half to be ready to summon us if need be.

Understood m'lady.

Without another word, Strix began walking towards the lands center.

This post marks the beginning of a mission utilizing the following elements”

  • Test out a new weapon (D, Custom)
  • Handle minor preparations (D, Custom)
Finally arriving to Edo, the many city folks immediately identified the Tsumikage. Many eyes watched in awe as the Lady of Sin marched through the city as swiftly as she could onto arriving at the great harbor of the city. Once she was there, she notice several shinobi of Tsumigakure was already present as they started to prepare ships for the voyage to come soon. “Ladies and gentlemen, I truly cant thank you all enough for preparing for the future battle to come. Please, don’t let me slow you all down as I took have my own preparations to handle” she addressed them. With all of them bowing, the returned to their own devices as she looked at the various ships. “Any boat in particular you would like, Lady Mirabelle?” one the dock attendees said approaching her.

She looked at all of them, much of the design honestly being the same. “Ermm…I’ll take that one” she said pointing to the more wooden looking pirate ship. “Oh? Are you sure?” he looked at her as she idly walked towards it. “Very well, I’ll arrange a vessel operator for you and your team” he said running off to look for a captain to man the boat. “Little do they know I’ll be the one sailing it…” she said in a slightly cheeky tone, but instead boards the vessel. As she did, she looked around and it was quite simply an honest pirate ship look alike. She somewhat found it amusing but it was lacking, something. She couldn’t put her finger on it at the moment in time but she simply went into the captains private quarters as she placed all her gear down. Once she was back out on the deck, she walked a but near the end of the front of the ship.

She placed her hand out, as she activated the seal on her palm to summon the Empress Dragon Bow. A refined looking bow made by her own design with the assistance of Paradox. It was only the second time she managed to hold it in her hand. She utilized the blue prints made of Enki, its predecessor as a means to build an even better weapon. She gripped the bow string, pulling it back and releasing it once at the apex. It was tight and firm in her grasp, as the sting whistled against the winds. A perfect weapon for her.

Let’s test this out a bit more…” she said as she started to knead chakra into it, she aimed the bow outwards towards the seas. She channeled her wind chakra mixed with her lighting chakra within it as she drew a one of her adaptive arrows, causing them to change form and become the intended arrows while the bow temp changed as well. She released the bow string, allowing the arrows to be released swiftly and empower by the other seal located on the bow. “Amazing…” she said, now taking another arrow.

This time, she created a replica of her trick arrow, no longer needing the stupid wrist launcher as she placed a seal on the arrow. The arrow is then launched, as it unseals a barrage of kunai out into the water below. She was satisfied with it, as she sealed the bow back into her palm and left the quiver in place.

She sat down as she looked at a map and wondered for a moment. “All preperations for myself is done for the time being…guess a little me time wont hurt” she said as she rested back on the edge of the boat, her Kage hat tilted to block out the sun’s rays above. She also made herself undetectable to any other Hayabusa nearby with her Wujin and Taijin due to her Master Ninja ranking.

Type: Weapon
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: The Empress Dragon bow, a powerful bow that was handcrafted by Mirabelle Hayabusa. Her desire to create a weapon that suites her combat prowess as an archer allowed her to create this weapon. Through the assistance of her mentor, Paradox, a very cryptic weapons master – she was able to finally establish and create a bow that surpassed any of her previous weaponry. The bow itself is rather basic in design – being a sleek black coloration, having a somewhat glass like finish to it . The quiver associated with the bow rests on her hip usually but can be used in any fashion she desired such as on her back. The bow’s design is strong enough to resist one S rank attack or two A ranks before shattering to another technique afterwards. The bow itself is highly focused with its design of combining fuinjutsu and archery into one. These can be found below, with some of it revolving the bow itself and the quiver tied in.

Empress Dragon’s Armament (N/A) – Considered the most basic ability of the bow, is passive in nature and doesn’t require a move slot. Located on the bow and within the quiver are two seals, modified version of the “Lightning Blade Creation Seal”. Upon the user taking an arrow out from the quiver, it is immediately replaced with another in order to keep the user’s arsenal of arrows continuously filled. This allows the user to summon forth any kind of arrow she has access towards, though the quiver itself utilizes unique arrows as well. These unique arrows are adaptive by nature – meaning that they are capable of transforming into any kind of arrow the user might need in combat. This includes special arrows for custom fighting styles etc those allowing for the user to complete have access to their arsenal to the fullest capacity. This also extends to techniques that create chakra based arrows, causing adaptive arrows to absorb the chakra nature of the user and transforming into the needed arrow while the bow itself acts as the chakra bow if any is needed to be formed. The other seal is located on the bow itself, allowing the user to seal and unseal the bow into the palm if needed or to put away when not in use or to avoid someone trying to steal it. This doesn’t cost a move as well, though most at least be within ten meters of the weapon to do so.

Empress Dragon’s Enhancement Fang (N/A) – The secondary and final passive of the bow, located on the golden accents of the bow. This is an empowerment, with a seal that is passively activated each time the user utilizes a technique or skill from the bow. The seal passively siphons an additional amount of chakra from the user (+10) in order to enhance the strength of the bow and arrow. This acts as a means to increase the damage of these techniques by +1 rank or +20 DMG for techniques S rank and above in power.

Empress Dragon’s Comet (D – S) – The first active ability of the bow, in which utilizes a seal marked “energize”. Upon preparing to fire an arrow, the user can activate this seal – which causes an elemental nature or other nature transformation the user has access towards to be released. The seal then infuses the bow with said elemental nature, creating a coating around it. Once the arrow is released it soars through the skies at the intended target. The coating causes the arrow to gain the elemental properties of the chosen nature, that when striking them will react in a way the element normally does (such as fire burning the opponent, lightning shocking the opponent) etc. This can also be applied to Custom Elements or Advanced Elements. D to B rank can be used any amount of times per battle, while A rank can only be used thrice and S rank twice. A rank causes this technique to go on cooldown for two turns before utilizing it again while S rank causes this same cooldown but for three turns instead. Emperor Dragon’s Empowerment damage increase doesn’t apply to this ability. These arrows are fired up to long range, with the coatings being applied at a short range.

Empress Dragon’s Divine Protection (A) - The second active ability of the bow, the user is capable of activating a seal marked as “protection ” on the bow . By activating the seal, a spherical barrier of chakra will immediately form around the user (up to short range). This barrier is laced with sealing scrip all around it, that once foreign chakra comes into contact with it – the barrier forcefully seals the technique into the seal. Once this is done, the barrier collapses afterwards. This ability can only seal chakra/techniques up to A rank (30 Chakra) but cannot be used on living creatures unless it’s a chakra made familiar. Can only be used thrice per battle, with a cool down of three turns.
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 40 + 10 = 50
Damage Points: 80 + 20 = 100
Description: The user charges wind or lightning chakra on the hand. When the hand is pulled back, simulating a string of a bow being pulled, a concentrated wind arrow appears charged. Upon release, the arrow disappears to the eye of the opponent, but actually it turns into several sharper arrows, that travel just a little bit faster than a normal arrow, and hit the opponent's body several times in multiple places. Depending on the accuracy and weapon's mastery of the user, the arrows can hit random body points or specific nerves, arteries or organs, though easily traceable even to a first-tomoe sharingan, after creating the arrow, user can enlarge it with a second layer of chakra. Upon releasing, the Lightning/Wind will combine to maximize the piercing and speed abilities, being so that it is a combination of the two fastest and sharpest elements. The barrage of tiny arrows will increase it's range and speed drastically, while the arrows themselves will be drastically smaller and more piercing.
*Can only be used once every 4 turns, for a maximum of 2 times, given the chakra strain*
*Can't use Lightning or Wind Techniques above S rank in the next 2 turns*
Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive
Rank: B-S (B +1 Rank = A)
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 20-40 (20 + 10 = 30)
Damage: 40-80 (60)
Description: "Robin Hood, Warden of the Common" is the basic technique of the Trick Archery fighting style meant to showcase the style's extreme versatility in usage and effect. Using several already prepared "Trick" Arrows. The user through the insertion of chakra through the fighting styles exclusive launchers and its seal, will be able to release the specialized arrows from it, forcibly launching them towards a particular target once the specific arrow needed is launched. The arrows themselves are capable of releasing various materials centered around different effects in battle but are all considered various forms of weaponry and possess various strengths and sizes. This technique primarily centers around basic weaponry as "trick" arrows, the user will be capable of releasing various weapons as projectiles towards a target with the intent to harm, hinder, or bind. These weapons can range anywhere from a plethora of arrows, to a barrage of swords, to a spiked boxing glove. These weapons however, cannot be elemental and or sentient. The chakra used dictates the overall power of the technique through either the strength of the individual projectile or sheer amount of them. The props themselves are chakra infused, and possess no elemental S/W's being neutral to all elements.

Note: S Rank version can be utilized thrice per battle, A Rank Version can be utilized four times per battle.
Note: Upon utilizing the S Rank version, the user is incapable of performing S Rank or higher Trick Archery techniques in the next turn

Arriving from Here.

It didn't take long for Chise and Ruth to close the gap between the capitol and the region of Edo along the northern edge of the continent. She had traveled this path once before, in fact not so long ago, when she had made her way to the land of Tobusekai to meet up with Mirabelle in her home village. The territory of Edo was fresh and familiar to her, allowing for smooth passage as she made her way deeper into the harbor district, shuffling about with a map and notes clutched lightly at her side. Her emerald eyes lifted as she began to scan her surroundings, occasionally referring to the notes in hand in an effort to match details from what she was reading to what she was seeing.

After a short inquisitive inspection of her surroundings, along with asking a few questions here or there, she finally found her way toward a nearby docked ship that she had been informed was now designated as the vessel intended to carry the Shinobi of Tsumigakure across the bays into the territories in question for the supposed invasion that was underway. Shuffling up across the boarding peer and onto the main deck, she turned her gaze sideward, spotting a single, slouching individual that was hunched back in their seat, wearing familiar attire.. Chise let out a faint sigh as she casually strode to the back edge of the ship, lifting a hand to grip hold of the strap to her baggage for no particular reason other than for an idle placement of her hand; a brow lifting across her expression as she stared at the lazily arranged Kage hat. "Well, glad to see you're hard at work.." She mused with something of a flat, sarcastic tone toward Mirabelle's lax position. Chise knew it wasn't really her place to judge or comment on the activities of the Tsumikage, yet first and foremost the individual in front of her was someone she knew before such a rank came into consideration, and in a far more casual manner at that, making it difficult for her to see the "Kage" instead of "Mirabelle." She sighed faintly before pivoting along her heels enough to turn her attention outward along the main deck of the ship. "I guess it can't be helped, since we have to wait for the others anyway. It just feels wrong not to be doing something right now..."
