[Doton] Earth bending with Detective L

After listening to sensei's instructions, crowley starts channeling raw chakra into his feet while performing five hand seals. After a mere moment he applies nature manipulation to convert it into Doton chakra. After that he releases this chakra into ground below him and applies shape manipulation to make a dragon made entirely of rocks emerge from the ground in short range from him. He then manipulates this dragon to charge at sensei's clone that was running towards him. The dragon hits the clone in chest with strong enough force to make him disperse.​

Advantages |

• Can be used to cause heavy blunt damage.
• Can extend up to long range. range.
• Can be useful in defending and attacking at the same time against weaker water and fire stream type jutsus.

Disadvantages |

• While performing this jutsu cannot perform any other jutsu.
• Weak to A-Rank lightning.

Uses |

Though basically an attacking technique and very strong one at that can be used to defend and attack simultaneously against certain techniques.​

After listening to sensei's instructions, Shikamaru starts channeling raw chakra into his hand and applies nature manipulation to convert it into Doton chakra. After that he slams his hands on the ground releasing all the chakra into the ground below. He then manipulates this chakra and causes a huge volcano shaped structure to erupt throwing out thousands of books from Master Jiraya's hidden porn stash in the air. Books fall around them.​

Advantages |

• Requires no hand seals.
• This is basically a supplementary technique and doesn't have many uses except from the fact that it can be used in wars or sneak attacks at opponents in NW.

Disadvantages |

• As there aren't much advantages, same goes for disadvantages. This technique basically requires prior preparations to set up, so it cannot really be used in a fight.

Description: With the technique, the user can bring up something from deep within the ground by slamming his hands on the ground and manipulating it to forcefully make whatever is contained in it to be expelled upwards. The result of this technique has the appearance of an erupting volcano and can vary in size depending on the users needs

"Now, a technique where you will manipulate your Earth chakra all around your body and call forth a multitude of rocks seemingly grows from you, forming an armor. This can help you defend against close combat stuff, as well as help you make makeshift weapons from it, which can be launched towards the opponent. However, whilst the armor is on you, you can only use Earth. Also, specific parts can also be chosen to cover up, instead of the entire body. Use it to block this."

Minato unleashes a bunch of kunai.

"After that, remember the Stone Golem? Now you will create a bigger one that rises from the ground, and can stand up to 30 meters tall. This is initiated by slamming your hand onto the ground, and the Golem is sustained through contact with the ground or hysical contact with it. It is created in Short range but has a Long range, range. Use it against my clone."

Minato creates a clone that runs towards Sirius.

After that as he sees sensei throwing some kunai at him he releases this chakra onto his body's surface and applies shape manipulation to make a a rock armor around his body. The armor looks as if it's the part of body instead of something worn over.​

• Very useful to defend against kunai and other weapons.
• Can be useful in defending and attacking in close combat to increase damage.
• Can be used to create armor at only specific parts like hands or feet to increase the damage caused by punches or kicks.

Disadvantages |

• While performing this jutsu cannot perform any other jutsu other than earth jutsus.
• Weak to A-Rank lightning.
• While can defend against certain techniques and weapons, to attack using this technique user has to be in very close range with opponent.

Uses |

Lots of uses as covered above. One that I missed above is that rock can be used to form earthen weapons.​

After that he slams his hands on the ground releasing all the chakra into the ground below. He then manipulates this chakra and causes a huge golem made from rocks to arrise from the ground.​

Advantages |

• Requires no hand seals.
• Can be used for defense against large scale techniques and attack to cause blunt damage.
• Despite it's large size golem is quite fast.

Disadvantages |

• Weak against A-Rank lightning.
• Cannot perform any other technique as long as golem is mobile as user has to provide chakra to control it.

Uses |

Quite a useful technique as evident from advantages.​

Description: The user releases a burst of earth chakra from all over his body. As he does this, a multitude of rock seemingly grows from his skin, forming a large, dense armour or rock much bigger and bulkier than the users original size. The armour can be manipulated and used to create extendable weapons to strike a target with like rudimentary swords or hammers. The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.

Description: The user creates an even larger, much stronger version of Earth Release: Stone Golem Technique. However, unlike the smaller version, the user creates this stone golem solely from the ground. In order to do so, they slam a hand on the ground and manipulate it until a giant warrior hewn from stone has taken form, which then can be controlled so long as the user continues to keep in physical contact with either it or the ground. Naturally, they must continue to fuel the technique with their chakra. While the height of the golem can reach up to 30m, it has a capacity for moving quite fast that belies its hulking stature.

"Two more similar techniques coming up, so we'll just cover them together. The first is the stronger variant of the Light Weight Rock technique, where in this one through physical contact, and using Earth chakra, one can make something's weight virtually zero. The other variation is a stronger version of Added Weight Technique, where through direct contact, the user can increase something's weight up to 100 times its original weight, and also add some force behind attacks. Pretty simple."

Analysis |

Well this technique is stronger version of light weight rock technique. As that technique decreased the weight of an object by ten times, this one decreases the weight by 100 times which should be zero. But as shown in anime and manga that it isn't zero but still the weight decreased by this technique is much greater. This causes a great increase in speed but at the same times the damage is reduced extremely as well. Description says that damage decreases by -40 if it is used to boost the speed, that means that B-Rank taijutsu attacks won't even matter anymore as they won't cause any damage. And A-Rank attacks will cause only 20 damage, but again this decrease of damage comes at great increase in speed.​

• Can be used to decrease the weight of an object up to hundred times.
• Can be used to make user extremely light increasing his speed exponentially.
• Can be used to decrease weight of huge summons.
• Can only be countered by one other known technique.

Disadvantages |

• User has to make physical contact with the target, which can be difficult.
• Technique in itself causes no damage at all. And if used to increase speed, decreases damage greatly.

Uses |

Not many uses as this is more of a supplementary technique. But covered in advantages.​

Analysis|

This is stronger version of added weight technique. It can increase the weight of anything by 100 times. This can make a person or a summon almost paralyzed. Impossible to move with the increased weight. Opponent will need to counter this technique and that can provide chance for next attacks. Can be used to increase the blunt damage caused by attacks. If it is used to increase weight then the speed is decreased greatly almost impossible to move. But if it is used in only some parts like onoki used to increase weight of his arm to fight that clam, the damage can increase to +40.
Thus though slower than usual but, A-Rank techniques will have 100 damage and S-Rank will have 120 damage.​

"Now, for the last Earth technique, and also one of the strongest techniques around. You will form three hand seals, and slam your hands onto the ground. This allows you to cause two massive sections of the Earth to arise beside the opponent and close in on them, aiming to crush them in between. These sections of rock dwarf the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path in size. It can only be used twice though. Use to crush this!"

After listening to sensei's instructions crowley quickly starts concentrating raw chakra in his hands while performing Tiger → Ram → Rat hand seals. He then applies nature manipulation to convert this chakra into Doton chakra.
After that as he sees sensei creating a huge beast of water running towards him, he quickly slams his hands on the ground and and releases all the chakra into the ground. He then applies shape manipulation and causes two huge sections of earth to arise on both sides of the water beast and manipulates these sections of earth to crush the water beast between them.​
