By releasing the great volume of chakra stored in her forehead at once, the body's cell division is forcibly stimulated by proteins, reconstructing all organs and all tissues making up the human body. The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division. If this technique is used, a body whose vital organs are so gravely injured that it cannot bear it any longer will be instantly restored to its uninjured state. As long as Tsunade has chakra it is impossible for her to die by any means, as such she gains a form of "immortality" throughout the duration of the technique.
Okay Onoki's technique work by him focusing and trying to control someone molecules to simulate molecular combustion or dispersion. I believe that Tsunade and most likely Sakura immune.
First of all Tsunade said she can't die in battale so long as she has chakra in her seal.
Onoki, uses his chakra to manipulate molecules.
So this is how I see it, if Tsunade get's traped and she activates her yin seal the technique would be ineffective, (but it would leave her naked). Why you ask?
Because I dont think her regeneration extends to her clothing unless, it is organic or is a part of her transformation technique...
And because how can he control the molecules inside of her body to obliterate her when she is controlling them to heal herself, and he can't overpower her because he chakra is much stronger, and her chakra control is much greater than his.
Also because you go say that cells and molecules are different, molecules are found in cells, cells make up the body, the yin seal controls cells, Tsunade uses it to keep an youthful appearance everyday (probably by reversing the ageing process on her cells) and she uses the CR and SOH Technique....
SO what I am saying is that Tsunade is the strongest Kage and she is immune to Jinton.

Jinton destroys the entire body immediately so there is not a chance for her to even start healing IF her whole body is destroyed by it. If she is only grazed by it or loses a limb she can still survive.
