It wasn't that impressive because Deidara could flip over a creature as big as the turtle island when hitting the strongest part in its body, the shell, with C1. CM2 Sasuke tanked C2 attacks which were stronger than this C1 [

Manda II was strangling a turtle, who can't fight back and has no shell on his neck, in contrast to the part Deidara used C1 in, which did. In Naruto sense he just did a perfect way to counter the force. One was the compression of chakra shrod, making physical attack useless. And the other was the tactic he used, via tail stab on ground. Which act as break to not make him move anywhere. So I fail to see how this concludes, even when bigger, doesn't validate it having any strength.

Your not being honest with the explosions. Please tell me how this "c1" you claim(if its even c1), is much weaker then the "c2" that was fired at Sasuke. Your simply downplaying Manda II feats. In fact Manda I has shown better feats when Kabuto already classified it being much better and every aspect.

Lets not overrate Manda II to this level now. It's not taking on Perfect Susanoo, not a chance.

-Yeah, Hashirama did that, but then got that hand and the other five obliterated by PS's second sword swing, if Manda reaches up to wrap around PS and restrict it, it swings its blade and bisects the snake. Also, Doton or Muki Tensei using the ground isn't going to stop Perfect Susanoo's sword swing when it cuts through Mountains, don't be ridiculous. What strength feats has Manda II even shown that justify him restricting PS completely? None. His best is wrapping around Turtle Island, which isn't even strong.

-Since Manda has no hands, I'm assuming that this is for Doton and Muki Tensei to replicate...lmao..not sure if serious. Kabuto doesn't have Doton on the scale to hold Perfect Susanoo back when its physically capable of cutting distant Mountains with its sword, same goes for Muki Tensei. This all assumes PS sits there and waits instead of attacking.

Also, this isn't beating PS, this is holding it off.

Not to mention this is Sasuke, which means his PS can wield Enton Blades, making catching the blade impossible now.
