saw me? unlike chidori raikiri is capable of much more then chidori alone, it is the enhenced form of chidori which gained its name cause of its ability to cut lightning (thus the name lightning cutter or lightning blade), chidori which appears to be white with blue bolts, raikiri is blue which is a sign of a much more mature lightning chakra and better chakra control, it differs from hand seals aswell, u can see with less hand seals it is more quicker to perform it (though this means it requires greater time to master) get it?
