okay now a thunder cloud is a Cumulonimbus cloud, which a dense cloud that generally doesnt let light pass, formed in various shapes, the cloud is generally formed in very cold area, where suddenly lots of heat is formed and rises in the sky, the lightning is formed in the center or heart of the cloud, due to excessive friction of cold and warm air, now u need to make a cloud that would summon lightning from the heavens itself >_> so im certain this will take time
idiot! you need cool and warm air current flowing, the probability of you getting the suitable environment is totally random so u must learn to change the environment, lets say an instant way is to use rain but then again u need a lightning cloud for this, so think properly
