The latter jutsu reminds me a bit of the Mind Trick in the Binkan clan, it causes techniques to miss. The primary difference between Force Mind Trick and this one is that, your opponent will become aware that they are off the mark. Nevertheless it's still effective.
As for the first one, that was originally a jutsu I was going to submit for a custom of mine but the primary jutsu was declined so I left it out. The biggest downside to this jutsu, however, is against dojutsu/sensor type shinobi. I'm not entirely sure with chakra sensors if they would precieve the fact that the illusionary clone created has no chakra. However, those with enhanced senses (basic five) such as Inuzuka, Sound hearing active, Gami taste (potentially), dojutsu (definitely Sharingan and maybe Byaku and Rinnegan), and tactile based sensors will fine themselves with an easier time detecting this illusion as this is purely visual.
