I made a few edits and a newer jutsu for the style over the last 2 days. They aren't fully finished, but these are the rough drafts I have so far anyway.

Drunken Monkey Style: Monkey’s Feigning Uppercut Hebereke Seiyuuki Youshiki: Seiyuuki's Gishi Appa-katto
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user, after standing in the Drunken Fist position (with the hands held in front of the user, slightly bent and palms facing to the user), drunkenly throws a punch, narrowly missing the enemy’s head. He then loops it behind the target’s head, and pull forward while seeming to stumble drunkenly backwards, falling. As he falls backwards and the target’s head get’s pulled forward, the user extends his leg quickly, hitting the target in the chin with great force.
*Can only be used twice*
*Can only be used in Drunken Monkey Mode*

( Hebereke Seiyuuki Youshiki: Seiyuuki's Gishi Appa-katto ) - Drunken Monkey Fist: Monkey’s Feigning Uppercut
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user raises his arms, moving them in a drunkenly manner, triggering a genjutsu as he drunkenly throws a punch, narrowly missing the enemy’s head. As he does this movement, the genjutsu takes hold, triggering the Drunkard's effect, inducing the opponent with intoxication like effects, blurring his vision and giving his face a slight burning effect as his balance is disturbed and he staggers. With his opponent visionally "blinded", the user then loops his arm behind the target’s head, and pull forward while seeming to stumble drunkenly backwards, falling. As he falls backwards and the target’s head get’s pulled forward, the user extends his leg quickly, hitting the target in the chin with great force, ending the genjutsu's effect.
Note: Can only be used three times with a one time cooldown period
Note: After using, the user cannot use a Drunken Monkey Fist genjutsu that utilizes the Drunkard's effects next turn.

Drunken Monkey Style: Idiot’s Stupor| Hebereke Seiyuuki Youshiki: Hakuchi Soushin
Type: Offensive
Rank: C
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 30(+10 to user)
Description: The user drunkenly swings his left leg slightly in front of him (he swings it to his right) while throwing a punch towards the face of the enemy, losing his balance whilst doing so, causing him to fall forward. As he falls to his left, he head butts the enemy in the stomach, causing them to double over. The user, who by then would have hit the ground, then raises very quickly, once more head butting the enemy, this time in the chin with great force, causing him to fall backwards. The user is then left with a small headache from the drunken, accidental head butting.
*Can only be used in Drunken Monkey Mode*

( Hebereke Seiyuuki Youshiki: Hakuchi Soushin ) - Drunken Monkey Style: Idiot’s Stupor
Type: Offensive
Rank: C
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: Inducing the opponent with a genjutsu, the user begins moving his body, swaying what appears to be uncontrollably. As he does this, the genjutsu takes place, causing the opponent to see a separate sequence of acts. The opponent witnesses the user moving his arms to throw a dark powder into their face, making them believe the user has thrown a hallucenogenic into their face and mouth, triggering the natural human response to gasp and gag, as they target begins to feel intoxicated, staggering and having difficulty performing swift and complicated movements (Fuuinjutsu, Genjutsu, Medjutsu, Kinjutsu, etc and more than 3 seals) without fumbling over them. As this intoxication kicks in, the opponent's surroundings begin to swirl and spiral around as he sees the user attempting to sing and dance. In actuality, the user strikes the opponent with a swift spinning backfist into the opponent's neck at the base of the spinal cord, causing a muscle spasm to occur as he falls to the earth, landing on his face quickly. However, the opponent sees this as the user drunkenly getting booed off the stage and throws a bottle at the opponent, hitting them in the head and causing them to fall.
Note: Cannot be used in consecutive turns.
Note: Can be combined with other Drunken Monkey Fist illusions at the sake of an additional jutsu per turn to be performed at the same time, however the user can only use one other jutsu that turn should this happen.

( Hebereke Seiyuuki Youshiki: ) - Drunken Monkey Style: Misleading Tails of Deceit
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: N/A ( 40 )
Description: The user raises his arms into the Drunken Monkey Fist basic stance, both palms raised in front of him, slightly bent and facing inwards towards him as he begins to sway and stagger around. He then begins to move his right fist outwards as if attacking, but suddenly lowers his back, pivoting on either of his feet, changing positioning as he does so. As he pivots, he then twists and ends in a separate direction, essentially performing an arcstep, or half-step, as he moves. This evasive movement is ideal for escaping a close attack or a projectile, depending on the size of said projectile, and placing the user in a more advantageous position, using the wild movements to confuse the foe as to where he is moving. The user is also able to use this alternatively, raising his arm to intercept an attack as he steps in, minimizing the distance it has to travel and absorbing the impact as he spins outwards, dropping low as he does so, kicking the opponent in the calf muscles, causing him to fall, using the opponent's momentum against him. Using this method, the user is able to absorb up to B rank taijutsu attacks, or taijutsu that contains up to 30 chakra points, and use that force in a lower body kick.
Note: Can only be used 4 times if used to absorb impact and reflect back onto opponent, much like the Jutsu.
Note: If not used to absorb impacts, it can be used up to 8 times.

Drunken Monkey Style: Captain Morgan’s Uprising|Hebereke Seiyuuki Youshiki: Teichou Morgan's Boudou
Type: Offensive
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 60 (-15)
Description: The user, after drinking very strong alcohol, becomes very drunk and charges large amounts of chakra to his arms, strengthening them, which he holds out in front of him in the Drunken Monkey starting position. The user will then suddenly fall backwards, swinging his arms behind him to catch himself and swinging his legs upwards, kicking the enemy in his chin, and then quickly boosting himself in the air from his arms, landing with one foot in front of the other. He then immediately stumbles forward, and uppercuts the enemy several times in the chest and face as he/she rise from the “upper-kick”. As the drunken punches are thrown, the user continues to stumble forward, causing them to rise even further. The user then strikes the enemy with a powerful, uppercut sending them several feet into the air. The user then falls forward, but catching himself by his forearms and using the momentum from falling to flip himself over his head into the air, upside-down. He then catches the enemy almost as if by accident, wraps his legs around the enemy's upper body, catching them. The user then drunkenly and, once more if as by accident, twists over in the air, and lands with one of his arm across the throat of the enemy, causing great damage to his neck and the other shielding his face as they hit the ground hard. The user is left slightly disorientated from hitting the earth and vision is extremely blurry, making it hard to make out incoming projectiles and attacks further than mid range from him during the next turn.
*Can only be done once*
*After using, the user’s balance will be thrown off on a level that the user can’t focus and/or stand straight enough to perform jutsus higher than A rank for three turns*
*Can only be used in Drunken Monkey Mode*

( Hebereke Seiyuuki Youshiki: Teichou Morgan's Boudou ) - Drunken Monkey Style: Captain Morgan’s Uprising
Type: Offensive
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 80 (-15)
Description: This jutsu is arguably one of the hardest techniques to react to or keep up with due to the strength and ability put into it coupled with the fact that it is a combination of both the Monkey's Prank and Drunkard's style. The user charges large amounts of chakra to his arms, strengthening them, which he holds out in front of him in the Drunken Monkey starting position and activating an illusion. The initial illusion is that of the Drunkard's style, swiftly giving the opponent a strong sense of intoxication. Suddenly his vision becomes blurred, and everything in sight starts to spin as his head throbs from the high intoxication. Along with the blurring of the eyes, the target sees the user's every minute movement with afterimages and trailing copies, thus affectively halving the tracking speed of enemy, or seeming as if the users speed doubled. In conjunction of the illusion the user will then suddenly fall backwards, swinging his arms behind him to catch himself and swinging his legs upwards, kicking the enemy in his chin, and then quickly boosting himself in the air from his arms, landing with one foot in front of the other. He then immediately stumbles forward, and uppercuts the enemy several times in the chest and abdominal area as he/she rise from the “upper-kick”. As the drunken punches are thrown, the user continues to stumble forward, causing them to rise even further. Due to the user empowering his arms with chakra to gain extra strength, the barrage of punches to the torso would break bones and leave fractures in the place of contact. During the initial attempt to kick the enemy in the chin whilst falling backwards, which would already be very difficult to keep up with, the user casts another illusion, but this one is a Monkey's Prank. As the kick is on its way, the enemy suddenly sees an entirely different sequence happening. The enemy sees the user miss the kick like a drunken idiot, flipping backwards and stumbling to his feet before going for a failed rush attempt. The user rushes at the opponent, tripping over himself and throwing wild, aimless punches, though in reality the user does the unique set of precise attacks.

I don't mean the wording of the jutsu, I mean the sequence itself. Plus, you over-explain some portions. There isn't a reason to include the part about halved tracking speed, etc because it is in the CFS description itself as something all Drunkard based illusions have. Also, the tying and merging of both style's seem sloppy done here. It could be better done by creating a double "layered" illusion, creating both from the initial start of the illusion. While one could be broken via chakra surge, it'd require an external source of chakra or large amounts of pain to break them both, which is more beneficial than this one, casting one illusion after the other. If the sequence is interrupted, it makes the rest of the illusions useless.

All that for a C rank technique? Doesn't seem fitting. The whole spitting powder and intoxication effects do not fit the technique whatsoever. I do like the rest of the genjutsu, though. You should remove the powder.

I find the motions of this jutsu a bit confusing. As for the jutsu itself, I'm not sure if we can have no chakra, Scorps introduced the idea that taijutsu requires chakra, and he doesn't seem to approve non-chakra tai. But I might be wrong, I don't submit that many tai customs. Regardless, this is a good technique, as is, for the effects it has, and, other than that first confusing feint punch, it frees your hands for ninjutsu. But I don't think it's a good tech against nin itself.

Better! Again, chakra problm. Then again, I might have only noticed this today. The previous techs seems to be chakraless as well. Well, it's great, I love wasting no chakra.

Idiot's Stupor, like you said, doesn't really flow together well. The main idea was to create the effect of being highly intoxicated and prevent advanced actions from this intoxication since heavy alcohol intake can cause one to lose focus easily. C rank is indeed too low, but I didn't want to make it an A ranked illusion as it would be more taxing and restricting. Maybe B rank can work, though the powder part will have to go, I actually cant remember why I included it at all.

Misleading Tails is mainly an evasive jutsu, ideal for moving in and out of taijutsu attacks while still attacking if need be. The idea is when an attack is launched, we lean back and, having stepped forward with either foot, pivot on that foot and rotate 90 degrees to face the side of a foe, catching them off guard. The latter part is aimed for taijutsu that are chakra enhanced and are directly taijutsu linked, not thing like Leaf Dragon God. It wouldn't be ideal for ninjutsu usage because, well, it's not a viable defense for them lol. I have to clarify and reword it, of course. This was just me getting the idea down on paper. :3 I still need to edit the last one more, as it still contains references to actually drinking alcohol.

And about the taijutsu, Scorps approved most of my taijutsu attacks I created that don't use chakra. The ones that must contain chakra are the ones that state in the description things like "the user charges chakra to his legs and etc".

Okay, so I updated the jutsus I posted above some more over the last few weeks, just wanted to wait until my break was fully over before I posted them.

As he does this movement, the genjutsu takes hold, triggering the Drunkard's effect, inducing the opponent with intoxication like effects, blurring his vision and giving his face and upper body a slight burning effect as his balance is disturbed and he staggers from being seemingly impaired. With his opponent visionally "blinded", the user then loops his arm behind the target’s head, and pull forward while seeming to stumble drunkenly backwards, falling. As he falls backwards and the target’s head get’s pulled forward, the user extends his leg quickly, hitting the target in the chin with great force, ending the genjutsu's effect with the opponent left unconscious.
Note: Can only be used three times with a one time cooldown period.
Note: After using, the user cannot use a Drunken Monkey Fist genjutsu that utilizes the Drunkard's effects next turn.

( Hebereke Seiyuuki Youshiki: ) - Drunken Monkey Fist: Karaoke from the Monkey King's Palace
Type: Offensive
Rank: C
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user begins by moving his arms drunkenly, while appearing to stumble. As he does this, a genjutsu takes place, causing the opponent to see a separate sequence of acts. As the Monkey's Prank genjutsu kicks in, the opponent sees the user drunkenly stumbling around while drawing a bottle and attempting to sing into it as if it were a mic. In actuality, the user moves and strikes the opponent with a swift spinning backfist into the opponent's neck at the base of the spinal cord, causing a muscle spasm to occur as he falls to the earth, landing on his face quickly. However, the opponent will sees this as the user drunkenly throwing the bottle at the opponent after the user seemingly hears the opponent booing his singing, hitting them in the head and causing them to fall.
Note: Cannot be used in consecutive turns.

( Hebereke Seiyuuki Youshiki: ) - Drunken Monkey Style: Misleading Tails of Deceit
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user raises his arms into the Drunken Monkey Fist basic stance, both palms raised in front of him, slightly bent and facing inwards towards him as he begins to sway and stagger around. He then begins to move his right fist outwards as if attacking while stepping out, but suddenly lowers his back inches from the earth, pivoting on his left foot, changing position as he does so. As he pivots, he then twists and ends facing a separate direction, essentially performing an arcstep, or half-step, as he moves. This evasive movement is ideal for escaping a close attack or a projectile, depending on the size of said projectile and situation, and placing the user in a more advantageous position, using the wild movements to confuse the foe as to where he is moving.
Note: Can be combined with Drunken Monkey Fist and other illusions at the sake of an additional jutsu per turn to be performed at the same time through the initial movements. If done like this, the user cannot use any genjutsu of S rank and above next turn.

( Hebereke Seiyuuki Youshiki: ) - Drunken Monkey Fist: Graceful Dance of the Monkey King
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user uppercuts the enemy while leaning backwards and extending his right leg, kicking him in the groins as well, triggering an illusion of Monkey's Prank to begin. As the first two strikes land, confetti from party poppers pop into and fill the target's vision, causing confusion coupled with pain. He then turns his right hand over (palm facing outwards) and hit the enemy in the stomach as he leans back forward, headbutting the target at the same time. As these attacks land, the distracted opponent will hear a loud and massive gong being struck, and the sounds of a marching band loud nearby plays, furthering confusing their sense of sound. As this happens, the user stumbles forward and behind the enemy. He then falls forward, swinging his right leg backwards as he does so, hitting the enemy in the crouch once more. As this kick lands, the opponent's clouded vision clears to reveal a monkey standing dressed as Michael Jackson, holding it's groins in a pose as fireworks erupt in the background, as the genjutsu ends. As the user hits the ground, he rolls forward and rises.
Note: Can only be used three times with a one turn break.
Note: Can not use a Monkey's Prank based Genjutsu next turn.

Names arent final lol.

The first one casts a genjutsu, so it needs to have a chakra cost.

Love the last one.

I still don't understand the Tails of Deceit. What exactly is an arch step? Do you have video support of the motion or similar?

It's similar to kaito's Half Step jutsu, I suppose. For example, you start facing North. You step out with your right foot and pivot on that foot and end up facing West. When I was learning Kenjutsu from Keotsu, he detailed it as arc stepping, something that's stuck with me lol. With the step, we'd lean backwards and effectively move under and to the side of an attack, using the wild movements as a medium to perform a DMF based genjutsu with it, if that makes more sense.
