as i said this is atricky battle eiher of them could win, nonetheless it wouldnt be an easy battle for them, i just give the edge to obito because he can phase whatever sasuke thows at him

Well I respect your opinion. But if this is Adult Sasuke then there should be no doubt who the winner is though. His range and cool down may have improved with mastery over the rinnegan. But theres no way to no that. So I still say 17 yr old Sasuke wins. Wont be easy of course.
