Chapter 700 sasuke? He would neg Obi wan kabito any day. Now if you said the sasuke during the kaguya fight, obito takes that high diff die to kumai weapons and sasuke not being used to his rinnegan.

The tricky part is that Sasuke has to get him with the first usage of his rinnegan technique. If he fails, then he most likely won't bypass kamui.

Well to be fair it's been stated that sharnningans can resist genjutsu. However, itachi still placed sasuke under genjutsu multiple times with his EMS. Even kakashi fell victim to it, from that notion I do believe a superior eye can place an eye if lesser power and status under genjutsu
but if the person behind the other eye has a strong enough will and power they can beat back the superior eye (see sasuke against itachi in part two), rinnegan u mastered sasuke could possibly solo glance obito but mastered rinnegan sasuke would solo glance obito. Many people would probably ask how sasuke beats he kumai weapons, pls be reminded that sasuke van use susano as an extension of himself. Sasuke can still crossbow the kumai attacks, also don't forget ameterasu and kagetsuchi. Sure obito could try to kumai snipe sasuke but amenojikara pretty much takes care of this.
