Sasuke's rinnegan genjutsu is not mugen tsukuyomi. We have seen genjutsu resisted by lower dojutsu, for example sasuke's rinnegan resisted IT which from a higher dojutsu

Sasuke also dispelled tsukuyomi an MS technique with 3T. There is more evidence to suggest that sasuke's genjutsu can be resisted by the closest lowest dojutsu to it which is MS/EMS.

I also never said sasuke couldn't win. Also I don't believe there was ever a manga scan showing a dojutsu predicting kamui or any other dojutsu technique for that matter.

Well to be fair it's been stated that sharnningans can resist genjutsu. However, itachi still placed sasuke under genjutsu multiple times with his EMS. Even kakashi fell victim to it, from that notion I do believe a superior eye can place an eye if lesser power and status under genjutsu
but if the person behind the other eye has a strong enough will and power they can beat back the superior eye (see sasuke against itachi in part two), rinnegan u mastered sasuke could possibly solo glance obito but mastered rinnegan sasuke would solo glance obito. Many people would probably ask how sasuke beats he kumai weapons, pls be reminded that sasuke van use susano as an extension of himself. Sasuke can still crossbow the kumai attacks, also don't forget ameterasu and kagetsuchi. Sure obito could try to kumai snipe sasuke but amenojikara pretty much takes care of this.

Sasuke was able to over come tsukuyomi in their final fight. Madara is an experienced genjutsu user yet sasuke was able to resist IT. Given this why wasn't sasuke affected by IT?

You overestimate sasuke's abilities, Amenotijakara can't be used more than 3 times before it goes on cool down

With both eyes kamui users can attack and stay intagible. Kakashi did this against kaguya U_U

Obito also has susanoo so amterasu/kagutsuchi is useless, obito is a sensor type he will sense amaterasu long before it is launched.

-DMS Obito with Rikuudu Chakra is technically unbeatable, due to the fact that he can go intangible if anything come close to him and wrap instantaneously with twice the speed, and it will take even less time to wrap a small thing like someone's Head.

-Combine it with the Fact that Obito can spam Kamui all day due to Senju DNA/Rikudu Chakra.

-So i'll say it again, Nothing can counter DMS Kamui no matter how powerful. Even if someone forms clone, Obito would just wrap away their heads, and i don't think a clone's head can do much in a Kamui dimension.

-Plus Obito can Eject anything out of Kamui dimension at will, so any unwelcomed guest will be thrown out.

-All of Sasuke's power will be useless against Kamui.

-The Only thing Sasuke can take advantage off is his Swapping ability.

-Sasuke's eye goes on Cooldown after 1 swap proved from manga (i can link pages if anyone wants)

-Combine it with the fact that Obito is cunning enough to feint an attack (like he did with danzo's body guards) to make Sasuke waste his Swaps.

Again there isn't really anything Sasuke can do other then wait out the moment for Obito's attack.

The important thing that people here forget is that chap 698 Sasuke had 8.5 tailed beasts. Without it, his PS is nothing. Indra's arrow won't be that powerful. DMS Obito would neg diff that cripple.

Obito already admitted inferiority to the full power of the rinnegan. And Kurama mentioned Sasuke having Hagoromo level proficiency with it.
