1. The description says it crumbles so it does not revert to mud.
2. Nothing is instant in our rp except for ST techniques. Its very fast though.

My own question though.
-What if I want to combine multiple mudshot with fire? How do I go about it?

if you wanted to set multiple mudshot alight you would first need to perform the mudshot justu and then would need to know how to produce katon charka and able to use fire to make the mudshot set alight I think this justu is a great example to use and is function is to use with earth justu(even know its for dragon earth bullet)

Considering you are the one spiting the mudshots, is it realy a good combo that you spit the mud shots which is many on its own then after spitting it, you change your chakra nature to fire and spew fire?
I need you to think of a more reasonable way.

sorry sensei, you could make a shadow clone and make them gather doton charka and perform the mudshot justu and as the clone is about to fire the mudshot justu you could gather katon charka and make a tiger handseal and exhale a flame breathe that sets all the mudshot alight adding more damage to all of them

Good. Note that you can also first create a wall of fire, then you spew mud, making them pass through the fire and they thus get coated.

Next, channel your chakra into the ground beneath you and make a portion of earth rise that conveys you as you ride it like a wave.
