When Naruto saved Sasuke, he was able to see things differently, things that he missed. He wants see the world in a different light anew, because before he walked in the darkness. Then Sakura without any sense of logic again, thinks about her own feelings instead of listening to what Sasuke was doing for himself because he needed to.

The selfishness for her feelings for Sasuke are one of the most pivotal pieces of her character, it really shows how one dimensional her thinking really is, it's completely pathetic :lol

There was nothing wrong with her acting on her feelings and asking to go with him. Having a traveling companion is not a bad thing, it's the opposite. Sasuke was about to go on a redemption journey, if anything she wanted to help, which is why Sasuke said his sins are not her's and she should wait till he is back.
