She's immensely ignorant and completely inept at understanding another person's drives, ambitions, their motives etc. She habitually fails to understand everyone around her throughout the series.
Prime example would be her fake confession to Naruto, her belief that he was trying to get Sasuke back for her sake alone.

Another would be the time Naruto was learning Wind Release and it took Sai... SAI of ROOT to explain things in a way for her to comprehend and understand.
She's emotionally retarded in ways that far exceed the boys, which is... saying a lot.
She also offered to leave the village (more than once) if only Sasuke would take her with him. She doesn't actually put the village high on her priority list, she doesn't ever make the hard choice for the sake of the village... she's a selfish **** who is devoted to improving herself for attention of boys to prove something that matters... what?

When under normal circumstances, Sakura is level headed. Characters tend to deviate from their normal personality traits when a special party is involved (ie a lover or sibling). Kishi has never implied or stated that Sakura is a normally brash, or impulsive person; this only applies when under the effects of Sasuke.

No because she cannot make unbiased decisions. She might even desert the Hokage post for her Sasuke- kunn. She has no sexual control and she is just not strict enough to run the whole country. A character with too many flaws does not deserve to take the Hokage seat.

1) The world was becoming in peace, the fighting had stopped, the Shinobi nations were united, rather than fighting against each other like before.
2) You are forgetting how Tsunade had a big gambling problem, and owed alot of money to numerous people. She was well known as a gambler, and was also known to use jutsu to make herself look different ages to fool people as part of her gambling.
3) Wow you actually mentioned Sasuke wasn't in the village, as if you don't know why.... this isn't the beginning of Gaiden... we all know Sasuke was on a mission to save the world. In fact you contradicted yourself, trying to force Sasuke to stay in Konoha with his family would be selfish considering as a Shinobi, and as the only one with the Rinnegan to do stuff , Sasuke needed to be out of the village...so he could handle things. ..
It took Hashirama alot to kill Madara, Hiruzen didn't step up good enough to stop the Uchiha massace, Tsunade kept Sasuke, a missing-nin off the wanted list for years because of Naruto. Naruto decided not to kill off the crap ton of Shins who had ME which could be stolen, and used against Konoha, matter of fact Naruto above all else couldn't kill Sasuke no matter what happened...
She'll betray the village if sasuke sama wants revenge on naruto about something. They would still get fodderized together though (without Bijuu chakra ofc)

And Sasuke used the Bijuus chakra to overpower Naruto because they were evenly matched before. By the way, Sasuke only used 2 of the Rinnegan's techniques against Naruto, Amenotejikara, and Preta Path.
And the Kyuubi specifically pointed out how he couldn't use Preta Path to it's full potential because he was new to the Rinnegan.
Also, the mode Na ruto was in is made from chakra of all the Bijuu. He used In all up during that battle, and never had I replaced hence never using it in The Last, Gaiden, and the Boruto movie.

Reread chapter 695 - Kyuubi Avatar = PS, PS Chidori = KA Bijuudama, etc. Both Naruto, and Sasuke matched each others moves, and neither of them showed any exhaustion.
It wasn't until Sasuke took portions of the Bijuus chakra that he overpowered Naruto. If they were even as soon as Sasuke took the Bijuus chakra, then Naruto wouldn't have been getting owned until he received all the natural energy above ground. Nature energy is combined with the users chakra to create Senjutsu which further powers the user up. Naruto was then able to match Sasuke again hence Double RS = Indra's Arrow.

Yeah, and was Sasuke going all out when he said that? No, he was never out of breath. He was warning Naruto, if he was really going all out them he wouldn't have calmly stopped to warn him.
And yes, Sasuke took the Bijuus chakra to overpower Naruto which would force him to go all out sooner, hence Naruto deciding to get ALL the natural energy above ground. Sasuke was fully confident on being able to defeat Naruto even before he got the Bijuus chakra, and never showed any sign of losing. Naruto was being naive, and not taking things seriously at first so he didn't go on the offensive.

You think power is more important than skill. That's not always the case. Masashi restricted Sasuke to keep him from killing Naruto within a few panels.
Ever notice how Sasuke conveniently didn't have his Sword for the Final Battle? Gaiden Chapter 6 shows Swords can harm Naruto, Sasuke's Sword easily pierced through his body, now go take a look at the first few pages of chapter 695, Sasuke teleported behind Naruto, and hit him with Chidori, If he had his Sword then he could have pierced him through the head or heart for an instant kill instead of using Chidori, and Naruto would be dead.
