She's one tier above her. which is minuscule given the power scaling of the NV.

Both Obito, Madara and Black Zetsu shown the ability to literally reach into people's bodies. Even Naruto does this with no visible damage in the movie.

I never tried to excuse it being a surprised attack. We've literally seen Black Zetsu restrict both Naruto and Sasuke. One of which had to free the other.

Using Iruka as an example is terrible.

And yes. If Naruto's guard was down he would be a victim of Black Zetsu as well.

Yeah, but touching Karin isn't hard either seeing the chains are to small to bind or capture Sakura and from what we've seen, Karin has terrible reaction feats. Remember Spiral Zetsu.
