Those guys are near the end of their life, yet they are still at it like they are kids.

yep not call, no text, she would blow up your phone and you would ignore it, let it go to voicemail. the 5 years was on and off wasnt it?

and she would continue to try to get in touch with you and could never understand why you wouldnt just tell her what was wrong. she would ask you "are you mad?". you get pissed if she asked that?

you explain to her i need space to think and she took it waaaay too personal..

Both I guess. About half of psychology is philosophy.

I dont think anyone can fully "get over" a past love. theres always going to be that little part of you that will miss him/her.

depends what you mean by "getting over" if you mean move on then yes people can fully move on from their past but if you mean regrets then no i think in any break up theres always regrets. i dont agree people will always miss a past love or past relationship that has gone bad.

Love is caring for the other person in a relationship. I think when adults "love" each other, yet get angry at each other and have no compassion or grace, they are only acting out of self interest, therefore, it is not love to begin with. Love is not what you personally can get from another person. It's about how you can serve that person. Love is patient, kind, doesn't boast or falter. True love comes from effort. You can't wait for "the one" to bounce into your life one day. All love is a struggle, but it is worth the effort.
