Sasuke is Itachi brother so that how EMS works, if Itachi was alive then he get Sasuke eyes which turns to EMS.

You can't do that the process for EMS is MS + MS.

I don't consider it to be borrowed power since EMS sasuke does not have anything Itachi had for example the Totsuka and Yata or the Tsukuyomi.

Amaterasu and Blaze release was feats that Sasuke's eyes had originally when he awakened the Mangekyou Sharingan after learning the truth about Itachi.

EMS is just a regular MS, the only difference is that EMS doesn't have the side effects from the over usage. Meaning the "eternal light" as Itachi stated.

Exactly and nothing else. EMS=Eternal light with more overall control over its abilities and nothing else. Kakashi had PS with Obito's eyes and chakra so its not a EMS exclusive.

Kakashi credited being able to use PS to the lingering Rikudou chakra. PS in MS isn't normal.

Its a combination of two eyes to receive eternal light. Sasuke did not receive any of Itachi's abilities like tsukuyomi or the totsuka blade or the yata mirror.

the abilities are not what I was referring to...if EMS was still MS then there would be no need for a fusion...

I'm sorry but, i can't see anything different between MS and EMS besides the permanent light and the stress from over usage.
As of now, the only difference i can see between the two dojutsus is that EMS haves a more overall chakra control over its abilities. I don't see new features that EMS Sasuke haves over MS Sasuke except for more control over his eyes and its techniques.

Doesn't really matter where they are, That scan alone states EMS is more than simply gaining Eternal light.

It's only logical that if you Ms + Ms your overall ocular powers increase, Along with your ocular techniques and so on.

I didn't say they gain the previous eye owner techniques and arsenal, only chakra.
