With Nen you can focus the aura to part of you're body to block a strong attack or you can use it to make you're attack stronger.
With Haki it's basically the same thing by hardening a part of you're body to block or attack.

Although Nen has a lot of abilities that's just one of them.
Basically Nen inspired Haki.

DBZ characters can sense presence of ghosts and other creatures. They can also see ghost. You act as if Goku is ordinary fodder human from Bleachverse. Goku is far superior to any creature in the HST. Saiyans are mighty warrior race

Zoro doesn't have sharingan. Sharingan exists in NV only. Nobody knows what happened to Zoro's eye. Many people think he's become blind in fight against Mihawk

Not necessarily, Goku and the others can see spirits and dead beings no problem so they should be able to see Bleach characters.
