When doing crossover fights they should really be considered the same because it would make things more consistent and less confusing tbh.

And they all have the same concept - internalized energy used for attacks.

Ki and Chakra seem the same, but DBZ characters Ki seems more "potent" than Naruto characters chakra. Also they have a bigger capacity in which they can hold more energy(Chakra/Ki).

Ki is metaphysical, though it is dependent on the physical prowess of the user. So Ki can increase with the growth of the user's own strength

Chakra is a mixture of spiritual and physical energies, and I believe it can not necessarily increase as there have bene no indications of such. The 8 Gates imply that there are a finite amount that is stored and can be accessed.

I do not know any information regarding Reiatsu

Haki is solely dependent on the Willpower of the user. This is clearly different than Chakra or Ki
