Do you think that Sasuke has surpassed Itachi?

Unfortunately, you cannot say ems > ms therefore sasuke has surpassed itachi, when in this scenario its a seasoned ms user and an inexperienced ems user. There are many tools out there and the sharingan can be considered a tool. Just like any other tool its usefulness goes hand in hand with its wielder. Zetsu " an expert with a stone can still beat a novice with a shuriken".

Anyway the kabuto fight showed us that sasuke is still lacking in areas. He hasnt fully surpassed itachi

sasunoo is the trick, not sure if sasuke can beat itachis i am not sure who wins if both go sasunoo but as long as they dont sasuke wins but if they go sasunoo i say its a draw

Sasuke also has better amaterasu i doubt he can beat itachi's tsukuyomi though

Of course. Sasuke's superior dojutsu pretty much nullifies everything in Itachi's arsenal. The gap in intelligence isn't as large as some claim either.

And plus if they were to 1v1 Sasuke wouldn't even have EMS since those are Itachi's eyes he's using.

Itachi could've owned sasuke he let him win. If Itachi's sword can stretch far enough to seal away Orochimaru then i'm sure if he wanted to he also could've sealed away Sasuke with him your arguement is invalid

No, and he never will because Itachi is way too intelligent. Even with EMS Saskue is still unstable. Itachi on the other hand even with just MS and sickness he would outsmart Saskue because Itachi knows how to use his Sharingan tools while Saskue just spams them.

Actually, Sasuke is using his EMS jutsus skillfully. Hes using them often only becuase he can, thats only logical. Look at Edo Itachi - when he isnt ill and his chakra reserves arent the problem, hes also "spamming" with his MS.

His Susanoo is up longer due to his stamina.

His Amaterasu is better.

His intelligence isn't as far off from Itachi's as people make it seem like.

Yea well sasuke has more stamina and a better amaterasu over all though i can't say he's surpassed itachi

We dont really know if it was full powered Tsukuyomi. Still, Itachi himself said that Uchiha with Sharingan should be able to break that technique. Now, when Sasuke has EMS Im almost certain that Sasuke would be able to break it.

Itachi most likely held back but he was still surprised Sasuke was able to break it, and that was with 3-Tomoe, now he has the EMS so I think he can break it now.

Yea with EMS he could, but not every Uchiha with a 3 tomoe sharingan can break it, cause I think Obito said that Sasuke never broke through his tsukuyomi that Itachi only made it seem that way.
