A jounin was able to beat him with nothing but taijutsu. Tsunade is a Kage who uses taijutsu + she cannot die in a battle. Of course she can take him down.

Honestly? I'm sorry, but your logic is trash.

Kisame doesn't really have durability feats. He got blasted by a Lariat just the same as Sasuke. The damage and impact was near the same.

Meanwhile, Jiraiya's taijutsu blinded and blitzed a Pain Path, who are way above Kisame in taijutsu.

No durability feats? First of all, Sasuke got hit by a V1 Bee and look at the damage dealt to Sasuke - - He's completely knocked out.

Kisame on the other hand tanked a skull V2 Bee lariat and unlike Sasuke he was

While dodging Bee's raiton infused pencil, Kisame says " " Even I, implies he's durable, and he knows it.

And don't make me pull up the scans where he tanked Gai's hirudora and was still able to move immediately after and also breaking out of Yamatos mokuton by shere strength without receiving any type of aid prior to that.

As far as your comment goes about Pain being far above Kisame in taijutsu...don't be so sure. Kisame has a 4.5 in taijutsu according to the databook, meanwhile base Naruto (3.5 in taijutsu) was able to briefly scrimmage with Deva Path when his sage mode ran out.

Again, killing Kisame with taijutsu of anything short of Gai's caliber is ridiculous.

I'm sorry, but his logic is not trash. I hope we can agree Tsunade is stronger then Guy. If we go by A > B > C logic she is stronger then Kisame too, however she has no counter against some of Kisame's jutsus so she isn't stronger.

But still, Kishi gave her higher stats, so maybe he thinks Tsunade is the superior fighter.

We can agree on Tsunade defeating Gai under certain circumstances, but that's besides the point. A>B>C logic is trash. Why is it trash? Because it doesn't apply to Naruto and shouldn't be used as reasoning to why X defeats Y. 6 Paths, Sasori, and Shelke all called him out on it. That says something.

Kishi gave Sakura higher stats then Rock Lee, maybe he thinks Sakuras the superior fighter as well? :|

A > B > C logic in Naruto and in the japanase mythology:

The world wide game "scissors, paper, stone" originated from China during the Eastern Han Dynasty (25-220), invented by the warlords of that period. Except instead of paper, they used the open palm symbol to represent cloth, so it's "Scissors, Stone, Cloth". The game reached Japan in the early 1640s and one variation of the game was the "Slug, Snake, Frog" variation. In this variation, the Frog is afraid of the Snake, the Snake is afraid of the Slug, and the Slug is afraid of the Frog. This is influenced by the Sansukumi way of thinking where it keeps the three objects in a deadlock. The fact that the Sannin use these three animals as summons may be the author hinting that there is no stronger one among them, and that their strength is more or less equal.

And why can't be Sakura stronger then Lee? She did a good job against Sasori, who is like 100 times stronger then Lee.
