Jiraiya also has no way of getting out of the Water Dome. Sure he can use his summons, but just understand that Kisame fused with Samehada still has the elemental advantage over toads, in which he can swim faster and breathe under water. Kisamehada also has sensory abilities so if the toads decide to split up and go in opposite directions, Kisame only needs to follow Jiraiya as there is no way for him to hide.

Kisame wins high diff.

You're right about one thing, Samehada nor Kisame can absorb senjutsu chakra. They can't absorb chakra unless its visible (Bijuu cloak, lightning armor, ninjutsu, etc.) Where Preta Path is able to absorb chakra right out of ones body through physical contact regardless if it's visible or not.

The thought of taijutsu (that is no where on par with gated Gai) killing someone as durable as Kisame is laughable anyways.

The thought of taijutsu (that is no where on par with gated Gai) killing someone as durable as Kisame is laughable anyways.

Kisame doesn't really have durability feats. He got blasted by a Lariat just the same as Sasuke. The damage and impact was near the same.

Meanwhile, Jiraiya's taijutsu blinded and blitzed a Pain Path, who are way above Kisame in taijutsu.
