All I can say, is that right now, the level of strengh of naruto is unclear. We will be the true extend of his power in the next manga, since he will have to put everything he got to defeat pein.

I know some of u dislike the fact that naruto doesn't have his own justu, but that's the role of a sensei to teach you all the technic he know and the role of a pupil, the ameliorate them.

Naruto will develop his own jutsu, I'm sure of it, but most likely, it will be in the next ninja war. With this new jutsu he will be as feared, is not more, than his father!

naruto can't have all the jutsu mentioned here i.e. j-man's jutsu, kakashi's or 4th's. he has some of it, mastered some of it and still working on others. all of them have different type of chakra type means it have different type of jutsu. if naruto have all jman's jutsu, he should be hokage now. ex: j-man's hair, i think it was from his clan, so naruto can't do that. kakashi has 1000 jutsu because of his sharingan, naruto doesn't have one.

imo, naruto surpassed them in some point:

kakashi: i think wind rasengan is more destructive than chidori
j-man: naruto perfected the sage mode (i assumed) by having no wrinkles
4th: he perfected and combined his wind + rasengan with in days
