Wind Rasengan is a forbidden jutsu and he cant use it when he wants to... well people think in Sage mode it has been perfected... By the jutsu he was cutting the mountain by.... I hope he has perfected it... But its not the jutsu he was using to cut the mountain...

The only thing he has surpassed is Adding wind element chakar to Rasengan... But Im sure kakashi Jman and the 4th could also do it if they used a Shadow Clone....

Didnt the third say to prichimaru that power is not found in the number of jutsu ou know. or something like that. Naruto may know alot of jarayais jutsu but we havent seen it yet, but thats nto what makes him strong. Naruto is a clever ninja, when in battle, and he gets better with each fight. and now in sage mode he took out one path of pain like it was nothing. no one else has even come close to that, So I say that he is more powerfull, while in sage mode

Ok, he has an HUGE chakra level, bigger than almost anyone, and surely bigger than Jiraya's, Kakashi's and Yondaime's. However there's one "little" thing...
NARUTO LACKS EXPERIENCE !!! Jiraya, Kakashi and Yondaime had many many battles while Naruto had only a few... he's still a child when you compare him to the other three.

All I can say, is that right now, the level of strengh of naruto is unclear. We will be the true extend of his power in the next manga, since he will have to put everything he got to defeat pein.

I know some of u dislike the fact that naruto doesn't have his own justu, but that's the role of a sensei to teach you all the technic he know and the role of a pupil, the ameliorate them.

Naruto will develop his own jutsu, I'm sure of it, but most likely, it will be in the next ninja war. With this new jutsu he will be as feared, is not more, than his father!
