You're going sideways on this one, pal. They always look for their allies not because of their inability of doing all the mess by themselves, but because of sharing the guilt. An unilateral attack to any country is a very serious thing, and right now they're dealing with some other internal heavy stuff. But have no doubt they can easily vaporize any country you could pick on the globe. even at the cost of their own annihilation. They have enough Nukes to light another Sun.

It's all about the money, people. Simple as that. You make a war, a country gets destroyed. It has to be rebuilt. Who will help that country? The companies. Which companies? Oh the ones that dictated the offensive country to attack the now destroyed country. Then these companies further support the economy of the offensive country.

If you think that the one who decides to make a war is the president of the U.S. then you have to think again.

Also, if the country that got destroyed has some kind of natural wealth, oil , gas , you name it, then some companies will be happy because it will fall into their hands.

I've grown listening to ppl talking about how mighty United Sates of America are and how developed they are compared to the rest of the world (Japan, Germany & South Korea not included, of course) and just a few minutes ago i was checking a thread talking about the U.S military funds and how big it is.
I love America though i don't live there, but seriously: does America REALLY need such an enormous amount of money wasted on military R+D? Which country would be crazy enough to attack them? They have the most advanced army in the world, the second one in manpower....then again: why is that amount of money necessary?

well.. war is what America needs to stabilise theyr economy. You know the history.... they did it in second WW and now they're after the oil... you can't be rich only by printing money and making loans. You have to dig it... but I think that America couldn't handle the war.... Asia is growning and have theyr own allies .. the ones that don't struggle that much
