Well Doffy was injured.And Luffy had help from Law and CO.

Doffy is stronger than Luffy but not by much.

Lets not forget that Luffy had to go through some strenuous battles BEFORE even getting to Doffy. He'd used up a great deal of energy just getting there while doffy just sat there.
