Kaguya Ōtsutsuki can one-shot the world with Mugen Tsukuyomi. Madara and Obito can too, but that's an Ōtsutsuki power, not an Uchiha power, so it doesn't go to the Uchiha clan. So, Ōtsutsuki are the strongest.
