LOL . How long have u been reading manga for? Its read from right to left for the last time. The scan which shows Obito and his chains comes before the one where Minato is alone. Besides FTG doesnt require seals.

I'm not particularly interested in the thread considering how many times it's be made, but while I'm on a Minato thread is he a known sensor? Which means is he known for being a good Sensor is there a scan of someone saying he's a Sensor because I need to update my personal knowledge on Minato.

Who even said that... You're making implications based off my facts. I doubt the user could teleport part of his body, but why can't he teleport his clothes. Take Minato's quote for its full meaning, "As long as either I or my chakra are touching it, I can teleport it. " Obviously not the exact quote but you get the gist.
