The omnyadon bullshit apply only when it comes to Minato . Anyways godudamas and omnyadon are 2 diff things anyways .

Its a misconception that just senjustu can let u touch gudoudama which is wrong. Senjutsu does nullify omyondon. But it can't nullify gudoudama that is why SM minato got his arm ripped off by Madara. Only with rikudou chakra u can touch it. But it still can act as a weapon and was tough enough to pierce Madara and Kaguya's arm.
