I think kishi changed his mind about that. BZ listed the elements that make up TSB and yin-yang release is part of it. In addition to that both sasuke and naruto confirmed that the TSB naruto had were exactly the same as kaguya's.

Having Yin-Yang Release does not automatically grant Onmyoudon.

No u are wrong. That is omyondon. Gudoudama's property is to destroy things beyond molecular level. Its kekkei moura having all the elements. And yes they can be destroyed using powerful jutsu with rikudou's chakra as it can't destroy chakra itself.
