Did the Susanoo arrows really destroy the truth seeking balls?

I don't mean make new ones. I mean the ones already existing reform themselves even after exploding as shown when naruto used TBBRS. No one has ever been shown to permanently destroy TSB

I think kishi changed his mind about that. BZ listed the elements that make up TSB and yin-yang release is part of it. In addition to that both sasuke and naruto confirmed that the TSB naruto had were exactly the same as kaguya's.
