u know... Naruto is beather in gathering narutal energy then J-man(without beeing part sage). he got the Futon tecnikes. the fourth never managed it

You mean surpassed in terms of what?
I am 100% sure that, for instance, Kakashi will defeat Naruto if they fight. AN jiraya and for sure, fourth hokage!
Surpassed in terms oftechniques? Maybe, in terms of chakra capacities- maybe.
IN terms of speed and battle expirience - not now.
Or " tu surpass" means to take the technique which noone could take before?
And what..even tho u are slow and dont know the other techniques.

surpassed means that he would've defeated both of them...
naruto would beat the crap out of thous guys...
multi shadowclone jutsu...sage mode and now that he is in sage mode he can use rassen shuriken...so no doubt about naruto surpassing j man and 4th

You are overestimating him.
The only way Naruto surpassed Jiraiya is because he can use Sage Mode without taking the form of a frog. The only way Naruto surpassed the Fourth is because he mixed his wind chakra with his Rasengan, which the Fourth didn't do.

As soon as other villages hear as much about Naruto as they did about the 4th and Jiraiya i think that will confirm that he has surpassed them.. because with the other two their reputation preceeds them not sure if anyone has really said anything about naruto being powerful or anything yet.. Although.. Jiraiya did kinda big himself up XD

He surpassed jiraiya because he has gone to whole new level with sage mode, has a better rasengan, and now he has better summonings!
He is almost about to surpass his father if he saves the village if he does not save the village than he has not surpassed his father...

Not to mention that Naruto must be an author of greater perversion than Jiraiya who is no lia!
I think he's in the process of surpassing them by doing these things (senjutsu and FRS), but he's not there yet because he needs to gain more experience that only time can give him. I would say at this age I think he's more powerful than Jiraiya, but I don't know enough about the fourth other than maybe. Of course Naruto is in debt to each for his rapid development, which is why each generation surpasses the next. Remember Orochimaru said
"Sasuke is better than me at that age and I was a genius." He didn't say "Sasuke is better than me." Orochimaru went head to head with 3 and 4-tailed Naruto, while Sasuke got his ass handed to him by the 8-tails even with MS after the CS was removed. I like Naruto so it's fun to see him come out of no where with bad ass force and surprise. It's easy to overestimate him and Sasuke at first before we see their weaknesses. So in time, no doubt in my mind. If Naruto beats off Pein, than he is a superior fighter than Jiraiya, though not necessarily a superior shinobi yet.
