Hinata managed to learn twin lions fists, which should push her Ninjutsu stats to shape control at least 0.5 point up. It is also no farfetched to say Hinata's Taijutsu improved for at least 0.5 point or even 1 point.

However the only question is Could vacuum palm contain all of them in range, they seem pretty close so I guess it could even if these on sides would be barerly hit changing trajectory of the swords's tips falling down towards her.

Hinata never forgot to activate her Byakugan, she merely asked Kiba where Naruto was, and he pointed in a direction, telling her to activate her Byakugan to see him. No indication of her forgetting to activate them.

You're trying to make a big deal out of Hinata's one second of hesitation as if it actually means anything. 64 palms requires the user to have fluid foot work and hand work, precise aim and reflexes, and fast movements altogether so as to prevent the opponent from having any chance of escaping the 64 palms combo. Hence why it's said to be unavoidable, as the opponent can not escape it after the first hit lands. the fact that the Juubi clone was unable to escape the maneuver despite Hinata's hesitation shows how insignificant and meaningless that moment was in regards to her skills with the technique.

So what if she doesn't know Rotation? By that logic, Hinata knows TLF, while Neji does not. Not to mention her other abilities that P1 neji doesn't have.

Hinata only tripped and fell down because she was exhausted and low on chakra, much like what happened with Naruto in his final fight with Sasuke. Much like how it's always been throughout the series; once a character is out or low on chakra, they collapse.
