So what does Hinata have over Neji, anyway? Twin Lions. On who has it worked so far? A Zetsu fodder clone. Deva Path was dodging that without a problem, and he doesn't even have any precognition, high speed or a renowned proficiency in taijutsu. Hinata still gets wrecked in close range, she was never shown to have beaten Neji in their little spars anyway (fillers don't count).
And please don't bring up the "Hamura chakra" argument, because you yourselves don't even know what it does, whether it's even permanent, or whether she can even use it without Naruto.
War Arc Neji low/mid diffs. Part 1 Neji probably high diffs her. I seriously don't see Hinata beating Kidomaru even now, while Neji did it when he was, what.. 13?
Deva Path wasn't dodging Twin Lion Fists. He was blocking her regular attacks, and then used Shinra Tensei as soon as she activated the jutsu.
I don't think Neji and Hinata have ever been shown to spar in canon.
Actually, the chakra Hinata gains in the Last was her own. Hamura's chakra was dormant inside her until she had the vision of the Ootsutsuki clan and met Hamura. Meaning she's always had the chakra in her, so there's no way it would be temporary. ANd yes, she did use it without Naruto, twice.
Also, She was shown flying at the end of the movie using that same power. Considering that neither Sasuke nor Naruto, who received similar powers in a similar fashion to Hinata, have yet to lose their Rikudo powers, what logic or basis do you even have to assume she won’t sustain it ? Espically when unlike those two, this chakra is said to be her own, yet was merely awakened.
Not even beating Kidomaru? For real ? That's down right bull. One 64 Twin Lion Palms would kill him in an instant, seeing as how Neji's 64 palms was already able to break through the golden skin. A Hamura-chakra enhanced 64 palms combined with the destructive power of Twin Lion Fists would be able to break through both the Golden Skin and go on to damage his body as well...
