Judal is a lean and fairly muscular young man of average height. He has red, ringed eyes and black medium length hair with a long, segmented ponytail that stretches down to his ankles. He wears purple makeup on his eyes, which fades toward the inner portions of his eyelids.



Judal sports an Indian chunnari around his shoulders and a small, short-sleeved, black, midriff-baring choli, which is where he keeps his Magic Wand. He also sports an Indian leg dress, which stops at his ankles, but does not wear shoes. He has gold bangle bracelets that extend from his elbows to his wrists and a gold bangle necklace with a ruby in the center that is inspired by Rajasthani folk dancers.

P E R S O N A L I T Y



Judal is very powerful, cruel, arrogant and somewhat childish. He's also shown to be rather spoiled since he lead a pampered life as a Kisei. Born a pure-blood, Judal usually didn't listen to anyone's advice or orders, and does things his own way.

He is usually disrespectful, even to his fellow Kisei. Judal does not mind injuring and attacking innocent bystanders of his fights and civilians. Judal carries himself high, feeling himself to be superior to his fellow man, and women. Due to his Pure-Blood status, Judal usually boasts and tends to annoy his opponents and peers alike. However, being the Head of House Slytherin, Judal also knows when to be serious, yet underneath that, he remains a true snake.

Being master in the art of Genjutsu, and having been trained by various scholars throughout his life, Judal has the ability to utilize Genjutsu with the formation of a single hand seal. Judal finds solace in messing with the psyche of his foe, and Genjutsu allows him this freedom. He has been gathering Genjutsu techniques all his life, and takes pride in showing them off.

Judal, like his fellow Kisei, is able to use Mahou. However, being particularly gifted at it, as well as being the Head of House Slytherin, Judal is able to cast spells and techniques non-verbally, using only his wand to cast them. His wand is made of Yew, and Thestral Hair, allowing him to specialize in the Dark Arts and Mawscape non-verbally and only with the wand. He also carries with him some Potions, and is a well known Legillimens.

Description: Potions are magical mixtures commonly brewed in cauldrons and used to create a number of effects on the drinker. Potions range in effects and nature and in difficulty as well. Potions are brewed from ingredients with magical properties. Potions can be used as medicine, lethal poison, or give the drinker any effect from strength enhancement to immunity to flames. Potions are not necessarily used by drinking, as some can be applied by physical contact or create an effect simply by being created. Potions have to be taken in the right dosages or used a limited amount of times to avoid otherwise disastrous effects. All potions are created prior to battle and carried in vials either on the Kisei's person, or can be summoned to them in battle via Summoning charm or Fuuinjutsu.

Hufflepuff's Elixir

An elixir of a golden, yellow color, this potions increases the user's ability to control mahou and it's power. By ingesting this, the user gains the ability to augment his spells by +20 by adding that level of chakra to each spell used, adding a green, fiery effect to each projectile/stream style spell, causing second degree burns to each spell. Due to the increased ability to control their mahou, the user is also able to use mahou up to mid range without the use of his wand, however all other requirements are still needed. This potion's effects last up to 3 turns. However, the heightened control of his mahou comes at a cost; after the effects wear off, the user will notice an inability in using high ranking spells ( S rank and higher ) for 3 turns. This potion can only be ingested 2 times in total and once every three turns.



Ravenclaw's Elixir

A blueish elixir that is ideal for stealth purposes, upon ingesting this spell, the user is able to use his mahou to perfectly conceal their form as well as their chakra and the chakra within other jutsu used by the user. This allows him to have a near perfect hidden form, not even able to be sensed outside of basic senses. What this means is, the user becomes chakraless to the opponent, unsensable by even the highest form of chakra Sensory. This extends to jutsu and spells used by the user, making them seemingly devoid of chakra. This effect lasts 4 turns and must wait 3 turns before reusing after it expires and can be used up to 2 times.



S rank

Gryffindor's Elixir

A potion that appears a red color, this elixir siphons chakra and strength from each spell, lowering it's rank and power. This siphoned energy is used as a way to augment the user's defensive abilities, allowing him to tank C ranks initially. For every spell used after this potion has been ingested, it will lose 1 rank in power (20 dmg). However, this one rank reduction will be able to be applied to the user's body, allowing him to tank one jutsu of a higher rank, starting with C ranks and increasing by 20 for each spell, eventually tanking up to 100 damage. However, this does not apply to jutsu that do not physically hit the target, such as Genjutsu. Should an attack land that does not meet the level of durability the user has, his defensive capabilities will not suffer any reduction, only if it is met with equal damage or higher. This potions effects last up to 4 turns. However, the siphoned mahou comes at a cost; after the effects wear off, the user will not be able to utilize S rank jutsu and higher nor any magic for 3 turns. This potion can only be ingested 2 times in total, and once every three turns.



Slytherin's Elixir

A purely empowering elixir, upon ingesting this green liquid, the user will notice his mahou being used to aid his physical form significantly; his physical strength raised highly, the user becomes capable of dealing higher degrees of damage (+20), as well as a speed increase. His speed increases to the equivalent to a user in 2nd gate, he becomes a physical tank, able to survive physical damage up to B rank as well as resist jutsu that physically binds and restricts his movement. However, for all his physical splendor, he sacrifices a lot in exchange; unable to use energy based attacks above S rank and only 3 fields of magic up to A rank, his defense to these likewise takes a harsh fall, each energy based jutsu dealing an additional 40 damage on the user's body. Lasting for 3 turns, after it ends the user's speed is halfed, and his physical strength halved for two turns. After ingesting, the user cannot use again for up to 3 turns and usable 2 times in all.



Note: Usable only by members of the Kisei Clan.
Note: Heads of Houses and up can have up to 4 potions at any time while other members can have at max 3 potions. These potions must be mentioned within the user's bio or mentioned at the start of an event/battle if they have yet to be placed within the bio.
Note: The user is unable to use more than one type of potion per turn.
Note: Members cannot use Potions from their Rival House, meaning Gryffindor and Slytherin cannot use each other's potions and same for Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw.
Note: After using a potion, the user must wait until effects wear off before using any other one.

( Legilimency ) - Legilimency

Description: An innate and somewhat passive ability, Legilimency is the act of magically navigating through the many layers of a person's mind and correctly interpreting one's findings. Legilimens ( users of Legilimency ) are able to detect if a person is lying, as well as delve into their thoughts, emotions, and memories if their target is not skilled in blocking their minds. In most cases, this is not a harmful or detrimental ability, allowing the user a way to predict and understand the opponent's movements and actions with the utmost clarity. While it is similar to reading minds, it should be noted that Legilimency is not as simple as the muggle art of mind-reading; mind-reading assumes that one is simply eavesdropping on the thoughts currently running through the head of another. Legilimency, however, requires the wizard to navigate and move through the various areas of the brain. In it's lowest levels ( B rank ), the user is able to utilize it in a way similar to "mind reading", allowing the user to 'read' the opponent's current thoughts and ones related to them at that moment. This is the basic level of Legilimency and once active, lasts until the user ends it's usage. With training and power, this ability and range increases. At A rank power the user becomes capable of actual navigating the target's mind and it's many layers. This is as harmless as the B rank variant. However, despite all of this, this ability isn't without drawback. The A-Rank version requires the target to be within mid-range while the B-Rank version works up to long-range (one landmark for normal members, two for House Heads and three for the Headmaster).

Note: Although the B rank version is a passive ability honed when the user reaches Year 6, he cannot use the A rank and higher versions without actually actively using this jutsu.
Note: A rank usage can allow one to simply navigate the mind.
Note: A rank usage can only be used once every four turns, lasting 3 turns each usage and requiring a two turn usage break in between A rank and higher usages.

Through training with in the secret arts of Sound release, Judal gained a liking for the element. He could now perform it with faster hand seals, and most his spells learned are performed with Sound release as well.

After having trained in the Medical Arts, Judal specialized in Poison training. This allowed him to not only manipulate Poison, but now understand it as well. Judal carries with him some Medical based pills too, which can be used at any time.

(Heishi Piru) Soldier Pills
Type: Supplementary
Description and Background:Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiry of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants
Description of Side Effects:
-Upon using a second pill in a conflict the additional chakra cost after expiry rises to +30 until healed
-Upon taking a third pill, the medical ninja will suffer cardiac arrest upon expiry of the pill.

(Hyorogan) Military Ration Pills
Type: Healing
Description and Background:Military Rations Pills (???, Hyorogan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach.
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking two pills in a conflict results in hyper-stimulation of the cardiovascular system. The users heart rate and blood pressure increase to the point they become painful for 6 turns after taking the pill.
-Taking 3 pills in a conflict pushes the user's cardiovascular system to breaking point, resulting in heart failure after 4 turns.

(Ketsueki no Zoka Piru) Blood Replenishing Pill
Type: Healing
Description and Background: Contains high concentrations of amino acids, iron and mitosis inducing enzymes designed to turbo boost the production of erythrocytes from haematopoetic stem cells in the human body. This pill alleviates and cancels the symptoms of blood loss after one turn. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or administer in combat and are essentially dark red small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking 2 pills leads to increased blood pressure, and increased likelihood of blood clots forming, specially through trauma.
-Taking 3 pills over stresses the cardiovascular system and causes aneurysm after 4 turns.
S U M M O N I N G ♦ N I N J U T S U

Having mastered Snakes at a young age, Judal is able to summon Snakes with ease, he carries a Snake tattoo on his left arm. After this, Annie became skilled enough to gain Snake Sage Mode and now aims to train in it. On the right arm, Judal carries the tattoo of the Foxes, which can be summoned with ease as well. Judal also has a special breed of Snakes, which replaces the normal species.

Description:
The Crotalinae are a selective species of snake summonings which were bred and assigned only to the greater of the snake contract signers. These species of Snake summonings specifically had evolved over time to have harder, more adaptable scales covering their body and an enhanced pit organ that naturally heightened their abilities to sense. This heightened sensing used through the pit organ seemingly was developed not only for predatory reasons but also for defensive measures against other predators. The sensing was exactly like the basics of any other snake, just taken to a higher level. Meaning they could sense minute vibrations up to a certain distance around them and even had an infrared optic map of the world before them. Typically, most snakes of the Crotalinae subfamily had natural infrared maps overlaid through their optic tectum, but with the Selective species being bred into existence it was heightened to the point of even being able to put this to use in the pitch black and in the darkest of times. The facial pit actually visualizes thermal radiation using the same optical principles as a pinhole camera, wherein the location of a source of thermal radiation/heat is determined by the location of the radiation on the membrane of the heat pit. The resolution on the infrared mapping through the heat pits has a very high resolution, which in turn allows the snakes to sense different levels of heat and cooler areas in extreme detail. Besides the sensing, their scales made for a greater form of defense, allowing them to survive harsher conditions and more damage than an average snake summoning. Not only were the scales on Crotalinae found to be more thicker and tougher than average, but they also held a passive ability to blend in with their environment by changing colors and becoming camouflaged. This coupled with their sensing made them very dangerous predators that were even able to escape other predator's perception if they didn't have some higher form of tracking or sensing.

Note: The Crotalinae Species can be summoned as generic snakes like the ones summoned in techniques such as: Summoning Technique: Giant Snakes, Summoning Technique: Three Headed Snakes, or Just the normal generic summoning technique, though instead of being normal snakes, they'd be of the Crotalinae subfamily. They won't take the place of those techniques, instead the user uses the generic summoning technique to summon Crotalinae, having to post this technique along with it but not costing an extra move.

Note: The sensing of minute vibrations and infrared mapping spans as far as an 100m radius, with larger snakes being able to sense the furthest due to their larger pit organs. Snakes under 40m in length can only sense up to 50m whole anything bigger can sense up to the maximum reach.

Note: The evolved scales allow the Crotalinae Species to take up to 20 more damage than average snake summonings of their rank. This is due to the thickness and tougher nature of the scaling covering the Crotalinae.
F U U I N J U T S U

Another skill Judal learned in his life time. Fuuinjutsu, mastered with ease and upon doing so, he carries several seals on his person, which are easily utilized in battle. They are as follows;

(Fuuin: Akuma to no dansu) - Sealing Technique: Dance With The Devil
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their body with the Kanji for a specific element. The seal can be passively activated in battle and it’s activation will restrict the user to a certain element (as well as the one’s it’s comprised of. In exchange for limiting the user to certain element(s), the user's techniques of the remaining elements will gain one rank and in the case of S-Ranks and above they will gain +20 damage. In the case of defensive and supplementary techniques, they will become capable of defending against techniques with 20 more damage points (only applies to S-Ranks and above). This counts as a passive boost rather than an active one due to the nature of the seal. To clearly illustrate the seal’s use in battle, if the user restricted themselves to Steel Release, they would still have access to Earth, Fire and any CE combinations of the aforementioned elements (elements that use solely earth, solely fire or Earth and Fire). Alternatively, the user can create the seal in the middle of a battle but this usage can only be used once. This usage is fast enough to be used in the same time-frame as the subsequent technique. Once activated, this technique lasts until canceled.

(Fuinjutsu: Jo Koken) – Sealing Technique: Imperial Guardian]

Description: This technique is composed of a sealing formula that remains active until triggered, this sealing formula bears the Kanji letter of "?" or in literal meaning "guard" which is located on the user's upper arm. This sealing formula erects an invisible barrier that's made around the user at all times but does not actually cost the user a move until it activates, the barrier works by detecting the chakra of a fast incoming technique and deflects it, causing it to dissipate and leave the user unharmed, the barrier's deflection ability is only triggered by a fast moving technique, basically a technique that can't be tracked by normal eye sight and requires at least a Sharingan or similar means to track, the barrier that's around the user detects the speed once the technique collides with the chakra released from the barrier that's around the user and the sealing formula glows suddenly, causing the barrier that surrounds the user to repel the incoming technique within short range of the user.
Note: Can only be trigger twice per battle.
Note: Can guard against up to an S-rank technique.
Note: The user can use it twice counting as two moves per turn and using +30 chakra with each usage to guard against a forbidden ranked technique, this can only be used once.

(Fuuin: Kanbatsu Jakunen Metsubou) - Sealing Technique: Law of the Logia

Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for a specific element and it will lay dormant until the user is physically struck, be it by an attack, weapon or an opponent. Whenever the user is physically interacted with (e.g. punched, stabbed, shot), their body will instantly exhibit all of the properties of the chosen element. This doesn't mean their body merely has the properties of the element but rather when interacted with the targeted part(s) of the body will passively dissipate into storm energy or harden into steel (effect depends on the chosen element). If for example the user is stabbed and they turn into storm energy, the bladed weapon would merely phase through their energy-composed body and leave them unaffected. On the other side of the scale, if the user's body hardens into steel then the attack will simply do them no harm. After the attack or strike has passed through them, their body will automatically revert itself to it's normal appearance. Since this technique usually only applies to specific parts of the body, any unconverted portions of the user's body can still be moved/controlled/used as normal. While in this form, the user can only use the element they transformed into, the element's it's composed of and any combination of the aforementioned element as well as any non-elemental abilities. This technique enables the user to defend against A-Ranks and below of neutral elements (B-Ranks and below for weaknesses, S-Ranks and below for strengths). If the user is struck with an attack that will neutralize their transformation, the two cancel one another out and the user reverts to their original form unharmed. If the user is struck with an attack that overpowers their transformation, the user's body reverts to it's original form and sustains the remaining damage (after the collision of techniques). The only exception to this rule is if the two chosen elements have no sort of interaction with one another (e.g. Fire and Lightning), in which case rank differences will not matter. Regardless of how the user is hit, this can be a full body or partial transformation (depends on the user’s choice). Should they be struck by a physical attack capable of cancelling out their transformation (e.g. a sword streaming nagashi), the sword will remain inside them on reversion and they’ll be impaled by the blade.

(Ototon/Fuuinjutsu: Kodoku no Boumei) - Sound/Sealing Technique: Solitude of the Exile

Description: The user will have two seals on their body with the Kanji for "Solitude" infused with their sound chakra. The seals are located inside the ear canal (must be stated in the user's biography) and will activate automatically upon any chakra infused sound (not just the element) or technique entering the user's ear. The seal will then emit a sound wave with an amplitude opposite that of the invasive technique so that destructive interference occurs and the two cancel each other out. The seals will maintain the frequency for as long as the sound is being heard/transmitted by the opponent, allowing this jutsu to counter not only momentary techniques but those which are sustained or prolonged. This technique's use lies only in preventing chakra-infused sounds being heard and as such it's use is largely limited to countering Sound Genjutsu and similar abilities. The activation of this technique is instant (but still counts as a move) so it can intercept and cancel sound-based techniques before they're heard. As such, the user is free to perform techniques in the same time-frame (even if the seals are still actively transmitting to cancel a sustained frequency). These seals cancel chakra-infused sounds before they can affect the body by stopping them as they pass through the ear canal and so it essentially prevents illusions from taking effect. This means seals which activate upon foreign chakra entering the user's body will not be triggered. This technique can only counter one technique at a time and only one technique per use (counters up to and including S-Ranks).

(Fuuin: Bachi no Fukyuu) - Sealing Technique: Bane of the Immortal
Type: Defensive/Supplementary

Range: Short
Chakra: 30 (-10 chakra per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for "Eternal". The seal lies dormant and is passively activated whenever the opponent tries to seal or drain the user's chakra and/or abilities. The seal will instantly release an intangible barrier that surrounds the user's body like an armour. Any abilities which act externally such as the canon techniques Multiple Infinite Embraces or Living Barrier will be unable to affect anything inside the barrier, namely the user's body. Seals which act internally will first have their chakra be absorbed by the barrier (happens instantly and so before they can come into effect) and once erected, the barrier will prevent any further insertion of chakra while active. The seal is self-sustaining and will involuntary leech chakra from the user's body. This is for the express purpose of maintaining this technique even when the user can't use or mold chakra. This is possible as the chakra still exists within the user as it is equivalent of their very life-force. This can counter S-Rank and below sealing techniques. This cannot be activated manually and will only ever activate under the aforementioned conditions. It lasts for four turns or until the ability attempting to seal or drain the user's chakra or abilities is no longer active, whichever is longer.

Born to two Kisei, Judal prides himself in being a pure-blood Kisei unlike some of his peers at Hogwarts. Judal always knew this and brought it up frequently, even before he passed through the Sorting Hat, which of course, placed him in Slytherin. The legendary House, created by none other than Salazar Slytherin. A House with a rich history for creating respectable Kisei, as well as some dangerous ones, especially the Dark Lord, Tom Riddle, as he was known then. Judal wasn't around then, but his name remains, etched into the memories of those who witnessed his wrath. Power, strength, and control. Judal looked up to He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named. His interest led him to seek power, by researching the Dark Arts, and becoming ruthless as his time at Hogwarts went on.

He became quite known, his name famous all through the school, yet at the same time, his infamy spread as well. Judal was ruthless, having murdered men and women before, practicing his Dark Arts. This of course, grabbed the attention of the Dark Lord who had returned, and recruited Judal into becoming the perfect weapon. It didn't take long for the Dark Lord to seize power of Hogwarts once more, and Judal helped where he could. He was a disciple under one of the greatest dark wizards to ever live. This earned him a spot among the great, to be the Head of the House Slytherin. Still young, Judal knew there was still much waiting outside the walls of the school. A greater world, people who didn't know Mahou, nor what he could do. Together with the Dark Lord, they would wreak havoc on the Ninja World.

Within mere months, it had been told that there was an odd situation in the Ninja World. An organization had been formed, different from the Akatsuki. These guys were quite something and as such, Judal went to look into it. This would mean the death of Muggles after all. So without any issues, Judal made his way into the Ninja World and hanged out in the famous Dawn Tavern bar, where he met a man named Kaname. After fishing for some information, he was invited to meet this very organization. The big boss behind matters, Beserker. A man of mystery, yet he seemed to be quite strong. Together, they would ravage the Ninja World. However, the Dark Lord intervened, calling Judal to his side.

Following the orders of his master, Judal left the gang behind at Kurogakure. With haste, he met with the Dark Lord, who had Vivi with him as well. Nonetheless, several matters were discussed before deciding to part ways once more and find out more about the Muggle uprising. Judal made his way back to Kurogakure, where a larger amount of people had met, including members of Kirigakure. Things went sour, and treaties were broken. Beserker was powerful, however, Judal entertained himself with the idea of a battle between the Dark Lord and this Beserker. It would lead to that, as the Dark Lord found his way to Judal, and left everyone on the defensive. In order to serve his king, Judal would initiate a battle with the Beserker. Their battle ravaged on, as others fought as well, beaten by the Dark Lord with ease. Judal on the other hand, was outmatched at the end, having seen the more powerful Muggles out there, Judal survived barely, through his knowledge of Medical Ninjutsu. Now having slightly withdrawn from the Ninja World, Judal kept quiet, in order to raise his name once more. He would find this Beserker, and definitely emerge victorious this time. Now, Judal is involved in an odd tournament which consists of a large amount of Rogues.

She has an oval-shaped face, blonde hair, blue eyes, a Roman nose and pale complexion. Her hair color is noticeably paler than most other blondes, and when untied, her hair reaches down the nape of her neck. Her eyes, although of considerable size and proportion, often have a sullen vibe to their appearance. Annie's casual attire mainly consists of a hooded sweatshirt underneath a jacket accompanied by dark gray pants.​

Background Information

Origins


Born in the prestigious Konoha, Annie had a relatively quiet childhood. Not only was she skilled in battle, but she was smart. Far beyond her peers at the time, easily handling the Academy, and making it to Chunin with ease. Being born in the Akimichi clan, Annie knew the importance of both chakra and calorie intake, however, her views towards this was different. The Akimichi were always seen as weak and fat, she disliked this fact. She kept herself in shape, her body, well toned. She was a brutal close combat master as well as a master of many other skills, including but not limited to, Sound Release and also Medical Ninjustu, and no one made fun of her, or the clan she was from. They couldn't. She wouldn't allow it.

Her eyes always spoke of a more sinister being within. She barely smiled, and mostly kept to herself. She didn't have any friends, however, she was proficient due to this. She didn't let emotions get in her way of her tasks. Upon reaching the age of 15, and having mastered most of what she could, Annie left her village behind. She didn't see the reason she should play Ninja, if there was a world out there, a sinister world, where she could apply her skills.

◽ Close Range Prowess: A natural fighter and skilled in close combat, Annie is capable of taking on most opponents in close range. To aid in her combat, Annie carries with her a multitude of weapons, including swords, kunai, shuriken, a pre-made Scythe as well as some Ninja Wire and scrolls.

◽Summons and Snake Sage Mode: Having mastered Snakes at a young age, Annie is able to summon Snakes with ease, she carries a Snake tattoo on her left arm. After this, Annie became skilled enough to gain Snake Sage Mode and now aims to train in it. On the right hand, Annie carries the tattoo of the Box Jellyfish, which can be summoned with ease as well. Annie also has a special breed of Snakes, which replaces the normal species.

Description:
The Crotalinae are a selective species of snake summonings which were bred and assigned only to the greater of the snake contract signers. These species of Snake summonings specifically had evolved over time to have harder, more adaptable scales covering their body and an enhanced pit organ that naturally heightened their abilities to sense. This heightened sensing used through the pit organ seemingly was developed not only for predatory reasons but also for defensive measures against other predators. The sensing was exactly like the basics of any other snake, just taken to a higher level. Meaning they could sense minute vibrations up to a certain distance around them and even had an infrared optic map of the world before them. Typically, most snakes of the Crotalinae subfamily had natural infrared maps overlaid through their optic tectum, but with the Selective species being bred into existence it was heightened to the point of even being able to put this to use in the pitch black and in the darkest of times. The facial pit actually visualizes thermal radiation using the same optical principles as a pinhole camera, wherein the location of a source of thermal radiation/heat is determined by the location of the radiation on the membrane of the heat pit. The resolution on the infrared mapping through the heat pits has a very high resolution, which in turn allows the snakes to sense different levels of heat and cooler areas in extreme detail. Besides the sensing, their scales made for a greater form of defense, allowing them to survive harsher conditions and more damage than an average snake summoning. Not only were the scales on Crotalinae found to be more thicker and tougher than average, but they also held a passive ability to blend in with their environment by changing colors and becoming camouflaged. This coupled with their sensing made them very dangerous predators that were even able to escape other predator's perception if they didn't have some higher form of tracking or sensing.

Note: The Crotalinae Species can be summoned as generic snakes like the ones summoned in techniques such as: Summoning Technique: Giant Snakes, Summoning Technique: Three Headed Snakes, or Just the normal generic summoning technique, though instead of being normal snakes, they'd be of the Crotalinae subfamily. They won't take the place of those techniques, instead the user uses the generic summoning technique to summon Crotalinae, having to post this technique along with it but not costing an extra move.

Note: The sensing of minute vibrations and infrared mapping spans as far as an 100m radius, with larger snakes being able to sense the furthest due to their larger pit organs. Snakes under 40m in length can only sense up to 50m whole anything bigger can sense up to the maximum reach.

Note: The evolved scales allow the Crotalinae Species to take up to 20 more damage than average snake summonings of their rank. This is due to the thickness and tougher nature of the scaling covering the Crotalinae.

◽Medical Mastery: Being from Konoha, Annie was able to learn a large amount of Medical techniques from those there, and was able to have gained the moniker of Doctor, before she left. Not only skilled, but Annie also understands the human body and its mechanisms with ease, and is a skilled master of Poison Release. She carries these pills with her everywhere she goes;

(Heishi Piru) Soldier Pills
Type: Supplementary
Description and Background:Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiry of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants
Description of Side Effects:
-Upon using a second pill in a conflict the additional chakra cost after expiry rises to +30 until healed
-Upon taking a third pill, the medical ninja will suffer cardiac arrest upon expiry of the pill.

(Hyōrōgan) Military Ration Pills
Type: Healing
Description and Background:Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach.
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking two pills in a conflict results in hyper-stimulation of the cardiovascular system. The users heart rate and blood pressure increase to the point they become painful for 6 turns after taking the pill.
-Taking 3 pills in a conflict pushes the user's cardiovascular system to breaking point, resulting in heart failure after 4 turns.

(Ketsueki no Zōka Piru) Blood Replenishing Pill
Type: Healing
Description and Background: Contains high concentrations of amino acids, iron and mitosis inducing enzymes designed to turbo boost the production of erythrocytes from haematopoetic stem cells in the human body. This pill alleviates and cancels the symptoms of blood loss after one turn. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or administer in combat and are essentially dark red small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking 2 pills leads to increased blood pressure, and increased likelihood of blood clots forming, specially through trauma.
-Taking 3 pills over stresses the cardiovascular system and causes aneurysm after 4 turns.

◽Fuuinjutsu: Yet another skill gained by Annie, which allowed her to place seals on her being. Annie carries on her person, 5 seals at all time. These seals are as follows;

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their body with the Kanji for a specific element. The seal can be passively activated in battle and it’s activation will restrict the user to a certain element (as well as the one’s it’s comprised of. In exchange for limiting the user to certain element(s), the user's techniques of the remaining elements will gain one rank and in the case of S-Ranks and above they will gain +20 damage. In the case of defensive and supplementary techniques, they will become capable of defending against techniques with 20 more damage points (only applies to S-Ranks and above). This counts as a passive boost rather than an active one due to the nature of the seal. To clearly illustrate the seal’s use in battle, if the user restricted themselves to Steel Release, they would still have access to Earth, Fire and any CE combinations of the aforementioned elements (elements that use solely earth, solely fire or Earth and Fire). Alternatively, the user can create the seal in the middle of a battle but this usage can only be used once. This usage is fast enough to be used in the same time-frame as the subsequent technique. Once activated, this technique lasts until canceled.

(Fuinjutsu: Jo Koken) – Sealing Technique: Imperial Guardian]

Description: This technique is composed of a sealing formula that remains active until triggered, this sealing formula bears the Kanji letter of "ガ" or in literal meaning "guard" which is located on the user's upper arm. This sealing formula erects an invisible barrier that's made around the user at all times but does not actually cost the user a move until it activates, the barrier works by detecting the chakra of a fast incoming technique and deflects it, causing it to dissipate and leave the user unharmed, the barrier's deflection ability is only triggered by a fast moving technique, basically a technique that can't be tracked by normal eye sight and requires at least a Sharingan or similar means to track, the barrier that's around the user detects the speed once the technique collides with the chakra released from the barrier that's around the user and the sealing formula glows suddenly, causing the barrier that surrounds the user to repel the incoming technique within short range of the user.
Note: Can only be trigger twice per battle.
Note: Can guard against up to an S-rank technique.
Note: The user can use it twice counting as two moves per turn and using +30 chakra with each usage to guard against a forbidden ranked technique, this can only be used once.

(Fuuin: Kanbatsu Jakunen Metsubou) - Sealing Technique: Law of the Logia

Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for a specific element and it will lay dormant until the user is physically struck, be it by an attack, weapon or an opponent. Whenever the user is physically interacted with (e.g. punched, stabbed, shot), their body will instantly exhibit all of the properties of the chosen element. This doesn't mean their body merely has the properties of the element but rather when interacted with the targeted part(s) of the body will passively dissipate into storm energy or harden into steel (effect depends on the chosen element). If for example the user is stabbed and they turn into storm energy, the bladed weapon would merely phase through their energy-composed body and leave them unaffected. On the other side of the scale, if the user's body hardens into steel then the attack will simply do them no harm. After the attack or strike has passed through them, their body will automatically revert itself to it's normal appearance. Since this technique usually only applies to specific parts of the body, any unconverted portions of the user's body can still be moved/controlled/used as normal. While in this form, the user can only use the element they transformed into, the element's it's composed of and any combination of the aforementioned element as well as any non-elemental abilities. This technique enables the user to defend against A-Ranks and below of neutral elements (B-Ranks and below for weaknesses, S-Ranks and below for strengths). If the user is struck with an attack that will neutralize their transformation, the two cancel one another out and the user reverts to their original form unharmed. If the user is struck with an attack that overpowers their transformation, the user's body reverts to it's original form and sustains the remaining damage (after the collision of techniques). The only exception to this rule is if the two chosen elements have no sort of interaction with one another (e.g. Fire and Lightning), in which case rank differences will not matter. Regardless of how the user is hit, this can be a full body or partial transformation (depends on the user’s choice). Should they be struck by a physical attack capable of cancelling out their transformation (e.g. a sword streaming nagashi), the sword will remain inside them on reversion and they’ll be impaled by the blade.

Description: The user will have two seals on their body with the Kanji for "Solitude" infused with their sound chakra. The seals are located inside the ear canal (must be stated in the user's biography) and will activate automatically upon any chakra infused sound (not just the element) or technique entering the user's ear. The seal will then emit a sound wave with an amplitude opposite that of the invasive technique so that destructive interference occurs and the two cancel each other out. The seals will maintain the frequency for as long as the sound is being heard/transmitted by the opponent, allowing this jutsu to counter not only momentary techniques but those which are sustained or prolonged. This technique's use lies only in preventing chakra-infused sounds being heard and as such it's use is largely limited to countering Sound Genjutsu and similar abilities. The activation of this technique is instant (but still counts as a move) so it can intercept and cancel sound-based techniques before they're heard. As such, the user is free to perform techniques in the same time-frame (even if the seals are still actively transmitting to cancel a sustained frequency). These seals cancel chakra-infused sounds before they can affect the body by stopping them as they pass through the ear canal and so it essentially prevents illusions from taking effect. This means seals which activate upon foreign chakra entering the user's body will not be triggered. This technique can only counter one technique at a time and only one technique per use (counters up to and including S-Ranks).

(Fuuin: Bachi no Fukyuu) - Sealing Technique: Bane of the Immortal

Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for "Eternal". The seal lies dormant and is passively activated whenever the opponent tries to seal or drain the user's chakra and/or abilities. The seal will instantly release an intangible barrier that surrounds the user's body like an armour. Any abilities which act externally such as the canon techniques Multiple Infinite Embraces or Living Barrier will be unable to affect anything inside the barrier, namely the user's body. Seals which act internally will first have their chakra be absorbed by the barrier (happens instantly and so before they can come into effect) and once erected, the barrier will prevent any further insertion of chakra while active. The seal is self-sustaining and will involuntary leech chakra from the user's body. This is for the express purpose of maintaining this technique even when the user can't use or mold chakra. This is possible as the chakra still exists within the user as it is equivalent of their very life-force. This can counter S-Rank and below sealing techniques. This cannot be activated manually and will only ever activate under the aforementioned conditions. It lasts for four turns or until the ability attempting to seal or drain the user's chakra or abilities is no longer active, whichever is longer.

History:

Born as an experiment to create new child soldiers, Laura didn't technically have any parents, and was only trained to kill. She was an experiment where some mixed DNA was involved. She was born to be a weapon, and was treated as such. This made her distant, anti-social and a social outcast. Once finally reaching an age where she understood she was being used, Laura escaped from the Hidden Mist, aiming to find out more about her origins, as well as killing some Ninja on the side, to earn a living. Due to her complex childhood, Laura tends to indulge in self harm, leaving her arms with a large amount of scars usually hidden under her clothes.

Laura carries a bag with some basic Ninja based equipment, as well as a sword strapped to her waist on her right side, having no special abilities.

Laura tends to fight in close range, and relies on her natural instincts. However, she has not yet figured out whether she has a specific Kekkei Genkai, as she isn't aware from what DNA she was made. Laura harbors ill will towards any Kiri ninja she meets, and she is usually quite violent.

Kakuzu was a very tall (easily standing as the second tallest member of Akatsuki), tan-skinned man with long dark-brown hair. His eyes had an unusual colouring: green irides, no pupils and red sclerae. Noticeably, despite his advanced age, he still appears as a man well within his prime, retaining a very muscular build. Before joining the Akatsuki, he let his hair hang loose, his sweatband covering his forehead, and a black-coloured mask covering his lower face (only revealing his eyes), where underneath it his mouth was stitched together at the edges (giving him a glasgow smile). He wore: no shirt (revealing all the stitches on his torso), dark-green, ruffed up pants and black shinobi sandals. After joining the Akatsuki, he retained the black mask over his lower face but had several changes. He donned a white hood which covered his hair. His clothing included the traditional Akatsuki cloak, the Takigakure forehead protector with a scratch in the middle which symbolised that he was no longer loyal to it, and grey pants with matching shinobi sandals. He also wore brown nail polish and a dark green Akatsuki ring with the kanji for "north" (北, hoku) was placed on his left middle finger. The various stitches on his body was the result of the unique technique that he possessed — the Earth Grudge Fear.

Personality

Kakuzu was a greedy and miserly individual, arranging goals in terms of the highest profit he could gain from them, and was often unwilling to involve himself in something if there was nothing to gain from it, as well as claiming that he tended to forget opponents who were not worth any money after he was done with them. He even remarked that money is the only dependable thing in the world. Due to this end, he referred to himself as the "Treasurer of Akatsuki". Given his friendly relationship with Zangei, his bounty officer, it would seem he collected bounties rather frequently to earn cash, and did so (or at least tried) during his missions on several occasions. The frequent side-tasks and devotion to money were both major points of contention between Hidan and Kakuzu. He also seemed to respect an opponent who thinks well, as shown with his reaction to Kakashi's counters to Kakuzu's masks, and Shikamaru's quick analysis of Hidan's curse, even mentioning Shikamaru would have been a good bounty in the future.

Out of all the Akatsuki members, Hidan and Kakuzu displayed the most animosity towards each other, since neither of them were very fond of each other's interests. The two often traded barbs with one another, Kakuzu's usually having better timing than Hidan's. Hidan had shown great annoyance with Kakuzu's greed and occasional habit of doing or saying blasphemous things, such as attacking a temple and killing the head monk for the bounty on the monk's head. Kakuzu, in turn, disliked Hidan's religion, believing the rituals associated with it to be a waste of time. Kakuzu was also rather impatient with Hidan's drawn-out speeches and battle style. Despite their mutual dislike of each other, their teamwork was almost flawless, because they complemented each other's abilities extremely well. Also, Kakuzu seems to care to an extent about Hidan, as he picked up and gave back his partner's forehead protector after he lost it during his fight with Asuma, a feat that made Hidan admit that Kakuzu is not as hostile as he appeared to be, although Kakuzu did note that he only did so because he could not stand the sight of the scar on Hidan's neck.
Kakuzu and hidan argument

The only reason that Kakuzu put up with Hidan was because he couldn't get rid of him. Due to his violent temper, Kakuzu often killed anyone close by when enraged, having killed his previous partners and even took their hearts to extend his own life. Hidan, therefore, was the perfect partner for Kakuzu, because of Hidan's inability to die. Kakuzu's somewhat indiscriminate attack style also made Hidan an ideal partner, since Kakuzu didn't need to worry about catching his partner in the crossfire.

Despite his obsessive personality and violent rages, Kakuzu was much more cautious than his partner, and was not as arrogant, never mindlessly rushing into battle like Hidan. Kakuzu frequently warned Hidan not to let his guard down, and then teased Hidan when he inevitably did. Kakuzu also seemed quite willing to follow orders. When ordered to retreat by the Akatsuki leader, Kakuzu complied immediately (while Hidan attempted to argue), despite the rather large bounty he could have received by taking Asuma. He seemed to forget the greater goals of the organisation when enraged, as he attempted to kill Naruto, in spite of Akatsuki's need to capture all the jinchūriki alive.

History:

Kakuzu made a cameo appearance as a silhouette during an Akatsuki gathering where they discussed Orochimaru's taking of Sasuke Uchiha, as well as the capturing of the Nine-Tails and the furthering of their plans.

The Fallen Castle:

In the anime, Kakuzu and Hidan met with Sasori and Deidara to discuss their new missions assigned by Akatsuki. After Kakuzu said they had a choice between a money-making mission and a war-mission, he chose the money mission after Sasori and Deidara showed no interest in it, much to Hidan's annoyance.

Interlude: In Naruto's Footsteps: The Friends' Paths

In the anime, the duo was sent to capture the jinchūriki Fū. Fū was excited to befriend a fellow Taki comrade, despite knowing the rogue shinobi's history. However, Kakuzu states that their motives aren't to become friends with her.

Part II:

Kazekage Rescue Mission

Kakuzu is present alongside the other Akatsuki members, sealing Shukaku. Some time afterwards, he reattached Deidara's arms.

Kakuzu first appeared with his partner, Hidan, in their pursuit of the Two-Tails' jinchūriki, Yugito Nii, who revealed she allowed herself to be cornered, in order to spring a trap on them and eliminate them herself. Yugito then transformed into her full demon form, a large flaming cat, but the Akatsuki duo still managed to defeat her, and gave her to Zetsu, before they continued to the Land of Fire.

On their way, Kakuzu decided to attack the Fire Temple, in order to collect the bounty on the head monk, Chiriku, who was listed in the bingo book with a thirty million ryō bounty. They slaughtered most of the other monks during the event, but one escaped to warn Konoha of the incoming threat.

Upon receiving the notice, Tsunade assigned the Nijū Shōtai to track down and eliminate Kakuzu and Hidan. Meanwhile, Kakuzu took Chiriku's body to a bounty station hidden in a bathroom, while Hidan chose to wait outside. When Kakuzu finally left the bathroom after counting the money, he found a Nijū Shōtai team, led by Asuma Sarutobi, attacking Hidan. He attacked Shikamaru Nara in order to free Hidan, but was forbidden from further participation in the battle by the overconfident Hidan himself. Kakuzu complied, but insisted that he would get to have the thirty-five million ryō head of Asuma afterwards. In the ensuing battle, Hidan managed to ingest Asuma's blood to start his curse technique ceremony on him, but Shikamaru was able to stop him with his Shadow Imitation Technique. When Asuma managed to decapitate Hidan, Kakuzu finally intervened, and reattached Hidan's head back to his neck using the threads in his body. Kakuzu then fought with Kotetsu and Izumo, easily holding the two off, while Hidan dealt a fatal blow to Asuma. Their battle was interrupted by the appearance of another Nijū Shōtai team, but they easily fought them off, until they were summoned by the Akatsuki leader to seal the Two-Tails. Hidan and Kakuzu retreated to a secluded area, where they spent three days sealing the Two-Tails (and in the manga, another three days sealing the Three-Tails).

After the sealing was complete, Kakuzu and Hidan set out on their search for the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's jinchūriki (Naruto Uzumaki), only to be cut off by Team 10 (with Kakashi Hatake as the leader in place of Asuma). Shikamaru used Asuma's chakra knives to capture both the Akatsuki members in place with a trick, but Kakuzu had discovered the trick beforehand, and, using a separated arm, broke free. Because of his ability to harden his skin, Kakuzu proved to be largely invulnerable to subsequent attacks. Kakashi, however, was able to analyse Kakuzu's hand seals, and pierced Kakuzu's heart with his Lightning Cutter, exploiting the weakness Kakuzu's earth-based technique had against lightning-based ones.

While this would normally be fatal, Kakuzu had five hearts (now four) in his possession, and thus recovered fairly quickly, sending a counter-attack to Kakashi. Removing his cloak, he revealed four masks on his back, one of which was now broken by Kakashi. Each mask contained a heart, the broken one having given its heart up to keep Kakuzu alive. The four masks broke free from his back into separate entities, with the broken one dissolving after doing so. Each mask was able to attack with a specific and powerful elemental attack, making Kakuzu almost too much for Team 10 to handle. While Kakuzu set his sights on replacing his lost heart with Kakashi's, Shikamaru dragged Hidan away from the battlefield into some woods, with his Shadow Imitation Technique, for a one-on-one fight.

Ignoring the other two for the most part, Kakuzu focused on taking Kakashi's heart. Though Kakashi was unable to handle Kakuzu and his mask creatures, being forced to protect Ino and Chōji too, he was saved when Shikamaru tricked Hidan into using some of Kakuzu's blood in his curse ritual, which Kakashi had collected in a capsule earlier when he pierced Kakuzu's chest, and had handed it over to Shikamaru. This resulted in Hidan unintentionally destroying Kakuzu's main body's heart. Seeing this, the Lightning mask allowed its heart to be absorbed by Kakuzu's body, bringing him back to life. In addition to that, Kakuzu also had the two other Fire and Wind masks to combine with him, making him even more powerful. He then caught the rest of Team 10 with his threads, hoping to replenish his stock.

Abilities: Kakuzu was an extremely powerful ninja, earning membership into the S-rank organisation of Akatsuki. During his frequent rages, he killed all of his partners in the organisation, save for the immortal Hidan. His skills were such that he was chosen by his village to assassinate Hashirama Senju, surviving the battle despite failing the mission. Kakuzu's high combat prowess and vast array of techniques allowed him to fight several opponents at once while generally controlling the pace of the fight, including Kakashi Hatake, Chōji Akimichi, and Ino Yamanaka. He would have even possibly killed them all, had it not been for additional assistance from Team
Kakuzu fighting Kakashi in taijutsu.

Kakuzu had great physical prowess, being fast enough to cross great distances almost instantly and disappear from unfocused eyes. He could intercept Kakashi when he was attacking Hidan with his Lightning Cutter. His raw strength could catch one of Chōji's enlarged punches with a single hand and easily overpower the latter, and send an opponent flying with a single kick. He could also lift two people by their necks with relative ease. Kakuzu has adept taijutsu skills as well, which can be mixed with his hardening and extending abilities to grant him great versatility against his opponents. Using Earth Release: Earth Spear Technique increased his durability to the point when he could withstand normally fatal attacks, such as Chōji's surprise ambush.

Earth Grudge Fear

All of Kakuzu's abilities revolved around his unique body structure, which was composed of hundreds of thick, grey tendrils woven throughout his flesh called Earth Grudge Fear, holding his body together like the stitches of a rag-doll. This allowed him to separate his body parts at will, to perform long-range physical attacks and sew up injuries he suffered. Kakuzu's threads granted him a degree of immortality;The threads could pierce the flesh and bodies of others, allowing him to remove their organs and integrate them into his own body, thereby extending his life. Depending on is rank, he may have up to 5 hearts at any given time. The hearts captured from other ninja granted Kakuzu numerous elemental affinities, along with a vast supply of chakra. By collecting these hearts Kakuzu's own affinity is reinforced and his skill in other elements is increased to the point that he was able to use various different elemental attacks that were noted to be impossible, without having an affinity to that particular element.

Looks

Ivar is a gruff young man, with a wild look in his eyes. Ivar sports an odd hairstyle, his hair breaded at the top, and the sides faded. His eyes are a deep blue, and his skin is pale. Across his head and body, Ragnar has several marks and tattoos, engraved since his birth, and he tends to add to it, the more milestones he passes in life. The tattoos are so well blended, that some seem to actually serve the purpose of being Fuuinjutsu seals, from where he draws weapons. He is well built, due to his vigorous training to not only surpass his kin, but also to conquer everything in his wake.

Personality

Ivar is a vicious, bloodthirsty warrior and conqueror, however, he too has a soft spot for certain people in his hardened heart (famil and the sorts). Ivar usually relies on the Gods (Hayabusa) for guidance, and tends to have an aura of mysticism around him due to his beliefs. He reviles in war, and chaos, never afraid to face his death for it has already been written by the Gods. A parallel to the normal Hayabusa beliefs, Ivar is seen a sort of radical. His battle wit and tactics are unparalleled. While young, Ivar has gained a mass of knowledge and keeps on reinventing his tactics, and battle prowess.

Close Combat Prowess:

Fuuinjutsu: Ivar carries a large amount of seals on his body, in the form of tattoos. The seals are hidden in plain sight, and as such, as easy for him to access in battle. The first of his seals, Ivar carries special seals on his wrists, from which he is able to summon forth weapons, which can be used in mid battle (swords, axes, etc). He also carries a seal on his body, with the Kanji, Guard, triggered to defend against attacks of sorts. Another, with the Kanji for Wind, allowing Ragnar to dodge physical hits should he need to, and another, with the Kanji for Chloroform, allowing him to enhance it greatly. Another seal lays upon his body with the Kanji for Eternal, which activates when his chakra is going to be drained, blocking it. Ivar has special seals in his ears which counteract Sound techniques.

Research Proposal

1. Title: Reintegration of Prisoners into society

2. Introductory Chapter;

2.1. Orientation of the Proposed Study

Through this study, we aim to look at how male prisoners are reintegrated into society, after spending a situated amount of time in prison (1-5 years). Is it negative, is it positive, do they fall back into the same patterns and routines? If so, what can be done to remedy the situation? What drawbacks are presented to them, challenges? What makes it difficult for them to fit into society once released from institutionalization?

2.2. Statement of the Problem

Through this research, we aim to remedy the difficulty of prisoners, adjusting to life outside prison, after having been there for a specific period. The issue arises with reintegration into society, how well do they fit back into normal routines, after having been exposed to institutionalization and order used in prison. Also, to look at how to remedy issues like stigma attached to prisoners, as well as how employment and other social duties, may seem foreign to them.

2.3. Research Questions

-How has prison time affected/changed the prisoner?
-What difficulties does the prisoner face when released from prison?
-How difficult is it for the prisoner to adjust to life outside prison?
-What level of stigma is associated with a former inmate due to their status as a former inmate?

This study will allow us to see the various factors, involved in the reintegration of prisoners into society, as well as how to better them, and make it easier for inmates to fall into society, rehabilitated and reformed, instead of living under stigma as well as forcing them back into their old patterns just to make ends meet, only to render their rehabilitation, wasted.

He carries a large amount of seals on his body, in the form of tattoos. The seals are hidden in plain sight, and as such, as easy for him to access in battle. The first of his seals, he has four symbols on him which activate when coming into contact with a strong technique, to weaken it drastically. He also carries a seal on his body, with the Kanji, Guard, triggered to defend against attacks of sorts. Another, with the Kanji for Wind, allowing him to dodge physical hits should he need to, and another, with the Kanji for Chloroform, allowing him to enhance it greatly. Another seal lays upon his body with the Kanji for Eternal, which activates when his chakra is going to be drained, blocking it. He has special seals in his ears which counteract Sound techniques.

Description: The user will have four seals on their body (must be stated in the biography) with the Kanji for “Curse” that can be passively activated (instant but still counts as a move) whenever the opponent uses a technique. The seal will will release an intangible barrier that expands outwards in all directions. The barrier instantly reaches long-range in every direction and serves to absorb chakra from the given technique in order to weaken it by a quarter . The amount of chakra absorbed is proportional to the power of the technique but one thing that remains the same is that the remaining technique will fall to three-quarters it's original power i.e. a 120 damage technique would fall to 90 damage (Forbidden Rank). The barrier is destroyed soon after coming into contact with the technique if it exceeds a traditional S-Rank in power but not before it leeches a quarter of it’s chakra in order to weaken it by the same degree. The user can instead activate two barriers rather than one to reduce the targeted technique to half it’s original power rather than a quarter. This will count as two of the user’s three moves per turn. This means this technique does not counter other jutsu in itself but rather aids the user in countering more powerful techniques by weakening them. Due to the barrier’s intangibility, it will can work on solid techniques as well as liquids, gases and energy-based techniques. It will also only shatter against non-physical techniques due to their ability to clash with the intangible barrier. The reason this seal needs to be passively activated (still counts as a move) is so the user can use a technique in the same-timeframe to counter the opponent's weakened jutsu. This technique can be used thrice per battle, be it three usages of the single version, three usages of the double version or any variation/combination of the two.

Description: This technique is composed of a sealing formula that remains active until triggered, this sealing formula bears the Kanji letter of "ガ" or in literal meaning "guard" which is located on the user's upper arm. This sealing formula erects an invisible barrier that's made around the user at all times but does not actually cost the user a move until it activates, the barrier works by detecting the chakra of a fast incoming technique and deflects it, causing it to dissipate and leave the user unharmed, the barrier's deflection ability is only triggered by a fast moving technique, basically a technique that can't be tracked by normal eye sight and requires at least a Sharingan or similar means to track, the barrier that's around the user detects the speed once the technique collides with the chakra released from the barrier that's around the user and the sealing formula glows suddenly, causing the barrier that surrounds the user to repel the incoming technique within short range of the user.

(Fuuin: Kanbatsu Jakunen Metsubou) - Sealing Technique: Law of the Logia

Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for a specific element and it will lay dormant until the user is physically struck, be it by an attack, weapon or an opponent. Whenever the user is physically interacted with (e.g. punched, stabbed, shot), their body will instantly exhibit all of the properties of the chosen element. This doesn't mean their body merely has the properties of the element but rather when interacted with the targeted part(s) of the body will passively dissipate into storm energy or harden into steel (effect depends on the chosen element). If for example the user is stabbed and they turn into storm energy, the bladed weapon would merely phase through their energy-composed body and leave them unaffected. On the other side of the scale, if the user's body hardens into steel then the attack will simply do them no harm. After the attack or strike has passed through them, their body will automatically revert itself to it's normal appearance. Since this technique usually only applies to specific parts of the body, any unconverted portions of the user's body can still be moved/controlled/used as normal. While in this form, the user can only use the element they transformed into, the element's it's composed of and any combination of the aforementioned element as well as any non-elemental abilities. This technique enables the user to defend against A-Ranks and below of neutral elements (B-Ranks and below for weaknesses, S-Ranks and below for strengths). If the user is struck with an attack that will neutralize their transformation, the two cancel one another out and the user reverts to their original form unharmed. If the user is struck with an attack that overpowers their transformation, the user's body reverts to it's original form and sustains the remaining damage (after the collision of techniques). The only exception to this rule is if the two chosen elements have no sort of interaction with one another (e.g. Fire and Lightning), in which case rank differences will not matter. Regardless of how the user is hit, this can be a full body or partial transformation (depends on the user’s choice). Should they be struck by a physical attack capable of cancelling out their transformation (e.g. a sword streaming nagashi), the sword will remain inside them on reversion and they’ll be impaled by the blade.

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their body with the Kanji for a specific element. The seal can be passively activated in battle and it’s activation will restrict the user to a certain element (as well as the one’s it’s comprised of. In exchange for limiting the user to certain element(s), the user's techniques of the remaining elements will gain one rank and in the case of S-Ranks and above they will gain +20 damage. In the case of defensive and supplementary techniques, they will become capable of defending against techniques with 20 more damage points (only applies to S-Ranks and above). This counts as a passive boost rather than an active one due to the nature of the seal. To clearly illustrate the seal’s use in battle, if the user restricted themselves to Steel Release, they would still have access to Earth, Fire and any CE combinations of the aforementioned elements (elements that use solely earth, solely fire or Earth and Fire). Alternatively, the user can create the seal in the middle of a battle but this usage can only be used once. This usage is fast enough to be used in the same time-frame as the subsequent technique. Once activated, this technique lasts until canceled.

(Fuuin: Bachi no Fukyuu) - Sealing Technique: Bane of the Immortal

Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for "Eternal". The seal lies dormant and is passively activated whenever the opponent tries to seal or drain the user's chakra and/or abilities. The seal will instantly release an intangible barrier that surrounds the user's body like an armour. Any abilities which act externally such as the canon techniques Multiple Infinite Embraces or Living Barrier will be unable to affect anything inside the barrier, namely the user's body. Seals which act internally will first have their chakra be absorbed by the barrier (happens instantly and so before they can come into effect) and once erected, the barrier will prevent any further insertion of chakra while active. The seal is self-sustaining and will involuntary leech chakra from the user's body. This is for the express purpose of maintaining this technique even when the user can't use or mold chakra. This is possible as the chakra still exists within the user as it is equivalent of their very life-force. This can counter S-Rank and below sealing techniques. This cannot be activated manually and will only ever activate under the aforementioned conditions. It lasts for four turns or until the ability attempting to seal or drain the user's chakra or abilities is no longer active, whichever is longer.

(Ototon/Fuuinjutsu: Kodoku no Boumei) - Sound/Sealing Technique: Solitude of the Exile

Description: The user will have two seals on their body with the Kanji for "Solitude" infused with their sound chakra. The seals are located inside the ear canal (must be stated in the user's biography) and will activate automatically upon any chakra infused sound (not just the element) or technique entering the user's ear. The seal will then emit a sound wave with an amplitude opposite that of the invasive technique so that destructive interference occurs and the two cancel each other out. The seals will maintain the frequency for as long as the sound is being heard/transmitted by the opponent, allowing this jutsu to counter not only momentary techniques but those which are sustained or prolonged. This technique's use lies only in preventing chakra-infused sounds being heard and as such it's use is largely limited to countering Sound Genjutsu and similar abilities. The activation of this technique is instant (but still counts as a move) so it can intercept and cancel sound-based techniques before they're heard. As such, the user is free to perform techniques in the same time-frame (even if the seals are still actively transmitting to cancel a sustained frequency). These seals cancel chakra-infused sounds before they can affect the body by stopping them as they pass through the ear canal and so it essentially prevents illusions from taking effect. This means seals which activate upon foreign chakra entering the user's body will not be triggered. This technique can only counter one technique at a time and only one technique per use (counters up to and including S-Ranks).

(Heishi Piru) Soldier Pills
Type: Supplementary
Description and Background:Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiry of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants
Description of Side Effects:
-Upon using a second pill in a conflict the additional chakra cost after expiry rises to +30 until healed
-Upon taking a third pill, the medical ninja will suffer cardiac arrest upon expiry of the pill.

(Hyōrōgan) Military Ration Pills
Type: Healing
Description and Background:Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach.
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking two pills in a conflict results in hyper-stimulation of the cardiovascular system. The users heart rate and blood pressure increase to the point they become painful for 6 turns after taking the pill.
-Taking 3 pills in a conflict pushes the user's cardiovascular system to breaking point, resulting in heart failure after 4 turns.

(Ketsueki no Zōka Piru) Blood Replenishing Pill
Type: Healing
Description and Background: Contains high concentrations of amino acids, iron and mitosis inducing enzymes designed to turbo boost the production of erythrocytes from haematopoetic stem cells in the human body. This pill alleviates and cancels the symptoms of blood loss after one turn. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or administer in combat and are essentially dark red small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking 2 pills leads to increased blood pressure, and increased likelihood of blood clots forming, specially through trauma.
-Taking 3 pills over stresses the cardiovascular system and causes aneurysm after 4 turns.

Description:
The Crotalinae are a selective species of snake summonings which were bred and assigned only to the greater of the snake contract signers. These species of Snake summonings specifically had evolved over time to have harder, more adaptable scales covering their body and an enhanced pit organ that naturally heightened their abilities to sense. This heightened sensing used through the pit organ seemingly was developed not only for predatory reasons but also for defensive measures against other predators. The sensing was exactly like the basics of any other snake, just taken to a higher level. Meaning they could sense minute vibrations up to a certain distance around them and even had an infrared optic map of the world before them. Typically, most snakes of the Crotalinae subfamily had natural infrared maps overlaid through their optic tectum, but with the Selective species being bred into existence it was heightened to the point of even being able to put this to use in the pitch black and in the darkest of times. The facial pit actually visualizes thermal radiation using the same optical principles as a pinhole camera, wherein the location of a source of thermal radiation/heat is determined by the location of the radiation on the membrane of the heat pit. The resolution on the infrared mapping through the heat pits has a very high resolution, which in turn allows the snakes to sense different levels of heat and cooler areas in extreme detail. Besides the sensing, their scales made for a greater form of defense, allowing them to survive harsher conditions and more damage than an average snake summoning. Not only were the scales on Crotalinae found to be more thicker and tougher than average, but they also held a passive ability to blend in with their environment by changing colors and becoming camouflaged. This coupled with their sensing made them very dangerous predators that were even able to escape other predator's perception if they didn't have some higher form of tracking or sensing.

Note: The Crotalinae Species can be summoned as generic snakes like the ones summoned in techniques such as: Summoning Technique: Giant Snakes, Summoning Technique: Three Headed Snakes, or Just the normal generic summoning technique, though instead of being normal snakes, they'd be of the Crotalinae subfamily. They won't take the place of those techniques, instead the user uses the generic summoning technique to summon Crotalinae, having to post this technique along with it but not costing an extra move.

Note: The sensing of minute vibrations and infrared mapping spans as far as an 100m radius, with larger snakes being able to sense the furthest due to their larger pit organs. Snakes under 40m in length can only sense up to 50m whole anything bigger can sense up to the maximum reach.

Note: The evolved scales allow the Crotalinae Species to take up to 20 more damage than average snake summonings of their rank. This is due to the thickness and tougher nature of the scaling covering the Crotalinae.

Not much is known about the history of Ardyn, also known as the Immortal Accursed. Decades ago, he reigned as a king, many subjects under his control and enjoyed the proclivities of wealth and power. However, this turned bitter, as a coup ran rampant and he escaped with his life.

His life and reputation ruined as he fell from grace, the old King Ardyn, opted for religion..And religion he found in Jashin. He joined the Jashinism Cult with advantageous perks, he was able to live longer, become more fearsome, and hence, he gained his moniker, for proving ever so difficult to kill in a fight. His life was spent mastering his skills, now becoming a deadly swordsmen, and a valued follower of Jashin.

S W I F T:

Swift Release, or Jinton, is an Advanced Element from Sunagakure that allows the user to mold together Wind and Lightning natures and infuse his body with it in order to enhance and increase his movement speed. Ardyn was born with this special element, utilzing it as part of his main fighting style.

Ardyn after spending several years training, has come to become one with the element of Lightning and Wind Release. This is most notable due to his kekkai genkai being a combination of the two, but regardless he is proficient with Wind Release at it's upmost peak. He is able to use it with only a single hand seal, while being able to perform Lightning Release techniques with quicker hand seal casting compared to the other elements.

M A S T E R:


Ardyn is self taught in the art of the sword. Combined with his mastery of Taijutsu, he is a well rounded master of close combat who is capable of dispatching enemies with little to no effort. His primary weapons of choice are the Doppler karambits.

J A S H I N I S T:

Jashinist are a cult of followers that worship Jashin. According to Hidan, Jashin expects that all his followers bring nothing less than utter destruction and death. Jashinist pray to Jashin before a fight, asking for a "good kill." If he is unsuccessful, or is not allowed to kill, he prays for forgiveness. When undergoing a sacrifice, Jashinist changes appearance after ingesting their opponent's blood. Their skin then turns black with white markings representing a skeleton, a symbol of absolute death. The Jashin symbol formed under them, an equilateral circumscribed triangle (an upside down triangle with a circle around it), and begin their sacrificial ritual. Transferring any kind of pain or injury that they take to the opponent, this ritual can be broken if the Jashinist either steps or is forced out of the circle.

His royal upbringing shines through however, as reflected in his body language, poise, and posture in contrast to his team. octis has been described as a complex character who has dealt with a lot of emotional turmoil as his mother died when he was young and his father had to cater to the demands of the kingdom, leaving Noctis feeling alone. Nevertheless, he is not bitter over it, accepting that sacrifices had to be made. Noctis is still trying to figure out who he is, and struggles articulating his feelings. He keeps a lot bottled up. He enthuses about the things he enjoys, and has a bit of an inflated ego. He can be reckless, having to be held back by others, though this does not always stop him. He's playful, and is frequently snarky and sarcastic. Near the end of Noctis's journey, his friends note his increased confidence, and he has become more stern and resolute. He has learned to take on the responsibilities of his position, and does so without hesitation.

History


Noctis was born under the tutelage of a King, and within him, flows royal blood. However, his mother died with child birth, and early on, his father found out that Noctis was special, that he would be the key to the redemption of the Ninja World, perhaps even putting his own life on the line for it. His father kept it a secret, and tried normalizing Noctis' upbringing as much as he could. He never told him. Legend states, that Noctis was able to access a special armory, the Armiger. The ability to call forth the royal weaponry, used by the Kings who came before him. These weapons would manifest around him, and this, made him particularly deadly in combat. Coupled with his ability to teleport, he was one to be reckoned with early on. Noctis gained a reputation, became well known in the Ninja World. Nonetheless, Noctis embarks on a journey, after having lost some of his abilities, aiming to get them back, and perhaps, create some adventure along the way.


Other

Wind Specialty: After having trained in Wind release, Noctis gained a liking for the element. Due to this, he decided to specialize in it, and is able to use Wind techniques with a single hand seal.

Lightning Specialty: Second to his love for Wind, Noctis specialized in Lightning. The overwhelming power and rage associated with Lightning, as well as the ability to add it to his sword, made Lightning an easy second choice.

Kenjutsu Specialty: Noctis grew up using swords, and due to his special ability of being able to summon weapons out of nothing, Noctis decided to specialize in Kenjutsu. He is well taught, and is able to hold his own, using only his sword.

Space/Time Techniques: Noctis was not only gifted with swords and the elements, but he also gained the ability to warp space/time itself, and move his body at high speeds from one location, to another. This gained him the moniker, the Blue Flash.

L O O K S

Han is a very tall man, seen as the physically largest jinchūriki, easily standing a head taller than Killer B. He is also heavily armoured, wearing what is called Steam Armour with a furnace on the back that emits steam. He has light brown eyes and his armour extends all the way to the bottom half of his face, covering it up. Underneath the armour covering the bottom half of his face, he wears a white cloth which also covers both sides of his face and the top of his head. Aside from his red armour, he also wears a red kasa (conical straw hat) over the white cloth and it seems to be composed of the same material of his armour and furnace. He wears his Iwagakure forehead protector on a black cloth, and over his armour, Han wears a black gi, with the sleeves seemingly torn off and black gloves. He also wears what seems to be a bronze-coloured ring around his neck which he wears over his red armour. Also, the armour covering his arms and torso is plated.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

Han makes a habit of leaving his right hand tucked inside his kimono. He was rather amicable and friendly when he first met Naruto Uzumaki appearing to be a calm and reserved individual, crediting his and fellow jinchūriki's attitudes due to them witnessing how Naruto had been recently treating Kurama.

Han (ハン, Han) is a shinobi from Iwagakure and the jinchūriki of the Five-Tails. Han's fighting style seemed to revolve around taijutsu. He covered his body in a special armour with a furnace on his back that stores large amounts of steam, borrowed from Kokuō's Boil Release, the simultaneous mixture fire and water-natured chakra, which boils Han's chakra to the highest temperature. By regulating the amount and pressure of the steam, Han can severely magnify his physical strength and the force behind his taijutsu attacks. The power behind his steam-enhanced strength is enough to send opponents flying away with a single attack. When his normal attacks are not strong enough, he uses the steam to bolster them, taking his opponents by surprise.

As Kokuō's jinchūriki, Han is granted a significant amount of chakra and stamina from the beast. The full extent of his control is unknown, but he could form at least one of the beast's tails upon his reincarnation. Later on, when attacked and immobilised by B's ink clone, Han transformed into his 'Version 2' form to escape being sealed. He was also able to fully transform into Kokuō, while in this state Han displayed strong ramming power, using his horns to heavily wound the Eight-Tails and B as well sending them back a considerable distance. He is also able to utilise chakra arms in his Version 2 form like most other jinchūriki.






O T H E R

Kokuō's Jinchūriki:

The Five-Tails (五尾, Gobi) is a tailed beast sealed within Han from Iwagakure. It has been captured, extracted, and sealed by Akatsuki. In the anime, Gobi is indicated to have been one of the two tailed beasts that Akatsuki captured before the start of Part II. It was later resealed into a resurrected Han during the Fourth Shinobi World War. Gobi primarily resembles a white horse, but with a dolphin's head. It has two pointed long horns and three shorter horns in front. The ends of its horns, hooves, and tails are light brown, with some of the same-coloured spots before the brown areas of its horns and hooves. It also has red markings under its dark blue-green eyes. The Five-Tails seems to be a quiet and reserved individual. Though it does not speak much, when it does it uses a rather old-fashioned 'watakushi' (私) when referring to itself causing it to come across as very polite. Its real name is Kokuo (穆王, Kokuō).

Abilities:

Kokuo has an enormous supply of chakra compared to most ninja. However, it does not have as much as the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox, gaining +500 chakra
Complete mastery over the Steam element and Fire or Water, without the use of handseals and gaining +30 damage up to S rank. This includes a special steam armor that can be used in conjunction with steam he releases from it to increase his taijutsu skills.
Horse-like abilities, of all the Tailed Beasts it has the strongest charging power as a result of its horse-like body, which can be very lethal in conjunction with the horns on his head, gaining an additional +5 base speed levels

Description:[/B] Thousands of years ago, there was a lone some village in the Land of Eki, where all the villagers to a vow of peace. Never to fight even if their own life is endangered, the only exception was the protection of family and loved ones. Kids were taught this from an early age, meditation was also practiced at minimum 4 times a day to keep everyone at one with themselves. Within this village were great craftsmen throughout out all the land, that made tools with the heart for defending. Other bigger Villages and tribes with well over a thousand people wanted these craftsmen and their creations to in attempt to become rulers of the entire land of Eki. The village hidden in Ketsueki, the biggest in all the land and by far the most powerful, came to the lone village destroying everyone's homes and killing the people of the village in search for the craftsmen and what they seen as "weapons". One of the Five craftsmen gave his son a pair of Gold earrings with what appears to have aqua colored diamonds[from chakra being stored within them] after the son put the earring on they became one with him. The intruders eventually found the last craftsman and his family hiding within a tunnel built under their home, each being pulled and executed, the son being the last one pulled from the tunnel, when they tried to kill him a barrier of chakra appeared reflecting their jutsu. This son with the only tools ever found, made by the legendary craftsmen , after 20 years went on to become King of all the land of Eki, finally bringing Peace. The earrings became known as "The Kings Peace", and their abilities are known to Block and/or Reflect nearly anything threatening the holder.

Note: The earrings can activate without the holders awareness but will always cost a move and drain proportional chakra to the technique defended from, preventing the user from molding his chakra at the same time for another technique.
Note: Only works with offensive Ninjutsu techniques (elemental or not) traveling towards the user.
Note: Blocking [right earring] is the ability through which the earrings bring forth a shield of chakra, shy of 50cm from the user, in the path of an incoming technique, just enough to block it from damaging the wearer and Reflection[left earring] is the ability to bring forth a dampening shield of chakra, in the path of an incoming technique, which diverts the attack's path and sends it back towards its origin, albeit weaker by half (B-Rank becomes C-Rank for example).
Note: Each ability can only be used once every 3 turns and can only defend against up to B-Rank. By sacrificing the ability to reuse one of the applications, the user is able to forcefully will the earrings to defend from a technique up to S-Rank. However, in this case, that application becomes unusable for the rest of the match and they need conscious control from the user to perform said defense.
