democracy something thingie for battle arena rules

>_< I ma bored of all this.. first of all if u guys see all ppl are annoyed by those idiot rules why dont u change them god dammit, or remove them...yeah Bisha wants to seem like he does it for NB....but he hell he does, he just wants to gain more official power...like the one who made the rules, but for me the rules are fine, the sensei thingy sux and sorry for flame U_U, I mean...I agree with sage did the official senseis take at least tests for this?Oo I like had 20 students and none..I repeat none had any regret they trained with me, like I can go around fooling all day..OOH LOOK I AM AN OFFICIAL SENSEI, whats the point of that?can;t u guys see people dont even listen to this?they train who they want at any posts they want...and they call it "friendly" .. in my opinion u can keep all rules and sleep with them under the pillow for all that matters, none of the senseis except maybe Hellsbadass trained anyone by now..so why waste time 2 or 3 months to become sensei?gh whatever..

btw guy's I also want people to say what they have against this too, cause then we can try to find solutions to try and fix it. I think this is a great idea. there are different way's we can carry this democracy out.
Exactly Xero, if there was a democracy for shinobi don't you think that instead of bringing Tsunade into the Hokage position that they would have made Kakashi or Jiraiya the Hokage?
But back to this thread. It will take far too long for anything to get done if you attempt to have people vote for certain rules to be added or not added. In the end there will be more head aches and more problems for everyone including us mods. You say it will take stress off the mod's but that is far from the truth. Because not only will we have to watch the polls them selves but we will also have to watch the threads and make sure there isn't any fighting, cussing, spamming, yadda yadda yadda so there will be a lot of stress that you haven't taken into consideration on this.
No there is no corruption in having mod's go over the rules....well it depends on what mods go over them but you get what I mean

and there would be time limit's for the voting, like 1 week submitting, then 1 week to vote, and that would be final. I believe there is corruption and stuff in having mod's go over rules, but democracy would get rid of this, and there are different way's we could do the democracy, for example we could like have a party which we elect to make the rule's and have governergenerals be forced to sign those rules eventually, but they could ask tweeks, and stuff but you get what i mean, but I still want Democracy.

I have tons of complaints, and 0 applications. How can u complain, if theres no one gone through the process?
And, as far as i can see, the only one complaining is neutrino00 (and a few people he convinced to follow him)...first of all, neutrino00 can't even apply for a sensei titule since he's black listed for insulting and trashing staff members!
