Genjutsu would be Deidara's weakness, but he has already countered that with his invention.

Pein bodies would just fell from mines, C4, etc.

Hey blazekev I don't want to burst your bubble but the rinnegan is a doujutsu and can see the mines just like the sharingan can.

Also even if one body were to be hurt Pain can just heal them with one of the paths.

And finally Deva can just shinra tensei the explosion away from them if he wanted to.

Deidara is awesome but he can't beat Nagato in any form, and it is highly unlikely that he would be able to beat Itachi.

He could beat most of the Akatsuki members, but definitely not those two, and maybe not Kisame either, since Samehada absorbs chakra (the nanobombs), and it heals damage to Kisame.
