I'm surprised kishi didn't convince you in last chapter but the base did convinced you the opposite and apply it to the main character XD

EDIT: This manga does not have any relation to soloing anybody. This manga has been consistently showing that Team work and bond is what important in life. It's sad that some people does not have thinking capacity to comprehend such simple fact. I pity them.

Naruto was considered a failure before he had any friends but when he got in the same team with sasuke , kakashi and sakura , he begin to get stronger and worked hard to get strong because he wanted to protect them and begin to get more stronger as he meet more friends ( and of course rivalry and brotherly friendship with sasuke helped too ) . i think it was same with a Asura , both understands value of friends , people around them and knows they were the ones who made them ( Naruto and Asura ) want to be strong so they can protect them .

I don't agree, solely because you people probably have no idea how a story or a dialogue formation works. You cannot take anything out of context here, as ALL lines and pages are important. Why? Because it's a story. The future is as important as the past. The Past serves a duel purpose as it has been juxtaposed directly and explicitly with Naruto's, as he is Ashura's Reincarnation. You cannot throw Naruto out of the equation, you cannot throw the previous pages out of the picture, nor can we ignore the obvious similarities between the Cloaks.

@ bolded part, well the powerfull physcial chakra and great life force is what bloomed in Ashura and will bloom in Naruto.

@underlined part, I agree with that but the it was stated Ashura was also born with powerfull chakra but was unable to bring this potential out until he trained enough while getting friendship.

Sadly, your reading is selective and that why it has flaws.

The Cooperation and hard work WAS The reason and cause for Ashura to finally awake his powerfull chakra and bring it out after a lot of suffering and struggling. Yes, He was displayed with crowd behind him, however it has no meaning in combat as Kishi only used it as symbol in what is the source of their power/what caused them to become such powerfull. In Indra's case it was being alone and depending/fighting only for yourself while Ashura went so far due to fighting and caring for other people so much.

Manga fact: We saw only one panel of Ashura and Indra fighting and there was none trail of any person helping Ashura, so if Kishi wanted he would draw at least one or two person randomely attacking Indra from Ashura's side.

Besides Kishi moved already on, so I doubt we will ever see Ashura and Indra fighting against themselves on the panel as Hagoromo mentioned they destroyed their bodies in fight... and got on the part when he reveals Ashura is reincarnated in Naruto.

However Manga clearly stated that while Naruto/Ashura needed to expierience a lot of pain on the their suffering's way which also included meeting and getting know the people around , making friends, mutual understanding etc. and all of it lead both Naruto and Ashura to awake THEIR HIDDEN POTENTIAL. This is the part you chose to ignore while only sticking to the quotes from the manga which fits your taste and view on the manga.

You can not be selective also in what in the manga is right or what part you don't care about and skip.

^^ True.... even although I disagree with bold part. Imo It was Naruto's own power which was hidden but it was just coincidence for Naruto to awake that power while also mastering Kurama's power.

There is something that I don't understand: It was implied in the chapter that naruto doesn't have talent like his parents(both of them), I understand that Minato was a genius but wasn't it said before that kushina had very similar personality and fighting style to naruto ? She was NEVER described to be talented, opposite actually she was described to be VERY similar to Naruto.

Also is Naruto really completly untalented ? its hard for me to believe that after seeing that naruto has MUCH more talent in senjutsu then Jiraiya and his father who is a GENIUS.
