actually the assistance didn't fail because NK didn't ask a mod he simply pmed everyone and it was a big mistake in his part which I took advantage over and lynched him out.

there wasn't any such of passing a death note in this game there was simply 2 kiras roaming around

He died but gave his Deathnote to Soulkiller, who now is the Kira.

So Kira, wins.

He got killed by you, so the assistant gets the note transfered to him, and he becomes Kira. In this case, SK became kira because u killed akatsuki. END
