He wasn't at 100% when he faced Danzo and he still came out on top. Danzo was running like a coward (like his whole life) because he got pierced by a Chidori sword and couldn't handle Sasuke.

You act as if Sasuke wanted that CS power the first time during the forest of Death. If he was handed a power then why not use it to make it better and stronger? You want to argue for Sasuke receiving CS but you would be fapping over Naruto handed Kyubi power from birth. The second time he did venture out for the CS, but his strong will is what made him overpower and outdo the curse thus increasing his endurance and strength. Recall Yoroi fight and the majority of Shippuden how he masters his CS power excellently.

He was plenty talented in part 1. He has basic fire style jutsu (Fireball, Phoenix flower, and dragon flame) Shuriken weaponry at his disposal and solid speed and this was before he had gained the CS in the FoD. He learned Chidori from Kakashi and even made it his own after the timeskip into different variations:

- Chidori senbon
- Chidori Spear
- Chidori blade (can channel Chidori through his sword with ease)
- Chidori Nagashi
- Kirin

He has obviously gotten better with his chakra control.

You are trying to discredit Sasuke for not advancing his raw talent when his speed and abilities increased drastically and even punked Naruto and Yamato with ease.

He was given powerups but not all of his power was given. He worked for a lot too, so trying to deny it is your own problem.

He didn't lose his MS. He implanted Itachi's eyes to gain EMS. Sasuke got better with his Enton manipulation and had been advancing his powers throughout the war, so he didn't just receive the EMS. He increased his power while fighting Obito and Madara. Clearly you don't read the manga so I suggest you start over from chapter 3 if you are confused about Sasuke's place.
