Umm im pretty sure he does, because he lost in a pretty damn fair fight besides the withholding of KA at the end. KA is needed bottom line imo.

That's fine, but I'm on Howling Fox's side this time. Danzou was hampered so badly by plot it wasn't even funny like the sheer stupidity of him wasting Izanagi on mere thrown kunai and not following his attacks all the way through. And as was mentioned, KA aside, Danzo was still holding back to conserve chakra and strength to face Tobi and Sasuke at killing point SEVERAL times, like the Curse Mark trap, but instead of striking, he made an aside to the audience. I won't deny Sasuke put up a fight and certainly pushed Danzou, but Danzou was not fighting at maximum capacity and was another victim of PIS. Without these hindrances, he has the ability to not only beat Sasuke physically, but to play with his mind at will if he so desired. Just saying Itachi's name drove Sasuke into rage; further pressing the issue would deteriorate his mindstate further and end up much like his outburst against the Sound 4 where he was fodderized.

KA simply removes all challenge and renders the fight over in a blink, so of course Danzou wins in that facet. It's not even debatable.

No he didn't have time to use it. Sasuke dashed at danzo then he evaded and went straight for karin. While he had her hostage and was deciding whether to use KA or save it, sasuke stabbed him through karin.

The example you just gave showed he had time to use it when holding karin. He didnt stab him instantly by any means.
