Being the elder of Konoha, he should already have vast knowledge of Kakashi. Kakashi is known across the Naruto-verse via Sharigan and his famous tech Raikri. If I had to name a list to vouch on why he will know: Itachi, Hiruzen, Deidara, 4th Raikage, Kakuzu. Ok I know its obvious that he will know much about Kakashi already, duh.
Danzo will know to take advantage for having the element affinity. Kakashi having other elemental jutsu will not surprise Danzo either as he is simply famous for being the copy cat ninja too. With that said Danzo will be having the edge in ninjutsu battles.
Wood Release can also be very good in play then it actually being overshadowed in Danzo's arsenal. Danzo shown to release this move so fast that it can redirect one of the fastest attacks in NV. Kakashi attempt to speed blitz kill can also be flawed due to Danzo timing it and consuming Kakashi. And with Wood Release spec, be able to suppress Kakashi's via chakra.

" is simply hacks and can be abusive. Taking advantage of spawning will lead to easy imprints to prepare a seal.
If Kakashi method is to prolong the battle/defensive approach via Kamui himself (as Kid Gamer said), Doton, Suiton. Danzo does not have to follow his stall as he was simply release the jutsu until Kakashi decides to attack again. Meaning stalling will also be useless.
There is nothing Kakashi can due once Danzo summons Baki, while Danzo has him in sight. The suction is just too much for kakashi arsenal can handle. Suiton gives Baki something to drank, and Doton wall can be debatable if it will crumble form the powerful suction or not. Regardless, Danzo tag teaming will make this battle over if it hasn't already.
