There shouldnt be a scan for something such as common sense. Danzo has no reaction time nor speed feats that suggest he would escape Obito's kamui let alone Kakashi's. Now whether he'll be able to release Izanagi to alter the escape of kamui is debatable because I hardly doubt he'll even have the time to think on the spot to counter Kamui via Izanagi.

Izanagi reverses injuries by altering reality. When you can find me scans any users of it (Obito, Danzo) doing what you claim they can do with it (Escaping Kamui's warp) then you can say they can do it. Until then, fanfiction will be fanfiction.

Where did i put down minato? Everyone can react being sucked in doesnt mean they have what it takes to escape. If you have a method to escape getting warped via teleport by all means use it.

Kakashi wouldn't need kamui to defeat Danzo. His "base" abilities would be capable of pulling it off, especially considering you've given him a water source.

I suppose it comes down to whether or not Danzō can negate Kamui by activating Izanagi. I don't think Kakashi'll be able to replicate the aggressive approach Sasuke took when running down Danzō's immortality, so it looks like he'll need to resort to the more guerrilla based tactics if he wants to record a victory. Given that Danzō's reaction feats do not allow for him to overcome something as sudden as Kamui, i'd favour Kakashi more times than not - although I do think that a well timed Izanagi would neutralize the warp.

Uh what? Where did you even get that from? Minato's reactions>Danzo's reactions in general.

I suppose it comes down to whether or not Danzō can negate Kamui by activating Izanagi. The aggressive approach that Sasuke took is the completely wrong one to take when fighting Danzo to begin with(unless you're some sort of chakra god ala a Kisame or Hashirama). It's a complete waste of chakra. The advantage for Kakashi in this fight is his superior tai and kenjutsu skills. While he certainly has the chakra reserves now to use raikiri or it's variants multiple times over a 10 minute period, it wouldn't be required here, nor would it be intelligent to take that route.
