Exactly. That's the same with the bird. If the pillar and the attack neutralize each other it means the bird taks the attack, but is forced to reverse. If the attack were to hit the pillar and the pillar remains, then so does the bird, if the attack were to destroy the pillar and keep going (weakened) the same would happen to the bird, except you get a dead bird that reverse summons back, and a weakened attack that keeps going.

Description: Iris Gloriosa is a beautiful rainbow colored macaw with Fire, the queen of Altorio. She is half the size of a normal Summon Boss, although having a rivaling sized wingspan. Twice per battle, she is able to run her fire chakra through her feathers, creating a burning light of multicolors, flashing her opponents and stealing their sight, not through chakra but through the light alone (Not a genjutsu). Her fire jutsus display a strong rainbow glow, burning brighter than normal fire, although at a much weaker effect than her blinding flash, without any added strength. She speaks with a very soft and joyful brazilian accent, like a royal lady, yet very playful and youthful.
*Can only be summoned once*
*Lasts 4 turns*
So, iris is a rainbow colored macaw and she's the queen of altorio; the most beautiful parrot (from how i imagine, at least .-.) She's half the size of a normal summoning boss, so i assume it would be similar to gamabunta's size, so half of it would be 50 meters, but her wingspan rivals the size of a normal summoning boss. Twice per battle, she can run fire chakra through her feathers to have the feathers in her body to light up, flashing the enemy with the rainbow of colors, so they'd be unable to see. Her fire jutsus are brighter than the normal fire.
Questions, can she use up to A-rank fire techniques? And, how long does the blindness, or lack of vision last? and also, how long can you maintain the flash of light, or is is literally a flash of light?
*She appears in the field and suddenly everything seems happier, and fresher. She gallantly introduces herself to everyone, before I shut her out and de-summon her, discretely. Everything suddenly feels sadder.*
She can use the default Fire Affinity Arsenal for Summons, which is handsealessly up to one rank before it's rank, thus Fire up to A rank.
The flash is just that, a flash, a couple of seconds of bright colors. The blindness varies, but nothing higher than a turn, I'd say.
Yeah. The Macaws produce a protein called Psittacofulvin, which is basically an happiness drug. That's why everyone in Altorio is happy, and no one minds the rule of the Royal Family. It is also why zé carioca left, because he doesn't consider Altorio's happiness as true happiness. It's debatable.

Description: This jutsu relies on bird's innate magnetic compass that allows them to migrate over extensive distances across the globe. Allying chakra to it, a parrot using this technique would be able to pinpoint any chakra signature he had contact with, regardless of distance. This technique serves not as the detection itself for that is innate, but as the locking of a target's signature in the parrot's brain. It requires the summon to be short-range from the target or short range from a place where the target stood for a relatively long period of time (Unless the target is using or used a camouflage jutsu during that time). After the target is successfully locked, the bird can sense it anywhere in the world, with very little interference (Only Muu's camouflage technique would hide himself from this, higher than 15 meters, other means would have to interfere with the ability itself).
*Can only be used by parrots*
*Can only lock on two targets at a time*
Hm... basically a tracker. This jutsu uses the birds' innate magnetic compass that they naturally have to allow them to travel over extensive area with relative ease. The parrot has to be within short-range of the target and can use chakra to memorize the enemies chakra so the parrot can locate them with their ability to navigate view magnetic field. This would be handy in the NW lol
question: How long does the summon have to be near the enemy? (in terms of turns)

Description: Multiple parrots from a multitude of colours, shapes and sizes burst out of the users’s body, hitting a opponents with a barrage of beak slams and claw scratches, and provide a great distraction for the user to flee or attack, amidst the flying birds. The technique works similarly to the Murder of Crows Confusion. The amount of birds that appear depend on the chakra the user puts into the technique, when no longer needed, the parrots disperse. In parties, the user can make the parrots dance Samba.

You summon parrots of various colors and shapes and sizes from your body. (I am guessing it comes from your sleeves? or does it just burst out like, omnidirectionally? lol. The parrots would fly towards the enemy and hit them with barrages of beaks and claw scratches, acting as projectiles but different because i assume the parrots can follow them (unless they're going too fast lol). Um two questions, how are they released? and what are the sizes, since it says the shapes and sizes vary, i assume it wouldn't be too big.

It works in two ways, the first being if your parrot is short range from a target. This is instant, the parrot memorizes the chakra signature and bam, it's done. The second way is if your parrot is in a place where someone stood for a long time, like a place where he battle, or hang around in a significant way (like chilling, drinking in a tavern, etc). You can also use this in the supposed offices (in case of a kage) or houses (in case of normal villagers) or hideouts.
Parrot Carnival:
This size is related to the user. You would summon RL sized parrots, maybe slightly bigger. Bigger parrots would summon all sorts of parrots, up to around, say, half their size. They can appear from your sleeves, cloaks, hands, etc, it's up to you. If you want to spit out the parrots, you can.
One thing I'd like to say is that you can leave behind some feathers, that would normally fall from the chaos. And poop xD
But I mention feathers because it's one of my most prized tricks to use this and then leave feathers around the target which I use to explode with the Explosive Feathers technique
And we're done! Here's something I'd love for you to submit when you have time:

I think it's an amazing technique!
And we need more ideas, what do you think would benefit us?
