I like that idea, but it's probably useless, since we can't use subs in battles. But I think it's really nice as a rp support technique!

Oh yeah, i keep forgetting about that rule... Well, we should try doing something that would take advantage of how parrots can mimic human speech. ;_;

What we can o is just have a jutsu that turns us into parrots for a small while and then reform. Some people do not consider it a sub...

That's what i meant when i said Sub xD Like, once you're struct, you disperse in a large amount of differently-colored parrots; the parrots fly away omnidirectionally while a flock of parrots would gather in one spot within mid-range, and reform. The other parrots flying omnidirectionally will serve to prevent the enemy from knowing where you're going to form :3

The omnidirectional wave of birds would serve as an offensive, and a distraction. A flock of birds within all the birds will fly towards one area, hidden beneath the other parrots flying outwards. Once reaching the destination (anywhere within mid-range), the flock of birds would gather in that spot and join together for the summoner to reform.
* Usable twice
* Must have signed Parrots

What should we do about the human voice thing? If we use Sound, you won't be able to use, so it has to be Nin or Gen.

Or we can have parrots mimic techniques, like mimic the sounds of chidori... Well, either way I think an ability like that would be useful with Lloyd, since he can be summoned anywhere lol

Nah, there's already a ton of techs that dislocate sound... As for the other, maybe... but I'm not too eager on the idea...

Nah, sound-based ninjutsu and genjutsu are still a possibility, if we don't explore vibrational frequencies too in depth.

(Oumu no Jutsu: Fezāchenjingu gijutsu ) - Parrot Arts: Feather Changing Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Self
Chakra: 20 (+5 chakra per turn, if the parrot is displaying continuously changing colors)
Damage: N/A
Description: A simple parrot arts technique created for parrots. A Parrot will spread its wing and channel chakra through one/all feathers, depending on usages. The chakra would allow them to change the color of the feathers and by doing so, the parrot would be able to create a "picture" through their feathers. It can act as a way to communicate through parrot and humans, and/or act as a makeshift TV by continuously changing the color of the feathers to create moving pictures. Furthermore, by spreading their wings out, the parrot can manipulate the colors of the feathers to mimic the background, acting as a camouflage. Should a parrot move while using this camouflaging effect, a ripple like pattern would be seen by the opponent.
*Must have signed the Parrots Contract*
*"Streaming" or "moving" pictures lasts a maximum of three turns.
