The Blood Flame Rasengan using lead, clorine, and boron from earth element and oxygen and nitrogen from wind element to create a mixture of Lead, B2O3 and NaCl creating a heavy dark flame. (Very hot as well)

It's not, it's a chemical reaction producing a sharp "hissing" flame (looks like a flame from a blow torch) but it's a bloody, crimson red color.

Actually, I said green flames are made FROM burning copper, irl anyways. which logically would make it a logically good choice for a fire and earth style user. They would at least have a good scientific ground to stand on for the creation of their technique as well as a powerful two element jutsu.
