It takes 4 turns to completely freeze u.

All Suiton and Hyouton jutsus won't work for three turns. On the fourth turn all Suiton jutsus will work and all Hyouton jutsus C-Rank and above will work. On the fifth turn all moves will be usable again and the effects of this move will dissapear.

BlondieGirl will be taking over as the custom jutsu submissions guide.She will approve them and add them to her site.All custom jutsu will be switched to her siite aswell while I focus on the naruto jutsu.
