Description:
This secret medical technique causes the user to flush their body full of medical chakra, then pushing it outwards to create a short range aura surrounding themselves. An invisible field to non doujutsu users, it creates a sphere of chakra that is constantly coming from the user. A relatively chakra draining technique the longer it goes on, this medical chakra responds to the users desire to heal or destroy degradable matter. While capable of healing wounds and repairing skin tissue and chakra networks, when turned into aggressive medical chakra, its then capable of destroying and breaking down matter. As the technique increases in duration, the more chakra is released from the user, at the cost of becoming more taxing. With an initial cost of 10 chakra, the user can heal or deal 10 damage. As the turns increase, the cost and damage increases by 10 per turn, costing and dealing 20 for turn 2, costing and dealing 30 at turn 3 etc.
A simple but effective technique, allows the user to benefit from close range, this double edge sword increases in potency the longer it goes on, as long as the user has the reserves to continue it.
Notes:
Cannot perform elemental ninjutsu while active
Cannot perform other medical techniques while active.
Can only be used twice per battle/arc

Description: Supay the Wendigo, is the god of the underworld and the lord of wendigos. He is a malevolent and cannibalistic beast, who looks gaunt to the point of emaciation, his skin pulled tightly over his bones, the bones almost visible through it as they push outwards. The complexion of his skin is ash gray, and his eyes are pushed back deep into their sockets. The lips that he may have had are tattered and bloody, and the bones stick out of his body like spikes. His head looks like that of a bloodied and meaty fox. Supay releases an eerie odor of decay, of death and corruption, which will cover the battlefield when summoned. He possesses the innate abilities known by all wendigos. These innate abilities known by all wendigos, is that they can apply killing intent upon their targets [passive, equal to the wendigos rank]. This killing intent that he directs at his victims has such a terrifying effect, that those who experience it, are caught in a state of terror and a state of total paralysis due to the fear that they experience [+1 rank above Sage]. In addition to this the wendigos are exceptional trackers and have innate sensory capabilities [passive]. Aside from the abilities known by all wendigos, Supay has his own unique ways of tormenting his victims.

The eerie odor which Supay releases upon the battlefield is so strong that it can cripple the stomachs and nostrils of even the strongest of warriors. When he is summoned, the victims on the field of battle will begin to experience their noses and their stomachs begin to be uncomfortable, and over time it will increase in its intensity. By the second round they will begin to feel nauseous and have trouble concentrating, while on the third round they will experience vomiting and an extreme headache, causing them to be incapable of focusing. After the third round, it will continue to have such an effect on the targets until Supay leaves the battlefield and yet, the eerie odor persists for three more rounds after. These effects translate into the target being incapable of performing techniques that are above A-rank when the second round begins.

Mimicry is something that Supay is capable of, in fact he is the Master of It, within the kingdom of the Wendigos. It is said that wendigos can mimic other people’s voices, sounds and more, making his favorite pastime being luring strangers into the darkness to consume them. In the field of battle, he can use this mimicry ability to confuse several targets by mimicking the voices of their comrades, fallen friends or animals, or mimic the sound of creatures, things or beasts or loved ones. These voices or sounds that he mimics can be heard anywhere on the battlefield and seem to come from any direction that he chooses. This ability is used to such devastating effect that it will mess with the individual’s minds, causing their reaction time to drop severely [drop by half]. In addition, it may be utilized in a manner so that the targets have difficulty pinpointing the whereabouts of the wendigo or any of his comrades on the field, while making it increasingly difficult to identify the direction in which attacks are coming from.

Desecrated grounds are an illusion that Supay can create. It is an illusion that may be applied in combination with the killing intent or eerie odor released by Supay. It is an illusion which lets the target(s) experience their own demise through witnessing Supay summoning several wendigos, whom will sprout from the ground around them and proceed to tear them limb from limb, while eating away at their bodies, while still alive.

Note:
- Can be summoned once per fight
- Stays on the field of battle for 4 turns before returning home
- The eerie odor is an effect that Supay automatically applies when he is summoned [passively]
- The Mimicry technique can be used three times per battle
- The Mimicry technique lasts for one round in its entirety
- Desecrated grounds can be used once per fight
- Desecrated grounds is an S-rank illusion

Declined by Sasori: Not so keen on the idea of an F-rank killing intent. I also don't see how this would cause any ninja's reaction time to drop.

Description: A different version of Exploding Human, after the user will make contact with an opponent and inject chakra into them they do not have the opponent explode right away. The user can wait and when ready do the Ram sign and uses their eye to focus on a certain part of the opponent and causes that part to explode. The part the user chooses to explode will first double in size before exploding resulting in an area of blood where the user can manipulate later on. The user can also use this with any summons they summon, using them as a summoning bomb. Due to the user already having their chakra imbue into the summon, the user does not need to make contact with them first.
Note: Must have Blood Dragon Eyes activated
Note: usable 4 times a match with a 1 turn cool down between uses

Description: The user will gather their Shakuton chakra and create 4 several flaming orbs that resemble small suns. Then a red/yellow flaming dragon comes out of every orb and strikes the opponent. Just like Scorch Release: Extremely Steaming Murder the dragons evaporate some of the water within their target making steam come out of the opponent's body. The user can also opt instead of 4 smaller dragons, to combine all the orbs into 1 giant orb (size of Scorch Release: Incinerating Flare Technique) and release 1 giant dragon blast that is the full strength of the jutsu and not split between 4 dragons.

Note: Needs Scorch Release and needs to be taught by Korra

Description: Faint omen is a very unique type of technique, imposing on medical but doesnt actually heal the body. The user will do two handseals, while placing their hand on themselves, allies or the opponent. By doing this, the a kanji symbol will appear on the persons body. With this happening it will seal away all the damage the user or said person has received from the start of the battle. This is done by the seal, blocking all the pain receptors in the opponent's body, causing them to not register the pain they felt beforehand. Doing this will allow said person to be able to stay in combat. Though this should not always be used and has a major downside. This damage is temporarily sealed and once the seal is removed, the damage is applied back to the user. Meaning if the user takes more damage than what they can take, it will take longer for them to recover.

Note: Can use Once per person
Note: Damage is sealed for only four turns.
Note: The user can self activate this by sacrificing twice the amount of chakra (meaning 80)

Description: Blessed Cursed Of Anubis is a very unique type of fuin technique, created to offset those who boost themselves and to balance the haves and have nots in term of power a powerful fuinjutsu was created. The user will do a set of five handseals ending with the tiger seal, creating a large sealing symbol to take form on the ground. Once the seal appears it will encompass all those who are within it acting as a barrier, sealing off the exits, unless a collective damage of S rank was done. The Seal can have both a cursed or blessed response, and even the user is not immune to the affects. The Seal acts as a reverse for bodily boost (This excludes things such as leg weights or boost done by physically training the body as such). By activating a boost, it will actually curse the body causing the opponent (and/or user) to experience negative affects. Meaning if the opponent was to boost himself or technique by +20 then it will actually have a -25 to their damage. This is done with speed and strength as well such as chakra enhancement and even EIG. If the opponent activates a technique to increase their speed by +3 it will decrease their speed by -3. Though this technique has a blessed portion. If negative affects were to be applied onto the user be it by themselves or the opponent (via means of things such as poisons, or side affects of a jutsu it would boost them. So if a jutsu was done on the user to decrease their tracking by -3 it would boost their tracking by +3 instead, making this a technique to keep everybody on even fields.
Note: This excludes specialties in the bio, physical alteration to the body such as leg weights being released.
Note: Can only be twice per battle with a 5 turn cool down

Description: 1000 Voices is special sealing tag placed on the body of the users (The back side of their hand) taking the shape of an closed eye. This sealing technique was used in a way to have a back up plan in case of an emergency regarding their chakra, or even mental attacks thats incredibly hard to escape. By studying the seal on tsunades forehead the user found a way to mimick how it activates without actually mimicking what it actually does. This seal works by storing chakra into the seal (the closed eye) on their hand by expelling more chakra, causing an additional +10 Chakra to every technique used by the user. By doing this they expel more chakra but also store more chakra for times when they really need it. When the time comes the user is able to manually activate the body seal, causing the closed eye to open on the back of their hand. Doing this, it will flood the user with the chakra that was stored, replenishing their chakra while at the same time spiking their capabilities. Once the chakra floods/surges the users body their physical attributes increase in terms of speed increasing their speed by +6, while also activating healing to a small degree, healing small damages such as cuts, burns, blunt damage (does not regrow limbs) healing by +20 a turn (If needed). The good thing about this technique isnt the boost in speed and healing but the simple ability to constantly store chakra in this seal for emergencies. Though the user is only able to activate it as a whole or half the amount, reducing the buffs by half if they only use half the stored chakra.
Note: Can essentially use twice

The user once enters into sage mode will utilize the moisture in the air instead of having to use a water source (Thus why its sage mode exclusive). Doing this, the user will create a huge orb of water roughly the size of Kisames water wave dome used against the 8 tails (Mid range reach). Due to the water being infused with senjutsu it makes it harder to break through the technique, while even restricting the opponent on breathing underwater and making absorbing the water dangerous, turning their body into the psuedo form of the sage mode uncontrolled, throwing off their chakra balance, not allowing usage of jutsus of A rank or above. Once the dome is placed, A Seal will appear and form on the top of the water dome, sealing any and everybody who is caught within the dome and sealing any and all forms of chakra. This technique is similar to gaaras sand pyramid sealing technique. Thus making it that once you are sealed within, you cant get out unless the seal from the outside is undone.

Description: Gluttons Banquet is a very unique style of jutsu that combines the basics of ninja art in terms of molding and creation and sealing arts. The user will touch their body applying a seal while stringing a set of four handseals creating a wolf like entity in the form of pure raw chakra around the user. Upon doing this the wolf will have a fork and knife. The wolf like entity purpose is to eat all forms of chakra present within mid range all around the user excluding directly from the opponents body (User isnt affected by this). The wolf like entity will take a deep breath. Upon doing this, it will break down, and absorb all forms of chakra by inhaling the techniques/chakra, even harden materials (It will simply break down the earth into crumbs). As the jutsus are absorb into the wolf, thats when the seal on the user will kick in. The chakra that the wolf absorbs will be stored inside the users body, being able to not only replenish their chakra equivalent to the chakra damage output of said opponent technique, but also boost their physical abilities.

Note: The user can only use said technique Twice per battle

Description and Background: Titans are mythological beings, said to roam the earth during the start of times being even superior to the Gods themselves. Though they take on a humanoid figure, they are not human though some would speculate they are indeed above the human race themselves. Titans like most summons are capable of speech and feelings. Each titan are in tune with the Djinn clan, allowing them to essentially be Djinns themselves to a certain degree. Each titan normal size is that of a tailed beast/boss suman but are able to alter their size to that of a regular human if need be.

Basic Abilities:

  • All Titans posses extraordinary sensing, on par with the mightiest of Uzumakis, while also being a sub descendant of the Djinn clan themselves via contract. This allows the titans to sense up to 2 landmarks away while also able to sense emotion within the same landmark of anybody. This allows them to pinpoint intentions without fail.
  • All Titans have bodies that are harder than the avery human. Making their skin and durability extremely durable. Each Titan is able to shave a max of 60 Damage per turn while possessing a health pool of half of the users upon summoning
  • All Titans are connected with the user. In times of danger, each titan is able to self summon themselves within short range of the user shall they sense the life of their master is in danger
Unique Abilities:

  • All Titans are connected with the Djinn clan as a whole. This allows the Rukh (Djinn Clan form of chakra) to acknowledge the titans as a Djinn Clansmen. This allows the Titans to utilize Rukh related techniques (This does not include anything dealing with the Djinn beings)
  • All Titans have the ability to shift the ties of war by making things balanced. Each Titan posses a specific skill, allowing them to "steal" the abilities of their opponent and either give it to their master, or utilize it for themselves. Body is able to steal the physical aspects of an opponent and apply it to themselves, such as Speed and Strength. (this applies to boost only), Spirit is able to Steal the chakra from the opponent and apply it to their own techniques, their own chakra pool and/or even disperse jutsus by stealing the chakra from them. Mind is able to steal and mimic modes or things that maintains for a certain amount of time. Doing this not only steals and mimicks the mode but it also decreases the mode usage limit for the opponent. All of these will be outlined in each personal summon
Declined by Sasori: These aren't all going to be the size of a tailed beast. I don't like the idea of being connected to your custom clan. Yeah, for right now just remove all mention of the Djinn clan.

Many years ago, cats were released into the the areas under the capitol building in the U.S. According to rumor, hundreds of years later. The cats were described as demon or ghost-like spirits that wandered around, only revealing itself to humans, before a tragic or important event.
Basic Abilities:

  • The Demon Cat's can all shift their size from their normal housecat size to that of a large tiger.
  • The cat has a mental link with the summoner.
Unique Abilities:
  • Being a already dead 'spirit type', Demon cats can 'teleport' by traveling back to the afterworld, then reappearing where they wish in the world of the living.
  • The demon cat can float, while retaining his small cat form.
  • Being a dead spirit the Demon cat can phase through objects at will.
  • The cats demon side allows them to sense anything else with mad, evil, or murderous feelings like Naruto.
The Demon cats can be summoned with handseals or instantly with a tattoo.

Declined: I do not see a Myth Summon Purchase in your inventory. Also are you giving them, free teleportation, ability to phase through objects, emotion sensing, flight and shapeshifting? That's a little too wild my man. - Daemon

Description: This jutsu is designed to act as a countermeasure to Genjutsu. The seal is placed wherever the user wishes. The seal works by giving the user some amount of control over the Genjutsu they are placed in. Like a real lucid dream, the user is fully aware that they are in a Genjutsu and therefore able to slightly control it. Because Genjutsu is pure illusion, the seal is constantly telling the users brain that it's all fake. By learning that it is fake, they are able to control it or exit it.
Note: This only works on A-rank and below jutsu.

What it is, the user uses their chakra like a chain, and uses it to carry tiny bone spikes on the blade, and make it spin like a chainsaw.

Unlike Sunfall, the genjutsu blade, Darkiscie is a physical blade that is fueled with Yin and the five elements. This blade has a monstrous amount of powers that it grants its wielder. Wielding this blade surrounds and infuses the user of a pulsar system that enhances their Yin ratio into their elemental techniques and allows the user to have one ”black" element of their liking, much like black wind and black lightning elements where their elemental weaknesses are removed. The user can chose to either have one black elements each based on one of the five basic elements or chose to have a black element that is based on an advanced element/Elemental Kekkei Genkai/Kekkei Tōta or CE(however these requires Yin or Yin/Yang specialty). While the element is chosen all the techniques the user knows in their chosen black element will have its weaknesses stripped away as they are infused with Yin chakra constantly while also granted one special technique that they can use in conjunction with the sword. The Black Element is also granted a +20 in damage as well as gaining a +10 to its chakra input. Lastly, this sword also unlocks a black element move that is the resonance between the love of the user and their black element. This move can only be used if the user wields the Darkiscie.

Declined: So you want to infuse all your elements with Yin Chakra to remove their elemental weaknesses while giving them a +20 damage boost and this applies all techniques of an element and gives you the ability to access a "special" technique (whatever that means). You need to restrict the effects of this sword, if you want in boost an element in this way, first off it won't be for the entire duration of the match and needs to have a turn limit as well as a usage limit. As far as I'm concerned, Yin Techniques can make elements neutral, not only removing weaknesses. So if you want this ability it would have become neutral to all elements, thus also losing its strength. - Daemon

This makes the sword sturdy, being able to resist the same amount of damage as pair of truth seeking balls(Yin version) while foreign touch on the sword will not just cause tremendous amount of damage but also siphons chakra from any opponent that touches the sword. This translates to a debuff on the opponent, limiting them to use up to A-rank techniques for one turn after having being struck or touched by the sword. Since the sword radiates of a 100% Yin ratio chakra constantly towards its wielder, its user will gain abilities from Darkiscie. This translates to a major buff to any field the user has that they choses, which must be stated in their bio as an abyssal aspect. The abyssal aspect affects a single field that the user can use and receives a buff in both chakra(+20) and damage(+30). This counts as a passive boost.

By spending one of the user moveslots, the user can strike the sword into the ground with the blade piercing it and the users hands resting on its hilt. Doing this, creates a huge pulse to spread through the battlefield in an omnidirectional manner. The ground will then start to flicker and any opponent whos in contact with the ground, or in air-mid range away from the sword will be affected by a strong genjutsu which manifests into their mind. This genjutsu will make it seem that the ground falls in towards itself and chunks will fall downwards into a black abyss, similar to as if the planet had lost its mantel or all layers of its crust. Unless broken this will genjutsu will force opponents to go airborne or they will be dealt a Forbidden ranked equivalent Yin ranked genjutsu mind damage. This can only be done once per battle.

Declined: You want a +30 damage boost passively to any field you choose with no real restrictions. That ain't gonna fly. The scope of your genjutsu is too large as it shouldn't effect anyone who is airborne since the ground is the medium in which the genjutsu can affect their target. Naturally the genjutsu should only be able to travel up into Mid range, but you should really reduce this to short range due to the power of the illusion. This particular blade share an extremely powerful bond with its sister blade, forged at the same day. They can only be used by those who are deemed worthy and have learned the ways of Yin. Sunfall is a one-handed blade entirely consisting of the five elements and Yin aspects of chakra which forms an aura of blackness around its edges. The powers of the blade are focused on the powers of Yin and grants its chosen wielder a number of powers. The blade itself has no physical form but can rather be deemed as a genjutsu or something that isn't really there. The only physical thing on the blade is its hilt which holds its core. Because the blade is consisting of Yin chakra it is spiritual in its core and can only be blocked by foreign Sage/Yin/Yang chakra. Its illusionary presence can also only be truly ”sensed or seen” by Yin or Yin/Yang users much like the ”Hands of Sloth” technique. Because the blade itself is basically an illusion it will not been seen except for the hilt. Getting hit by the sword results in mental/spiritual damage equivalent of forbidden ranked Yin techniques. This is in most cases fatal. The sword also have some other twists to it. Planting the word in the ground will activate its beacon mode. This can be done passively and doesn't take up a move slot. In this mode, the user will create a Yin source that stretches out all over the battlefield and entrances everyone, bar the user and their allies, in a genjutsu rift. By doing this, the user will get a passive benefit to their spiritual arsenal by increasing all their genjutsu or other spiritual techniques by plus one in rank as well as they can affect multiple targets(even if its not stated in the original genjutsu).
The sword also incorporates the capability of passively granting a field of either spiritual nature or chakra absorbing to become stronger if the user possesses one. If the user possesses a spiritual field outside genjutsu, they can passively be granted a boost to their spiritual arsenal as it gets tapped in with Yin constantly, making their targets suspectible easier and are dropped one rank in their current natural resistance. If the user possesses a chakra absorbing element or techniques, it gets infused with Yin chakra. This makes elements or techniques that has absorption properties to lose their natural elemental weaknesses.

Declined: Having a blade that can only be perceived by Yin/Yang/SM users won't be allowed. You say the blade of the sword is an illusion and practically isn't there to the naked eye. Doing F ranked mental damage on hit, the passive ability to basically make your genjutsu effect multiple targets as well as giving them an increase in strength without restriction is wild. With removal of weaknesses from techniques as well as a boost to spiritual technique in general by dropping their resistance to it? All passively? With no usage limits or restrictions? The sword features three distinctive abilities. While this Sword is more influencing the users spiritual side, it grants three unique perks towards the user. As mentioned before, is purely spiritual and will act as a passive Yin anchor, which grants the user a powerful boost towards their mind altering arsenal. Any jutsu that is designed to damage an opponents mind gets lifted in rank(+1) and chakra(+20) output. This is considered a passive boost that the sword always gives the user. The secound feature of Sunfall is that it can, once per battle, perform a passive dispel of any genjutsu that the user gets influenced by. Chosing to do this, however, puts the sword in a dormant shell and deactivates any and all buffs it gives the user for the rest of the match.

Declined: Better than the original. For one, you say this sword has three unique abilities but you only mention 2? It should be noted that, based on what you want to do with this. You can only ever increase a chakra value of a jutsu by +10. So if you for example add +50 chakra to a technique, it would be registered as +10 chakra in terms of the effect it has on the opponent. The other 40 chakra is the required chakra on the user's part to apply that effect to said jutsu. - Daemon

Description: Obsidian Sky is a technique in which the user incorporates their Yin as well as their Dark release together to create the ultimate chakra siphoning technique. Through the use of Yin, the dark release absorption aspect loses its weaknesses to earth and water/other solid/liquid materials and lets the user absorb anything of the same rank while at the same time absorb enough chakra from an incoming technique for it to directly lose one rank, similar to the tethering abilities of Hungry Ghost. The technique is absorbed through the users dark absorption marks and directly released through them within the same timeframe. The released form is also infused with Yin chakra, making it immune towards elemental interactions and continue as a grey/purple arsenal of any type of release form the user desires. It could be hand-held weapons/armor/spikes/flames etc. The technique has several ranks to it, depending on what the user needs but it goes as far up as to S rank which is extremely strong and deals a whopping 140 damage. Each rank behaves similarily but can only absorb techniques up to the same rank.

Declined: Decent Technique and I see what you are going for but infusing with Yin won't allow you to bypass the weaknesses of Dark Release without also removing its strengths. A better way to accomplish what you want with this technique is through the use of Fuuin (since that can actually absorb literally anything). But I think a technique exists that can absorb solid elements anyway. I may be wrong on that but the other points still stand. I suggest reworking this technique to do something else with the Yin like maybe applying the Hungry Ghost restriction or other Yin Properties. Also from what i understand the way how dark release works I can't allow you to absorb something with your dark mark and release it in the same time frame. Yin also has different chakra values for its techniques. S ranks are typically 70 chakra, A is 50 etc etc. - Daemon

It is exactly the same for the release version of the technique with a total immunity to any weakness/strength and rendered neutral to everything and thus only overpowering techniques that has lesser chakra or damage output. Since this is dark release infused with Yin release, the damage output and chakra usage is greater per rank than normal(75%). When it comes to the release form of the aspect of this technique, the standard blue flames have changed aesthetically. The flames are now black as a starless sky with flickering images and memories of hell. This is a passive aspect of Yin that is transmitting a mind altering affect of the aesthetics of the black flames, but carries no weight in battle. By spending another move of the users 3 moveslots and performing a handseal, the user can change the properties of the release form of the Obsidian Sky release form - from its regular energy state into that of liquid or solid. This doesn't affect its neutrality to the elemental interactions though.

Declined: Again an inherent ability of Dark Release is it cannot absorb solid techniques. I still don't think simply adding Yin would change this. But I'll double check with LoK on this to make sure. The release portion of this jutsu would solely interact on damage output not lesser chakra or damage output. I don't know what the golden part means. Is that just explaining the Yin damage output (which you dont need to do btw) or is it something else? If I were to allow this to absorb techniques of the same chakra, you'd have to get rid of the last ability of this technique. You also didn't ven give this technique any sort of restrictions or usage limits. I also probably won't let this technique be multiranked either.- Daemon

Absolution is an advanced form of Dust release in which the user incorporates the unique trait of Yin release to solidify the the naturally energetic form of the Dust chakra. Instead, the form of the Jinton will take that of a stream of easily manipulative shards with the same disintegrating properties as its pure energetic form. On touch, these shards will travel through any target and disintegrate anything they touch, scaling up in power to the amount of chakra the user wishes to output. Its usage resembles greatly the usage of Crystal release but with dust releases destructive powers. Not only that, that due to the crystals being formed by the Yin chakra of the user, they may also attach other traits such as casting a blinding light upon use(must be stated). Working as a multi-ranked technique it all comes down on quantity of shards being produced, with the maximum amounts being able to rival the meteors Madara dropped on the allied army in size. The shards are, as previously stated, very maellable and can form into any shapes the user wants at that time, but must abide the rule that anything they touch will be reduced down to atomic levels unless of course being interacted with techniques of equal power or higher. Unlike other Yin release interacted elements, Absolution doesn't lose the original weaknesses/strengths of Jinton but keeps its original ones. Since this is dust release infused with Yin release, the damage output and chakra usage is greater per rank than normal(75%).

Declined: This most definitely won' t be multiranked, you didn't give this any sort of restriction or usage limit. Mention how these shards are formed, remember dust release techniques must originate from your body. The maximum size will not rival the size of Madara's meteors, What made you think that was okay? So you wanted to have a blinding Madara sized meteor at max power with no usage restrictions or any time to regulation on the technique? Skorm my man please do a better job of regulating your CJs in what they can and cannot do. Next submission that's like this would have to result in some kind of customs ban for some kind of length. Description: Tartarus gained it's name from the ancient titan realm, a dark place, home to all forms of evil, a fitting name for a sword created by the Fallen Angel, Sin. It is rumoured that Sin was experimenting with forbidden arts to try and create his own demon race but they didn't work out the way he wanted, and so through his skills in Yang release, he forged the demon creation into a sword, a living sword infused with a large chunk of his chakra, giving it it's own sentience. With this the sword came to life in its own unique way, it was still a sword, solid like steel, sharp enough to slash flesh, but it was more than just that. The hilt shaped like a bat had a mouth with fangs that could speak out to anyone near, or even bite those who tried to hold him without permission. Tartarus could bend it's shape completely, sliding around like a snake having it's own form of movement while still being a blade, much like how Samehada can bend it's shape and still be sharp with it's scales. Though, it's intent wasn't always pure, having used to have a white handle, he served many owners, though those he deemed unworthy he would kill, staining his handle until it was blood red. This sword held a few unique powers:

  • Being able to absorb and store chakra he can also sense chakra within short range of it knowing the difference between each one, the type and who it belonged to. It can sense anything that has a life force. It can absorb jutsu be releasing a black aura around it, this aura will negate jutsu and absorb the chakra into the blade storing it which it can then be used to cast jutsu with that require sword, rather than using the user's charka. The sword slashes as the aura spreads out acting like a vacuum drawing in the chakra causing jutsu to dissipate. This can only be used 4 times costing a move each time.
  • Being infused with Yang, it is granted a form of great vitality, durability and strength. Due to this, it's kenjutsu techniques are passively increased by 20 damage, this would include any jutsu that require the sword to be used as a medium, flowing through it. Freeform attacks are excluded from this boost.
  • The sword would have a mental link with it's owner sharing what he could see and the chakra it sensed.
  • The sword handle has a unique ability where the user can extent it to form a spear, allowing the user to fight with extra range and use it for jutsu requiring a spear/Bisento. This can be done passively.
Removed a couple of abilities and replaced them.

Updated Declined: Give the vacuum slash a range, lower its usages. And put a cap on how much chakra it can absorb and how much chakra the sword can hold at one given time. Also if you are gonna absorb techniques, like all things you need to clarify the rank limit of the technique you can absorb etc etc. The usual. - Daemon

Description: Yoru is a black blade forged by a great smith who infused it with yang release making it sentient. Yoru is an ornately decorated and very long blade with a total length of at least 6 feet. On the hilt of this blade is a cross guard, though the bars between the blade and the hilt are much longer than average. The blade itself is pitch-black with a very strong sheen, a single-edged long sword with a slight curve at the end of the blade. Overall, Yoru looks like a large black cross. Though the blight was forged in such a way to remain light.

When a user makes use of a smoke technique, they are able to use their poison in gaseous form, infusing the smoke jutsu with a poison they have access to. This don't increase the damage. If the chosen poison has a different colour, the smoke will gain that and if the smoke is breathed in, with it, the target will suffer the effects of the poison. This is done in the same time frame as a smoke ninjutsu but costs a move to do so, increasing the chakra of the smoke ninjutsu by 10 in the process. Can be used 4 times.

Description: This is a unique form of combining earth release with taijutsu in one of two ways, combining Earth Release: Hardening Technique with Earth Style: Added Weight Rock Technique. The two ways these works are:

Hardening: The user will perform a taijutsu attack, releasing a burst of earth chakra from their body before they connect to coat their specific limb in rock to increase the damage on contact. The force of the attack will cause the rock to shatter on impact splintering into the target.

Petrifying: The second use focuses the user's chakra into the point of contact when performing a taijutsu attack, releasing a focused burst of chakra into the target on contact. This burst of earth chakra will "petrify" that area, making it feel as though it had been turned to stone. In actuality the muscle tissue is just stunned under the burst of earth chakra, lasting for 1 turn for C rank, increasing by one turn per rank

Declined by Sasori: There's nothing unique to warrant approving the hardening aspect of this since you can do that with canon jutsu. Also, this does not needs to be multi-ranked and try expand on the petrifying aspect of this jutsu.

Description: The user claps their hand together and channels their Shakuton chakra into the ground beneath them which serves as a seed which then shortly after germinates as a giant tree made entirely of scorch grows out of the ground, the tree looks entirely like a blossoming tree in autumn with long branches and several falling leaves but it is bright and shows vividly that it is made entirely of scorch. The user can make the branches of this tree extend up to mid range and pierce targets caught as well as dealing third degree burns and S rank damage but the true beauty of this jutsu are the scorch leaves that the tree produces, the user can control them in their numbers like he does normal scorch orbs and he can control these scorch flower petals to bombard opponents up to long range dealing major third degree burns and A rank damage.

- Can only be done thrice per battle with 2 turn cooldown between each usage
- The tree itself lasts 3 turns if not destroyed
- Creating the tree counts as a move in a turn and controlling the branch to grow out or using the leaves to attack also count as another move in the turn but both can be done in one timeframe
- The tree endlessly produces leaves for as long as it is present although the leaves die out quickly if not used
- When this tree is active, the user can only use wind, fire and scorch techniques
- After the tree is brought down, the user can't use any scorch, wind or fire jutsu above A rank the next turn
- The scorch tree or the leaves, cannot hurt the user in any way

Declined by Sasori: I am confused. You list this as A-rank through S-rank but after reading the jutsu it seems that the branches are the S-rank aspect of this jutsu and the leaves are just capable of A-rank damage. If I am right then you can just put this as S-rank and not multi-ranked. Also, give an actual reason why this does not affect the user, but if anything you can just create it next to you.

(Kenjutsu: Yamato Takeru ) - Sword Technique: Gathering Clouds

Description: The user of this technique will begin by priming their weapon against an oncoming attack, before swinging it with such violent force that the sheer air pressure created by the weapon will split incoming attacks, causing them to harmlessly bypass the user. Due to this technique being not reliant on chakra it has no elemental strengths or weaknesses and functions on a rank vs rank system, however, any enhancements to kenjutsu will apply to the technique, so for example if the A rank is used, the technique splits A rank damage (60), but with a +20 to Kenjutsu it becomes capable of splitting (80) damage. This technique contains no intrinsic damage value but will push enemies out of short-range should they be too close to the attack. The power generated by this swing is similar to the leaf dragon god, so visually it appears as a wind jutsu might, despite not being a chakra based technique. It can be used to slice anything within reason, akin to Moses parting a sea, the technique will not fully disperse oncoming attacks instead it will simply remove the portion aimed at the user.

Notes:
- The B rank and below version of this technique has unlimited usage, while A rank can be used four times and S rank two times.
- If used by a Samurai with Samurai Sabre Skill, the effective range of the technique will be increased.

Description: The user will perform three handseals and focus kōton chakra into their arms or the ground in order to produce countless steel wires that encase his Ninken(s), summoned animal(s), or allies in a chassis of black steel (excluding the eyes, nose, and mouth). The flexibility of the wires means that they don’t restrict movement in the slightest and their weight isn’t significant enough to reduce speed, and they can expand enough to encompass a target regardless of size. While encased, the targets become invulnerable to virtually all types of basic weapons and physical taijutsu or kenjutsu attacks (up to and including S-Ranks). The armor of wires will regenerate if struck by an attack that isn’t strong enough to destroy it completely. The wires also have the added benefit of acting as a “Lightning Rod” by harmlessly conducting lightning into the ground, preventing those encased from being paralyzed or damaged.

Notes:
- Can only be used twice per battle.
- Lasts for up to four turns, unless destroyed.
- Can only render non-elemental Taijutsu and Kenjutsu techniques S rank and below useless

Declined: Too much going on here. After reading this it seems that you're able to encase any amount of allies you have currently on the field with just one move. Then, you say it can only render Tai and Ken useless but then you have this line here " become immune to A-Rank and below techniques neutral to steel, S-Rank and below techniques weak to Steel, and B-Rank and below techniques strong to steel.".

As the technique gets within range, the user will Activate the Preta path, absorbing the ninjutsu into their body. As this happens, the Asura path will trigger, causing a siphoning affect. Instead of the Preta path taking the chakra and spinning it to diffuse it, the Asura path will instead draw the foreign chakra into the cannon, storing it until the entire jutsu has been absorbed. As soon as the technique has been absorbed, the Asura path cannon will fire the jutsu as a raw chakra blast back towards the opponent. By using the Asura path to redirect the chakra, the user avoids any adverse affects that the body cannot handle while absorbing with the Preta path. The technique fired does not retain any Special qualities of the element absorbed, however, while the chakra is broken down, the jutsu released carries over the same strength as the original jutsu, instead of having the original techniques strength and weakness', it is instead reverted to the Asura paths Laser neutrality.. (Olm Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Noteleks ) - Olm Summoning Technique: Noteleks

Description: The user summons an Olm whose exoskeleton is padded enough to appear visible on the outside of their body. The exoskeleton has a slimy yet thick consistency, and is equal in size to the size of the user, covering them from head to toe, leaving mouth, nose and eyes just uncovered. The summoned Olm has many uses, allowing physical attacks of up to B-rank to slide off the user (depending on size, as something bigger than the user himself cannot just slide off), with the thickness of the layer of skin aiding in the user in close quarter combat, lessening damage, and making the users own attack heavier in a sense (no added damage but if used against equally ranked opponent, the user of this would have the upper hand). Apart from this basic addition, this jutsus main use comes from its ability to allow the user to fuse with one of his summonings. Upon having used this, the user can summon an Olm at any point after, which he then chooses to fuse directly within him as its summoned, allowing the summoned beings to become one in an instant, giving the user a surge of foreign chakra which can be used to release genjutsu. Of course it cannot be used to release paralysis based jutsus if the user needs to move in order to summon the Olm to begin with. Moreover, the fusion allows the user access to the summoned Olms' abilities, which in most cases is basic elemental jutsus, and also allows the user to contact and communicate with them.

Like all other Olms, the summoned Olm is blind, but however has the sense of smell equal to that of an Inuzuka and hearing capabilities equal to someone who has the D-ranked sound jutsu (Inner Sonar Skill) activated.

Note:
Can only be used 3 times, once activated, the layer of Skin lasts until destroyed or three turns have passed, whichever comes first. However, the slime dries out after 3 turns, not allowing the user protection from B-rank and below physical attacks, meaning the layer of skin left can only deflect basic weapons but nothing more for the remaining turns.

Note: When fused with summoned beings, this jutsu would last as long as the being with the most turns left on field, before the skin sheds, leaving the user as he was before this was summoned. This means if this technique is on its fourth turn, and a summoning which lasts 3 turns is summoned and fused with, then the technique will remain for those three turns. However, this can also be a disadvantage, since if a summoning is fused with early on, and lasts shorter than the five turns this jutsu allows, the user is forced to release this jutsu once that summoning has ran out of turns.

Description: An advanced Fire and Lightning combination. The user releases their fire chakra from their body, manipulating it so as to create several rings of flame that are arranged in a concentric circular pattern. The rings orbit the user at all angles, acting as a spherical defense. However the user quickly releases their raiton chakra outwards from their body, while performing two brisk handseals. The chakra creating dozens of threads comprised of lightning that branch outwards, coiling around the already rampant flames. The user then sends the flames forwards, the former rings breaking into large crescents which can be sent racing towards the opponent. The fire and lightning combo both incinerates and slices through anything within its path; carving a blazing path of destruction through the land. Alternatively the user can perform a single handseal, thus instead of sending the attack in a single direction, the user is cable of making the attack expand outwards up to mid range. As it does so the rings begin to spin faster and faster, to the point that the rings seemingly form a visually impregnable sphere.

Notes:
~ Can only be used once.
~ No Fire or Lightning Jutsu above A-rank in the same turn, and above S-rank next turn.
~ This technique leaves the user lethargic while the users experiences painful pins and needles in their extermeites due to the overuse of chakra. This lasts for the rest of, and the next turn.

The Ripple manifests itself as electricity-like sparks, and it can be seen by ordinary humans.
The Ripple can also affect non-living things. An object charged with Ripple energy will have one or several attributes enhanced by the energy, making it a more effective tool, or weapon. Liquids conduct the Ripple especially well (and the user's Ripple shows on liquids as actual ripples).

Due to its identical nature to the positive energy of the Sun, the Ripple's primary uses are to heal various wounds or ailments, and combat creatures such as edo's or constructs lacking life and spiritual entities.
Living organisms can be affected by Ripple attacks, but are not hurt by it unlike the aforementioned beings without life. To harm a living person the user must consciously choose to do so and this will cause severe burning to the target. Translating to someone being hit by offensive ripple taking the full damage of the ability as well as taking an additional 10 dmg per turn until the chakra is purged from them which is possible with medical ninjutsu or methods that expel foreign chakra such as kai provided it's equal rank or above Hamon.

Once activated the ripple will remain active unless interrupted and is self sustaining hamon can also be activated alongside yang based modes. When invoked, which costs a move slot, the ripple will surge chakra through the whole body before being released from one or more focal points of the users choice this includes limbs or even basic objects or liquids. In the case of liquids they will become more viscous and dangerous such as infusing hamon into saliva and spitting it like a bullet or channelling it in to hair making the follicles stiffen and become deadly sharp like senbon. Basic objects or freeform actions will take on the full damage of the ripple ability. While supplemental additions of ripple to jutsu would just be considered a yang infusion allowing it to behave on equal terms to other elements.

Note: Once activated ripple will remain activated but costs a move slot to actually invoke any effects.
Note: Placing Hamon into a living container can heal the person affected up to the damage limit of the Hamon ability.
Note: Once invoked Hamon can only be channeled once before requiring a one turn cooldown period. So it can't be used every turn.

Injury caused by Hamon will not repair itself similar to injury from the TSB, this is caused by granting life to the edo via hamon but in excess it will essentially give them a life to only be taken away.
Note: Hamon must be activated to use any techs based on Hamon. But activating Hamon is instant using no timeframe.

Declined. There are a lot of questions I have here that need to be addressed to move this closer to approval. I highlighted a lot of stuff in red that should be addressed in the revision. The first overarching issue is that, after reading this multiple times, I'm not exactly sure *what* this is. It reads like it is a combination of a lot of things; an aura of lightning-like energy, a mode, a technique you infuse into others, etc. So you should reword that so brainlets can figure it out.

Second issue is that as soon as you step into altering physical properties of other techniques/matter you've now ventured into Yin Release territory. Honestly this technique is closer to a Yin-Yang custom in its current state than purely Yang Release. So you'll need to adjust that somehow to make it more approvable.

Third issue is that you've made a mode, but you say it can be used alongside other modes. It seems you're trying to get best of both worlds here. This is a mode, it needs a duration, and it needs restrictions on its usage (think Power of the Sun). Also give it a per turn chakra cost. This brings me to another point - based on what this technique can do it seems that every turn you get free access to 100 damage/heal. That's pretty wild and unrestricted.

I'm also not entirely sure about the Edo Tensei part either. I can see Yang MAYBE being able to pull that off, but not in the form you've described. Truth-Seeking Balls prevent Edo Tensei from repairing because they literally negate the technique itself (a product of Yin-Yang Release as a whole). Your justification for this, "It will essentially give them a life to only be taken away" doesn't make much sense to me.

Injury caused by Hamon will not repair itself similar to injury from the TSB, this is caused by granting life to the edo via hamon while an edo can only repair itself thanks to it's state of undeath.
Note: Hamon must be activated to use any techs based on Hamon. But activating Hamon is instant using no timeframe.

Declined: The Edo Tensei technique are allowed to regen not because they are undead but mainly because they have unlimited chakra and basically made out of paper. The "paper" is what allows them to reform. Not the fact that they are lifeless so I don't think Hamon would work in that sense. For something like this, I don't think I can allow it to be activated indefinitely even if it does take a move slot to activate any of its abilities. As Drackos said before this technique is definitely all over the place without a direct goal. A lot of how you want to use this is similar to Yin, i.e. stiffening hair etc etc. If someone is hit with this it does 100 damage + 10 damage per turn until removed. This seems a little too much as it'd probably only able to be purged by Yin. Yang or Senjutsu. The issue that was brought up by drackos still remains, is this a mode, infusion, attack? This seems like a basis for a CFS without it having to be an actual CFS but not a very good cfs imo - Daemon

Description: The user has a seal on their weaponry with the Kanji 抗凝固剤 that remains present at all times. A variation of a fuuin technique this weapon seal simply allows the users weaponry transfer the seal through contact to any wound they create. Preventing the wound itself from closing and causing the blood to not clot meaning it will continue to bleed heavily and freely until the seal is removed. This causes the victim to lose hp based on the damage caused by the initial attack. Losing 25% of the original base damage of the attack (i.e boosting doesn't augment the DoT) every turn to their hp until the seal is removed.

Note: This seal is placed on every weapon the user has so long as the user has it in his biography.

Declined: This is not Fuinjutsu. It's not sealing or unsealing anything and with basic Fuin I don't know how you would accomplish this. Also, this has no restrictions and just seems like a sly way to boost your techniques. You'd be better off not resubmitting it.

Description: The user precisely pinpoints the enemy's vital points with the Byakugan and releases a high-speed palm thrust. A "vacuum shell" compressed using the Gentle Fist style is formed to attack the opponent's organs and soft tissue from a distance, unlike the regular vacuum palm however this shell is formed with needles protruding from the end more similar to a razor dart, when striking a vital location the tenketsu will be pierced surrounding the vital area causing critical damage to the area, this causes severe damage internally, triggering both surprise attack mechanics and limb damage depending on where was struck.
Note: A rank can be used four times, S rank may be used twice.
Note: Tenketsu sealing via this technique prevents the opponent from using S rank and above jutsu for two turns.

Agni Gandiva ∞ The Flame God's Yell

Description: The "Gandiva" is a very powerful, indestructible bow passed down through generations of the Hayabusa Clan. According to legends, it was first given to the first Hayabusa Archer by the Flame God Agni. Its appearance is that of a traditional black, longbow set with ornate markings and gold highlights. It fires specially crafted arrows made of a flexible metal while at it's edging on either side are blades that allow the weapon to be swung in close range without sacrificing lethality. Mundane in appearance but extraordinary in combat, the Gandiva has a set of abilities that make it fitting of a gift from God. On the weapon are three seals that allow almost divine functionality each; Agniastra, Pashupatastra, and Brahmastra Kundala.

神の火 | Divine Fire | Agniastra
By focusing chakra into this seal located on the aft side of the weapon, a readied arrow becomes shrouded in a unique, undulating barrier with the appearance of a drill. As the barrier spins it generates brilliant purple flames like that of Four Violet Flames Battle Encampment that burns very much like actual flames. However, this is a mere side effect. The barrier is of an extremely offensive nature who's ultimate purpose is to divide. The undulation, heat, plus shape of the barrier allows it to act similar to a hot knife, where it is able to pierce through techniques of equal and lesser rank easily to allow its payload to hit its mark. If the barrier divides a technique of lesser rank than itself it will not weaken or lose speed. And once it reaches its mark the barrier will explode in a short ranged, purple maelstrom (A Rank). If it goes against a technique of equal rank though, it will split it apart, but be cancelled in the process. The arrow in itself is highly lethal, and even though it carries no inherent rank, is able to decapitate human-sized targets or even push back medium-sized summons entirely based on the force from which it is loosened from the Gandiva. This ability is A ranked, and counts as an enhancement to an otherwise regular arrow. This ability is A-ranked, and counts as an enhancement to an otherwise regular arrow. This ability can be used once per turn, four times per battle , with a cooldown of two turns between each use.

パスパティの槍 | Lance of Pasupati | Pashupatastra

The second seal, which is located directly in the midsection of the bow that is direct contact with the wielder's hand. When chakra is supplied to this seal the bow itself becomes alight with red flames created from a similarly flaring barrier. These flames however are cosmetic, and cannot harm the user nor anyone who touches the Gandiva. However, this barrier created around the weapon is not made so for offense, but rather defense using extensive malleability. This enhancement does not require an arrow to be readied, instead, the user will hold onto the harmless barrier and fire it like he would an arrow. The barrier will shape into an arrowhead while still being connected to Gandiva no matter the distance traveled. Once it connects with a target, the arrow will quickly engulf said target and seal it directly into the bow, using its connection as a conduit. Alternatively, any technique of equal or lesser rank that touches the Gandiva during this enhancement is able to be sealed too which allows it to be swung and used in close quarters. This ability is A ranked and can affect techniques of equal and lesser rank. Can only be used once per turn, three times per battle with a cool down of three turns each.

ブラハ・カーズ・ミー | O' Brahma, Curse Me | Brahmastra Kundala

The third and final seal, which is actually located inside the weapon, is meant as a combination of the first two. When activated it will establish a connection to the second seal, Pashupatastra, and initiate an unsealing process. For every technique successfully absorbed, Brahmastra Kundala's damage will be increased by +10 in an act of maximum overkill, however this caps at +20 Damage. Just like Agniastra, an undulating barrier with the appearance of a piercing drill will cover a readied arrow. However this barrier will be a crimson red as well as the flames generated. Once fired, the act alone will send shockwaves throughout the air and ground while the projectile itself leaves a magnificent trail of red in its wake like the tail of a comet. The chakra supplied for this seal is that of an A ranked technique. This allows the barrier created to split apart techniques of A ranked and below and requires a three-turn cooldown each time performed, with it only be able to be used twice per battle. Once performed the absorbed techniques counter resets to zero.

Apart from the activtion of these seals, the user is able to release up to three regular arrows a turn that are D ranked each but do not count toward the jutsu usage limit i.e free form. The Agni Gandiva can also be called forth from a fourth, lesser known seal similar to Lightning Blade Creation Technique on the user's body and likewise be sealed away at any time. Doing so will not cost a move or impede on timeframe.

Declined: This won't be indestructible. Also, explain what you mean by "mark" in Agniastra. Do you mean the barrier will only explode if it reaches the specified target in your move and if it hits anything else it won't go off? If you want Pashupatastra say that it cannot affect living entities. Also, I honestly don't see why you need a separate section for Brahmastra Kundala if anything just take the parts of boosting and add it to the first ability. Lastly, you will not be able to release D-rank arrows that don't cost a move. If anything they can be freeform in damage.

(Nineko Kuchiyose No Jutsu: Pansā Rirī ) Ninja Cat Summoning Technique: Panther Lily

Description: The user performs the Summoning Jutsu, either through Hand Seals, their Summoning Tattoo or their Summoning Scroll to summon Pansā Rirī. Panther Lily is roughly the size of a domestic house cat, being a black cat with a white muzzle, small red eyes, and a scar running down across his left eye. Panther Lily seems to have a grumpy disposition and detests noisy people, but seems to have a close relationship with summoners of the cat contract and other felines alike. Ability wise, Panther Lily has his normal domestic cat form but through the use of a passive utilization of the transformation technique – he enters into a form known as Battle Form. In this form, he transforms into a taller, more physically stronger cat – capable of utilizing his sword (which also grows with him), being capable to utilize Kenjutsu up to S Rank & Taijutsu up to A Rank. His sword, Musica, isnt exactly special outside of simply being a sword that grows in size to accomadate his forms. However, while in his miniature form, he’s only capable of using B Rank Kenjutsu & C Rank Taijutsu due to his lack of strength. Despite being able to passively transform, the form itself only last for three turns before naturally ending and going on a cooldown of two turns before being able to be used again. He can be summoned once per battle, lasting four turns in battle – though the user is unable to summon any other cat summons for two turns after his dismissal.

Damage points: Utilizing’s ones connection to the natural energy around them but also their deep-rooted bond with their animals, the user gains the ability to impose a sort of “fear” into others. It has been seen that those, namely Imperfect Sage Users or some Perfect Sage Modes when entering or having entered Sage Mode exhibit natural animalistic features similar to the contracted animal. Voice of Animalia takes a page from this, utilizing one’s senjutsu to emit an omnidirectional vocal command, resembling a howl, roar, hiss etc depending on the animal. This command takes a psychological grip on those affected, causing their innate animal instincts to enter a “fight or flight” state. This is due to the animal becoming sort of “hypnotized” into believing the user is an apex predator, with the Sage Mode user becoming identified as such. This causes summoning animals to immediately flee from the battle, dispersing from their summoner’s aid. This locks out summons from ever returning to the same fight as well should they have the ability to be summoned multiple times. However, in the case of non-summoning animals such as Inuzuka Ninken, they are also overwhelmed by this technique, simply becoming knocked unconscious for the rest of the battle. The speed of which this technique travels rivals a lightning technique, reaching up to Long Range, affecting multiple animals in a singular instance. This can also affect other ninjas who are also in Sage Mode, due to their own animalistic connection – causing them to become paralyzed in place for the duration of two turns; also unwilling to enter short range of the user as while remaining in Sage Mode themselves. This can only be used twice per battle, with a cooldown of three turns between each use. It also renders the user unable to utilize Senjutsu above A-Rank for three turns as well.
