(Yoton: Kaioken) - Yang Release: Fist of the King of Worlds

Description: Kaioken is a technique invented by Yang Master Kaio-sama, also known as King Kai. It is a technique that multiplies the amount of Yang energy within the user's body for a "heart beat", thus increasing their power and speed. However, the downside of the Kaio-ken is that it takes a heavy toll on the user's body, making them more vulnerable after use. The user will activate this technique causing the balance of Yang energy within their body to shift in multiples of two, each increasing multiple granting higher levels of Yang energy resulting in greater speed and power, with greater cost. When active, the user will display a momentary red aura that pulsates around them. Almost as if their body is burning, although no heat can be felt from the technique. This technique is to be applied in combination with a Taijutsu attack that doesn't require chakra and only lasts as long as that attack is being used. (I.E if the user is punching, Kaioken is only active for that punch. if a Taijutsu technique is being used that has multiple hits/kicks then its only active during those strikes). Lastly, Kaioken requires the user to specialize in Yang Release, however this technique is exempt from Yang Specialists ability to not take drawback damage. Meaning it will deal the damage to the user regardless. The speed increase of Kaioken functioning like "Yang Release: Ring of Hell's" speed increase, since it momentary increases the users base speed.
Kaioken x2: The first level of Kaioken, this increases the users base speed by 3 speed levels, The damage output of a Taijutsu technique is also increased by +20, however the user will also strain their body, taking 30 damage.
Kaioken x4 (Forbidden Ranked): The second level of Kaioken, this increases the users base speed by 6 speed levels. The damage output of a Taijutsu technique is also increased by +30, however the user will also strain their body, taking 50 damage.
Note:
-Kaioken x2 can only be used three times per battle/event, requiring a two turn cool down, and limits the user to A-rank and below Taijutsu in the next turn.
-Kaioken x4 can only be used twice per battle/event, requiring a four turn cool down, and limits the user to B-rank and below Taijutsu for two turns.

(Yoton: Gogyou Nin no jutsu) - Yang Release: 5 Elements Ninja Technique

Description: This technique allows the user to combine their elemental chakra with Yang Release in order to create stronger, more potent Ninjutsu. When the user uses an non-elemental Ninjutsu, after adding an additional three handseals to the technique, rather than using their raw chakra they will use one of the basic elemental natures, thus increasing the potency of the jutsu. The jutsu increases in strength by one rank, (+20 damage for S-ranks) due to the massive amount of chakra used. By using nature chakra rather than raw chakra, the properties of the Ninjutsu can change in accordance to that nature and become stronger. For example, using "Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu" with Fire Release chakra would cause the Shuriken to become red hot and burn on contact. As well, the technique would follow the rules of elemental Strengths and Weaknesses in regards to the elemental nature chosen. Lastly, this technique grants a psudo-sentience to the applied technique, allowing it to act on its own for the turn it is used. Using the previous example, The shuriken will be able to react to the field, allowing them to take an unorthodox path to evade small obstructions within reason, such as weaving around trees in a forest, instead of taking a linear path through them.

( Inton/Ototon: Melkor's no uta) - Yang/Sound Release: Melkor's Verse

Description: The user will perform 3 hand seals while releasing a a low pitched sound that resonates all around up to long range from the user. Though it may seem simple, this sound is infused with yang chakra, enhancing the sound to have two unique properties. The first of which acts in the same way to ringing madness, where the sound remains within the ear's of those who hear this sound. What makes this unique is it's two effects:

1. The sound is infused with yang being sentient in the way it works. While in the ear's of those who have hear it, it will feed off the though thoughts of those whose ear it's in and from there begin to mess with them by generating the voices of people from their memories. Be it a loved one who passed or an old enemy, the sentient sound will create the voices in the ear of those it's in. This cannot be used to harm the opponent/s, just to create the ultimate distraction, creating the voices in different ways, be it a scream, a cry or even making the sound seem distant or that i came from a certain direction rather than just within their ear. A perfect distraction or even a torture device.

2. The sound is not only made sentient but carries the yang chakra to create an effect similar to the Yang White Tiger technique. The sound acts as a medium and from there the yang will be injected into the opponent/opponent's body causing degenerative effects. The opposite to the "Yang Release: Ring of Hell " technique. This prevents the use of techniques F-rank and requires 2x the normal cost for techniques S-rank and below. Yin-Yang Release users can use A-rank at the normal cost due to their elevated control.

A side effect from the sound in their ears and the toll from the yang chakra is that any effect will have their speed and reaction times halved. This can be countered through a surge of chakra to re set the balance based on the attribute of Yin yang and sage chakra. This lasts until the balance is restored to their chakra system

Declined: The First ability is definitely more in line with Yin than Yang. For the second ability, the increase chakra cost will have to be a flat number unlike White Tiger which does it in multiples (sucks, I know). Also this technique in general does too much. I suggest two options making it multiranked to allow such variation or two just remove either ability 1 or 2 so you can still keep the after effect. - Daemon

Description: The user will start by releasing a screech like one not of this world, the would cause any hearing it to feel it to their very core, much like nails on a chalk board. This would act as a medium, using the sound as method of binding one in this yin genjutsu. Upon hearing the screech, they will be bound in an illusion where suddenly the world around them changes. It would be like the world had inverted to a negative effect, like that of a wraith world;

It would seem as though the world was set afire by white flames, anything containing chakra would be burning, including people, hence the name wraith world. The targets would see their own body in this form as though they were just a spirit, burning a white flame, a searing pain shooting through their entire body. Though, this doesn't cause physical damage, this has it's own negative effects, due to the yin chakra within the illusion:
  1. The screech from the inducing of the illusion would leave the target's deafened for 2 turns
  2. The Yin aspect of the illusion is that it's infused with fire, causing the burning, but rather than damage, it acts as a severe distraction, halving the tracking/reaction time of anyone effected.
  3. The yin would set in on the targets causing an imbalance in their chakra system, along with the distraction, making it so they would be required to pay an addition 20 chakra per jutsu used and each jutsu they use would have -1 rank in damage.
Note: Genjutsu specialists and other Yin-Yang users can resist the properties of this through the use of counter genjutsu or Yin Release techniques like Yin State.
Note: This technique can be used once per battle. The user cannot use any non-elemental ninjutsu, Yang Release, or Yin-Yang Release techniques in the same turn in the turn this is used.

Declined. I'm a little lost for why the screech would instantly cause deafening in the target, other than on the merit of you saying that is how it is. The third debilitating effect is fine but remember -1 rank in damage doesn't mean surges would fall in 1 rank in potency. Increase the drawbacks a bit.

( Fuuin/ In'yōton : Merkor's Azamuku) Sealing Yin/Yang Art - Melkor's Deceit

Description: This is a unique jutsu where the user will combine fuuin with either yin or yang. The user will start off by creating an Intangible wall or barrier (which can be around the user) which can be up to a 10m diameter. Both Yin and Yang have shown aspects of making something intangible through "Hands of Sloth" And "8 Branched Giant Snake". The user will only infuse this barrier with Yin OR Yang chakra and through this give it a unique effect:

Yin: Upon a person/summon/body/edo passing through the barrier, it will activate it's effect. The barrier will become tangible wrapping around the target applying the hungry ghost effect as it binds them. Once the hungry ghost comes into contaact with the opponent through the barrier it is released and immediately attaches itself to the source of the foreign chakra (the opponent). From there, the parasite continues to eat away at the enemy’s chakra every time they use techniques (all techniques reduce in rank and power by 1 degree). Once the Hungry Ghost is released, its tether is immediate and cannot be blocked or circumvented by ordinary means. The effects of Hungry Ghost last for 4 turns.

Yang: Upon a person/summon/body/edo passing through the barrier, it will activate it's effect. The barrier will become tangible wrapping around the target. This barrier will have a couple of unique effects of yang release. First and foremost the barrier will bind them preventing them from moving, being semi sentient being aware of how to bind them. Secondly it will force the yang chakra from the barrier into the target causing degenerative effects. Firstly the imbalance will prevent them from using jutsu above S rank, similar to the white tiger technique. Secondly it will make them feel extremely drained, causing any jutsu they use while bound to cost double the chakra and reducing any physical based abilities by 20 damage, such as taijutsu, kenjutsu etc.

Declined. Restrict where this barrier can be created. As per your wording this could happen anywhere (short-long range) and states that it *can* be around the user. I want to see some more restrictions on this so no weird abusive usage happens with creation.

Description: The user can start with this seal on themselves or one of their weapons, or even place it on a weapon in battle. The placing of the seal is passive. The user can activate the seal at any time. This seal erects a yin barrier around the user 5m in all directions. Due to it's yin properties, it can't be seen, taking on similar traits as the "Hands of the sloth" technique. Those with Yin, Yin/yang can see/sense this. This barrier infuses the area within with it's yin properties making it so area takes on the properties of a non Newtonian fluid when coming into contact with a foreign chakra. What this means is the faster something enters the barrier, the more the space/air/water etc within, becomes solid. This does not effect the users summons/paths/creations etc. In rp term this barrier will slow anyone/anything that enters it down to their base speed as the space solidifies to slow them, making it harder for them to force their way through. Where ever the seal is, that's where the centre of the barrier is. This barrier lasts for 4 turns and can only be used twice per battle, with a two turn cool down between usages.
Note: No yang release jutsu in the same turn.

Description: After forming three handseals, they'll release a surge of katon chakra around any part of their body to create a layer of hot ash or by release it from their own body, and at will they can manipulate existing ash i.e via; ash gourd. This will not burn the user as they will create a layer of chakra between their skin and the ash to protect themselves. At will, the user can release this ash in a stream of sorts from their hands (even from body-movements) for offensive/Supplementary/defensive purposes, even in enormous amounts. This can be combined with other jutsu like Fire related jutsu to give them +1 rank in damage up to S rank within the same timeframe. If combined with another Fire technique, Death's Hands ends.
Note: While Jutsu is sustained (for up to 3 turns), Users can only utilize Katon or related Fire style Ninjutsu only.

Description: A Uchiha technique, where the user makes the a few handseals and then kneads chakra inside their body before releasing it towards their opponent. The expelled flames from their mouth act much as like, Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation. The main object being that its designed to trap their opponents in a ditch of flames than after. This huge wall of flames only travels up to mid-range of the opponent, until the ditch is summoned below them, which then objective changes into a flaming lid above their opponents. To their opponents, it would seem the user had simply created a huge spanning wall of flames. Underneath them, the ground would undergo a major change as it caves in making them fall into the molten ground below them, where huge melting caves of flames appear. This happens as the user's wall of flames up above creates an opening into the ground behind it, out of their sight. Using their katon chakra to tunnel into the underground layers of the earth, roasting the bedding flow (larger than boss size summons). Then as user's wall of flames up-above them will create an upper layer heat above their opponent's as they fall within, burning them upwards and below as they fall.

Description: Uchiha, who are gifted in the Fire Release nature transformation, weaves a few hand seals for the Great Fireball Technique and combining it with chakra-infused ash to create a (boss summon-size) monstrous creature with semi-intelligence. Manipulated through handseals and constantly feed with chakra, this enlarged, gray-black monster has the ability to cause an reactionary effect that will emit heat flares from all over it's body that will blind the target; use its arm as a flamethrower to completely incinerate them; and/or launch from it's solid, ash body shuriken-like weapons to burn them from afar. Additionally, the excess chakra would increase the intensity of the Jutsu that is manipulated through the creature, due to the sheer size dealing more damage power (S-rank Limit). Layered with Katon chakra and ash, this creature resilience and physical power is so dense (Can Tank 60DMG), which makes it outstandingly powerful. After a while, the core of the jutsu cools returning the flame giant into hot ash as it crumbles to the ground (C-rank DMG to opponent, if poured on).

Note: Short-range, Heat-wave = A-rank; Mid-range, Hot Ash-Shurikens = B-rank; Short-range, Flamethrower Arms = A-rank. Target Temporary blinded for 1 turn and the user will have control over the jutsu at all times (Cost 1 jutsu Slot). The heat from the Great Fireball Technique allows it to levitate over the ground, making it capable of flight. Only used by an Uchiha Biography. Usable only Once per battle. Jutsu utilised via this Jutsu are equal to proportional size of this Giant, just as a regular shinobi releasing those jutsu in normal size. This is evident in the enormous chakra output which is reflected in those Jutsu's gigantic sizes from this jutsu. Last 4 Turns, and a Jutsu used through this jutsu, counts toward a move slot. User can only use fire-related release ninjutsu its while active. No other S-rank or higher Katon Jutsu in the same turn.

Declined: You did not give the correct link for resubmission. Also I don't know what would giving it "semi-intelligence" do, since you have to manipulate it through the usage of handseals anyway. I don't think heat will allow you to let this thing fly. Your techniques will not get a scale up in size when used through the creation. What does this mean due to the sheer size dealing more damage power (S-rank Limit)." ? Word that better. - Daemon

Description: Faint omen is a very unique type of technique, imposing on medical but doesnt actually heal the body. The user will do two handseals, while placing their hand on themselves or the opponent. By doing this, the a kanji symbol will appear on the persons body. With this happening it will seal away all the damage the user or said person has received from the start of battle . Doing this will allow said person to be able to stay in combat. Though this should not always be used and has a major downside. This damage is temporarily sealed and once the seal is removed, the damage is applied back to the user. Meaning if the user takes more damage than what they can take, it will take longer for them to recover.

Note: Can use Once per person
Note: Damage is sealed for only four turns.
Note: The user can still take damage
Note: The user can self activate this by sacrificing twice the amount of chakra (meaning 80)

Description: Blessed Cursed Of Anubis is a very unique type of fuin technique, created to offset those who boost themselves and to balance the haves and have nots in term of power a powerful fuinjutsu was created. The user will do a set of five handseals ending with the tiger seal, creating a large sealing symbol to take form on the ground. Once the seal appears it will encompass all those who are within it acting as a barrier, sealing off the exits, unless a collective damage of S rank was done. The Seal can have both a cursed or blessed response, and even the user is not immune to the affects. The Seal acts as a reverse for bodily boost (This excludes things such as leg weights or boost done by physically training the body as such). By activating a boost, it will actually curse the body causing the opponent (and/or user) to experience negative affects. Meaning if the opponent was to boost himself or technique by +20 then it will actually have a -25 to their damage. This is done with speed and strength as well such as chakra enhancement and even EIG. If the opponent activates a technique to increase their speed by +3 it will decrease their speed by -3. Though this technique has a blessed portion. If negative affects were to be applied onto the user be it by themselves or the opponent (via means of things such as poisons, or side affects of a jutsu it would boost them. So if a jutsu was done on the user to decrease their tracking by -3 it would boost their tracking by +3 instead, making this a technique to keep everybody on even fields.
Note: This excludes specialties in the bio, physical alteration to the body such as leg weights being released.

(Iryō Fuinjutsu: 1000 Koe) - Medical Sealing Style: 1000 Voices

Description: 1000 Voices is special sealing tag placed on the body of the users (The back side of their hand) taking the shape of an closed eye. This sealing technique was used in a way to have a back up plan in case of an emergency regarding their chakra, or even mental attacks thats incredibly hard to escape. By studying the seal on tsunades forehead the user found a way to mimick how it activates without actually mimicking what it actually does.This seal works by storing chakra into the seal (the closed eye) on their hand by using +10 more chakra for every technique they use. By doing this they expel more chakra but also store more chakra for times when they really need it. When the time comes the user is able to manually activate the body seal, causing the closed eye to open on the back of their hand. Doing this, it will flood the user with the chakra that was stored, replenishing their chakra while at the same time spiking their capabilities. Once the chakra floods/surges the users body their physical attributes increase in terms of speed increasing their speed by +6, while also activating healing to a small degree, healing small damages such as cuts, burns, blunt damage (does not regrow limbs) healing by +20 a turn (If needed). The good thing about this technique isnt the boost in speed and healing but the simple ability to constantly store chakra in this seal for emergencies. Though the user is only able to activate it as a whole or half the amount, reducing the buffs by half if they only use half the stored chakra.

Declined: While better since this a med fuuin tech now it still has some issues, You have to remove the part about the BA, because at it stands you have 500 for the BA but then later on say 300 chakra within the seal. Which is it? Also make it more clear that the seal takes the +10 chakra from the techniques you use. Also Forbidden aint a type. Declined: This is a pretty good technique, but you need to tone it down a bit on the range if you plan to seal all chakra forms. For example, making it reach only into mid range. Also while absorbing senjutsu does make an opponent turn into stone if they can't control the senjutsu, just absorbing one senjutsu technique is not enough to result in the opponent being petrified. So absorbing this technique alone probably won't result in turning into stone. Description: Faint omen is a very unique type of technique, imposing on medical but doesnt actually heal the body. The user will do two handseals, while placing their hand on themselves, allies or the opponent. By doing this, the a kanji symbol will appear on the persons body. With this happening it will seal away all the damage the user or said person has received from the start of the battle. This is done by the seal, blocking all the pain receptors in the opponent's body, causing them to not register the pain they felt beforehand. Doing this will allow said person to be able to stay in combat. Though this should not always be used and has a major downside. This damage is temporarily sealed and once the seal is removed, the damage is applied back to the user. Meaning if the user takes more damage than what they can take, it will take longer for them to recover.

Description: Blessed Cursed Of Anubis is a very unique type of fuin technique, created to offset those who boost themselves and to balance the haves and have nots in term of power a powerful fuinjutsu was created. The user will do a set of five handseals ending with the tiger seal, creating a large sealing symbol to take form on the ground. Once the seal appears it will encompass all those who are within it acting as a barrier, sealing off the exits, unless a collective damage of S rank was done. The Seal can have both a cursed or blessed response, and even the user is not immune to the affects. The Seal acts as a reverse for bodily boost (This excludes things such as leg weights or boost done by physically training the body as such). By activating a boost, it will actually curse the body causing the opponent (and/or user) to experience negative affects. Meaning if the opponent was to boost himself or technique by +20 then it will actually have a -25 to their damage. This is done with speed and strength as well such as chakra enhancement and even EIG. If the opponent activates a technique to increase their speed by +3 it will decrease their speed by -3. Though this technique has a blessed portion. If negative affects were to be applied onto the user be it by themselves or the opponent (via means of things such as poisons, or side affects of a jutsu it would boost them. So if a jutsu was done on the user to decrease their tracking by -3 it would boost their tracking by +3 instead, making this a technique to keep everybody on even fields.

Description: 1000 Voices is special sealing tag placed on the body of the users (The back side of their hand) taking the shape of an closed eye. This sealing technique was used in a way to have a back up plan in case of an emergency regarding their chakra, or even mental attacks thats incredibly hard to escape. By studying the seal on tsunades forehead the user found a way to mimick how it activates without actually mimicking what it actually does. This seal works by storing chakra into the seal (the closed eye) on their hand by expelling more chakra, causing an additional +10 Chakra to every technique used by the user. By doing this they expel more chakra but also store more chakra for times when they really need it. When the time comes the user is able to manually activate the body seal, causing the closed eye to open on the back of their hand. Doing this, it will flood the user with the chakra that was stored, replenishing their chakra while at the same time spiking their capabilities. Once the chakra floods/surges the users body their physical attributes increase in terms of speed increasing their speed by +6, while also activating healing to a small degree, healing small damages such as cuts, burns, blunt damage (does not regrow limbs) healing by +20 a turn (If needed). The good thing about this technique isnt the boost in speed and healing but the simple ability to constantly store chakra in this seal for emergencies. Though the user is only able to activate it as a whole or half the amount, reducing the buffs by half if they only use half the stored chakra.

Description: Trials of Hercules is a technique that takes on properties of both the (Yoton: Yamata no Orochi) Yang Release: 8 Branched Giant Snake technique, and the ( Yoton: Byako ) - Yang Release: White Tiger technique. Specifically, it would take the concept of using raw Yang chakra as a means of combat. Taking that concept, the user would mold and conjure raw Yang chakra from any point of the body, which would come in the form of a white energy that burns away at other chakras and targets without actually giving off heat (though steam emanates from the chakra). This chakra can be molded into basic or slightly intricate tools/shapes to use for offensive, defensive or Supplementary purposes that may be at hand, limited only by the user's imagination. These tools and shapes can range from waves, swords, Cubes etc. but will be split in power according to rank and quantity of the tools created. The chakra can be created in a fiery like form or as a semi-solid energy, though either way it would deal physical damage upon impact with targets. The unique thing about tools created is what happens when it strikes people/things and techniques. When it comes to coming into contact with living beings, this technique would overload the target's chakra system with the Yang chakra it was created from, causing an imbalance that would cause negative effects on them depending on the rank used. At B-rank, the overload and pure heat of the chakra would cause 40 chakra to be burned away from the target's overall chakra reserves, and half their tracking ability. At A-rank, the before mentioned effects would apply but the target would have 50 chakra burned away, along with preventing the use of techniques S-rank and above and requires 2x the normal cost for techniques A-rank and below. At S-rank, the before mentioned effects would apply but the target would have 60 chakra burned away, along with preventing the use of any spiritual or Yin based abilities due to the Yang chakra causing such an imbalance within the chakra system. When it comes to clashing with another technique, the Yang chakra would directly burn away the chakra of the technique, depending on the rank of the Yang used, though at half the original chakra cost i.e. at B-rank the technique would burn away 20 chakra from the clashing technique due to the original cost being 40. This would reduce not only the chakra within a technique clashing with the energy, but would reduce the damage output to match the new chakra output. Whenever used, the technique itself has to go through the body in an instant surge that would also burn away any foreign chakras of equal chakra output or lower.

Note: S-rank can only be used 3x with the need of 4 hand seals, with the usage going up by 1 for each lower rank and the hand seals lessening by 1 for each lower rank.
Note: The energy must originate from the body, and can at max be the size of the canon S rank earth golem.

Declined: While a cool technique, directly eating/burning away chakra from techniques, etc are properties of Yin Release not Yang Release. Description: The God Dragon technique is an ability highly based off of Yang releases Ring of Hell coupled with the basic transformation technique, to create a transformation that rivaled even that of a Jinchuuriki. By flowing Yang chakra throughout the body, the user would tap into the ability to transform the body in a very detailed manner. Specifically, the user would transform into a massive (around average Biju size) blue-scaled/red-scaled dragon that notably has white fiery yang chakra circulating around his arms. In this form the Yang chakra flowing throughout the new dragon body would increase the users physical abilities tremendously. The user would be capable of moving at 3x his base speed, while being able to heal thirty (30) health per turn and shave forty (40) damage from any techniques hitting him due to the newfound resilience of the scales covering the body. Unfortunately the user would lose the ability to use basic Taijutsu skill, but makes up for it with using the body as a weapon. The user can use his long wiery body to strike targets/clash with techniques without worrying about being harmed unless overpowered. This is doable through minute amounts of Yang chakra passively leaking from the dragon scales all times, causing it to clash with things first; Though the leaking chakra would come with the burning effects of Yang, completely burning away any Yin based chakra equal to or less than this technique. Using the body to attack or defend would cost a move and deal 90 damage and have no chakra cost; Basically replacing taijutsu usage. For more powerful threats, the user would be able to conjure a build up of pure Yang chakra and release it via the mouth. This comes out in the form of a large projectile that is similar to a tailed beast bomb in terms of destructive capabilities. This is an ability that comes with a chakra cost of 50 and would cause 100 damage, being usable only 2 times per transformation. If used with an element imbued into it (basic 5, CE or adv element) the blast would deal 120 damage and cost 60 chakra instead. However, by infusing himself with the Yang Nature, the user becomes unable to use Yin Release techniques or Yin/Yang Release techniques; he cannot use Genjutsu or non elemental Ninjutsu of any kind (including special fields like Fuuinjutsu).
Note: Can only be used twice per battle and lasts 5 turns per use.

Description: Ame No Omo is a traditionally shaped Katana, 70 inches in length. Its only physical trait of note is its black-as-night colored blade. Despite this, however, this sword is a powerful family artifact, one which has now found its way into the hands of Azuma Uchiha, the last living member of his immediate family. Upon further use of the blade, he also discovered a few of its unique abilities.

Durability: Forged by the world's finest blacksmiths and made of steel tempered three times over in ever increasing heat, the Thunder Emperor is incredibly durable, capable of taking S-Rank damage before breaking.

Raindance: While in possession of the Katana, the user can swing it downwards it any capacity, as if gesturing for something from above. This stroke makes the area cloud up and then start to rain heavily, as if the sky had already been stormy the whole day. This ability costs a move and 15 chakra, however, it will begin to rain immediately after the user completes the phrase.

Stormking: When the sword was forged, it was made in such a way that it can be used as a superconductor for chakra used to create rain release techniques. As such, the blade is surrounded by a small hazy cloud of its own, from which thunder and the sounds of rain regularly emit. This allows the user to either call upon rain from the storm around the blade as a source or by swinging the sword to use other rain sources to cast Ameton techniques. Through using the sword as the medium in both ways, the rain techniques will be increased in power by 1 rank up to S rank and by 20 damage to S rank and above.

Gyaku Ni Ochiru: Literally meaning "falling in reverse", this ability calls upon all of the rain which has fallen upon the battlefield to be used in a single attack. The user will swing Thunder Emperor upwards, causing every raindrop that has fallen within long range of them to condense into individual, knife-like rain bullets. These bullets will then shoot upwards, shredding whatever they touch like a storm of sharp objects. This attack is equivalent to an S-Rank in terms of power, and deals 80 damage. This ability costs a move slot. This technique can only create rain knives five meters away from an opponent.

Description: This illusion can be done in two ways. In the first, the user will perform 2 hand seals, creating an illusion where it begins to rain. The second method of use only requires a single hand seal, but can only be done when it is already raining. In both scenarios, the first drop of rain that hits the target/targets in the illusion sends a shock through their entire body, reverberating through them like they had been hit with extreme force. This first drop hits them so hard that it shocks them, paralyzing them. Each other drop continues to hit hard, constantly sending the shock through their target's body causing extreme pain. If the target remains in the illusion for a turn they will take 60 mental damage and continue to take this until the illusion is broken.

Description: Lost In The Storm is a visual Genjutsu. The user first does three handseals, making it seem like it is raining or using the handseals to infuse their chakra into already existing rain. As soon as this occurs, the enemy will see the rain begin to intensify to the point where they can barely see in front of them, followed by hurricane-level winds, pushing against the enemy's every movement. When these effects are combined, the enemy is led to belief they are in the middle of a tremendous tempest. During the first turn of this illusion's activity, the enemy's reaction time and movement speed will be reduced by half, due to their new lack of visibility and having to force themselves to fight back against the wind. By the second turn, the illusion results in the opponent being paralyzed, with the absurdly powerful winds and incredibly heavy rain in their mind restricting their movement, as if they were pushing against an unstoppable force.

Description: God's In His Heaven is primarily a travel-enhancing technique which allows the user to surround himself in a rapidly rotating shell of rain which he can direct through the air to achieve high-speed flight and perform evasive maneuvers. First, the user will infuse their chakra into the rain around them, causing it to converge upon their body. This rain will then quickly begin to swirl around the user's whole body, forming into an oval-shaped "shell" of sorts which rapidly rotates around the user, giving an appearance much like the Inuzuka Clan's "Tsuga" technique. The user will then manipulate the rain shell into moving in any given direction, carrying themselves through the air along with it at a rapid speed (2x the user's movement speed). This shell also provides a painful offensive option should something come into contact with the rotating rain shell, which will drill into whatever it touches. Despite its usefulness, the shell is difficult to maintain for long periods of time, and thus can only be used in singular bursts of movement for an attack or evasive maneuver up to long-range from the user.

This is mostly cosmetic but can be useful in situations where spying or attempts to invade a place is needed. Much like the full version, the cloaking illusion can cause powerful stimuli, fooling the previously mentioned abilities.

Description: Through the use of four hand seals, the user will utilize their knowledge of Fuinjutsu and Yang Release in conjunction with one another. Immediately as the last seal is made, a transparent barrier composing of Yang energy will erect across the entire battle field, or it can be placed to only affect a specific zone. Those who are within the barrier, will become subjected to the effects of it, though the effects can be selective. This meaning that the user has complete control of whom the barrier targets, this being a preset mechanic to prevent the harming of allies. The unique aspect of the barrier is called “The Deathdealing” which triggers each time the target utilizes their chakra. The more they use it, the more potent the effects stack up while within the barrier. In order to establish this, when the barrier is first created – it would absorb a small portion of chakra from anyone within the barrier (-10), which then allows for it to record the foreign chakra in order for the barrier to trigger. In other words, now with their chakra recorded, the barrier is capable of dealing a lethal dosage each time the opponent uses chakra. For each chakra technique they utilize, small amounts of yang chakra is forcefully infused into their body, causing a poison like affect as the yang chakra rapidly siphons away the bodies vitality. With each move, the amount of health stolen increases by increments of 10, which continues to rack up over time. Though even in situations where the afflicted may become aware of the barriers effects, simply remaining within or even leaving the barrier’s zone doesn’t remove it. As the only true way to purge is through the use of a fully body surge comprised of Yang, Ying – Yang or Sage Mode to overcome the chakra. The effects will continue to persist however if they remain within the barrier, which if they purge virus like Yang chakra, it will simply reset upon next use of chakra. Anyone entering the barrier after its initial startup will not be subjected to the effects. The barrier lasts four turns, which at the end of the fourth turn naturally dispels though it can be prematurely deactivated. While active, the user of this technique is unable to utilize more than two techniques per turn, with this automatically occupying a move slot per turn. Also while being sustained, the user is unable to utilize Yin Yang, Yin nor Non Elemental Techniques (including specialized fields minus Fuinjutsu). During the same turn and turn after activation, the user is incapable of using Yang based techniques including and above A rank but also after activation leave them unable to use Yang based techniques at all for two turns. However, he is generally a good friend, at times willing to sacrifice himself to save others. While he’s generally seen as useless in actual combat, Happy always carries a bag with him, to which he has his own modified version of the Lightning Blade Creation technique. However, instead of summoning tools (though he can actually do this if needed) he usually summons gag items such as fish, octopi and other wacky items. This would reduce not only the chakra within a technique clashing with the energy, but would reduce the damage output to match the new chakra output. Whenever used, the technique itself has to go through the body in an instant surge that would also burn away any foreign chakras of equal chakra output or lower.

Note: S-rank can only be used 3x with the need of 4 hand seals, with the usage going up by 1 for each lower rank and the hand seals lessening by 1 for each lower rank.

Declined: While a cool technique, directly eating/burning away chakra from techniques, etc are properties of Yin Release not Yang Release. Yang Release can only hinder chakra in terms of causing an imbalance within the opponent by overwhelming them with Yang chakra and literally burning away their chakra system. Description: This technique allows the user to combine their elemental techniques with Yang chakra in order to create a more versatile and dangerous Ninjutsu. When the user uses an elemental Ninjutsu of any kind, he'd also fill it with additional yang chakra in order to add on to how the technique would react to coming into contact with its target. On the exterior, nothing would seem different within the elemental technique, though a chakra sensor or doujutsu would be able to notice the build up of additional "heat" within the technique. Once the technique hits a target, the yang chakra would take on aspects of ( Yoton: Byako ) - Yang Release: White Tiger. Specifically it would take on the "burning" effects of Yang chakra; Burning away chakra inside of a person hit equal to the additional chakra added into the elemental technique (50). This causes an imbalance within the victims chakra system and the yang chakra would cause negative effects over a span of time that depends on the rank technique that they came into contact with. The imbalance in the chakra system causes the victims to lose the ability use Yin/spiritual based abilities S-rank or higher while diminishing their speed by half. These effects are something that don't have the same strength on Yang specialists due to them having a keen mastery over have Yang chakra in their systems. To reflect this, they'd still be able to use ant spiritual/Yin techniques bar forbidden rank, and their speed would only lessen by 1/4.
Note: Effects last 1 turn for D/C-rank techniques, 2 turns for B/A-rank techniques, and 3 turns for S-rank techniques.

Description: Tartarus gained it's name from the ancient titan realm, a dark place, home to all forms of evil, a fitting name for a sword created by the Fallen Angel, Sin. It is rumoured that Sin was experimenting with forbidden arts to try and create his own demon race but they didn't work out the way he wanted, and so through his skills in Yang release, he forged the demon creation into a sword, a living sword infused with a large chunk of his chakra, giving it it's own sentience. With this the sword came to life in its own unique way, it was still a sword, solid like steel, sharp enough to slash flesh, but it was more than just that. The hilt shaped like a bat had a mouth with fangs that could speak out to anyone near, or even bite those who tried to hold him without permission. Tartarus could bend it's shape completely, sliding around like a snake having it's own form of movement while still being a blade, much like how Samehada can bend it's shape and still be sharp with it's scales. Though, it's intent wasn't always pure, having used to have a white handle, he served many owners, though those he deemed unworthy he would kill, staining his handle until it was blood red. This sword held a few unique powers:

  • Being able to absorb and store chakra he can also sense chakra within short range of it knowing the difference between each one, the type and who it belonged to. It can sense anything that has a life force. It can absorb jutsu be releasing a black aura around it, this aura will negate jutsu and absorb the chakra into the blade storing it which it can then be used to cast jutsu with that require sword, rather than using the user's charka. The sword slashes as the aura spreads out acting like a vacuum drawing in the chakra causing jutsu to dissipate. This can only be used 4 times costing a move each time.
  • Being infused with Yang, it is granted a form of great vitality, durability and strength. Due to this, it's kenjutsu techniques are passively increased by 20 damage, this would include any jutsu that require the sword to be used as a medium, flowing through it. Freeform attacks are excluded from this boost.
  • The sword would have a mental link with it's owner sharing what he could see and the chakra it sensed.
  • The sword handle has a unique ability where the user can extent it to form a spear, allowing the user to fight with extra range and use it for jutsu requiring a spear/Bisento. This can be done passively.
Removed a couple of abilities and replaced them.

Updated Declined: Give the vacuum slash a range, lower its usages. And put a cap on how much chakra it can absorb and how much chakra the sword can hold at one given time. Also if you are gonna absorb techniques, like all things you need to clarify the rank limit of the technique you can absorb etc etc. The usual. - Daemon

Do to the nature of his creation at wills technique, This technique is designed to deal minimal damage, being aimed to capture a target, not kill them. The speed and durability of the hook is enough to pierce through defenses of equal rank unhindered. To break the binding, the target must release a force of equal rank or higher in accordance to strengths and weaknesses to break the chakra line. Urashiki is able to release and reel in the binding of this technique at any time.

Its gaping mouth was surrounded by several long, hairy, and slime covered tentacles that could extend for miles. These appendages stretched out from the cave it inhabited for a long distance and laid upon the ground among its own viscous slime. They would ensnare and drag back to its anybody anything within reach. It would then swallow the victim whole with its gigantic mouth.

Made of Iron Sand, this clone is unlike other clones, who just need a simple blow to disperse. It will take attacks until A-rank damage has been done to it. The defense mechanism does not activate if the owner simply wishes the clone to disperse like a normal clone. After activating the Defense Mechanism, the owner is alerted, and the Iron Sand left behind becomes unusable in the case of another Jiton user.

Description: Mitsuki is a summon with doubled sensing abilities then that of a normal snake summon would have. Mitsuki is a four foot, white-blue with gold color lines going through him and golden eyes. He has the ability to speak the same language as summoner. He also acts as a medical snake and can use natural energy to help with his medical ability. With natural energy he can apply it to the summoner, ally, and/or patient or his own body to speed up the healing process. With the medical knowledge and natural energy control he creates a needle and thread to heal up any type of injury besides common cold and illnesses like that. With this he can do more then heal he can also reattach limbs to the summoner, ally, and/or patient. Just like mystic palm he can heal 60 damage per turn. It takes one turn to reattach limbs. He also instead of having turns he has a set amount of chakra he uses before he disperses, which is 600. The healing abilities both cost 50 chakra points. They can only be used every other turn. These abilties does count as a slot per turn. This summon can be used by any type of sage mode user as long as they use natural energy since their bodies is use to natural energy. Anyone else this is used on will turn to stone. With natural energy also he can per turn for 10 chakra points heal 20 damage but can't use the two healing abilties above while doing this.

Using shape manipulation, they release the two forms of Raiton chakra in form of a solid claws that they can be manipulated to stretch out up short-range. While their first form of raiton chakra release will had embedded itself within the users skeleton, releasing itself through that channel, as it rips outward from within their bones forming mini-sized hair claws. This advanced state allows the user to have voltage movements as each movement releases an electric current around them, capable of being streamed through short-range objects. Then, after as the second bunch appears over their skin as huge arm-length claws. This can be used offensively in other few ways but is mostly used defensively. The user having created these condensed claws, each formed outward upon the user's body together in a fashion much like fan blades, allows for greater control which forms a semi-sphere around them and absorbs all physical attacks. This happens much like a fan (the user being the stem), where the fan blades spin at around 1620 RPMs. With the omnidirectional control of releasing the blades from their body to spin, they’ve developed the second ultimate defensive and offense in the NW. When used defensively and offensively at the same time, they charge at their opponent with the high-spinning blades around them, slashing into them leaving the remains of their victims into what finally becomes of them being a gas state. Claw Ring Release, another attack mode; this is when they decide to break the linking to spinning claws and release them at sudden, causing them to splash slash around (Doujutsu users can target and aim at sources). This move is very deadly upon close range to the user as this move has a greater number of claws fragments (12 inches in length), making the attack near impossible to evade.

Description: The Demon sheets are a paper tag/sheet Takeno had formulated during his adventures around the Shinobi Lands. He had found a plant in his short time in the water archipelago that he named Kava. Kava is pumped full of kavalactone, which has been seen to create psychotropic effects, such as induce anxiety, provide hypnotic illusions, and a strong sedative.

There are two types of Demon Sheets, characterized by their color. If the Demon tag is red, it will induce madness. This creates voices in the persons head, invokes anxiety, and lowers cognitive thinking by 10% on the first turn. on the second turn it will create illusions of the deaths of close relatives, decreasing their focus by 25%. This tag can only work as long as the shinobi has some form of contact with the tag ( standing on it or having it on your person), and the effect will continue to create illusions of death until removed.

The second variant--the green sheet--is like a regular sheet of paper. However it has the sedative properties of the plant. It will slow down neural functions, reducing the speed by one fourth. The effect takes place as long as the paper has been in contact with the opponent, or is in contact with the opponent, and will last one turn after contact with a diluted effect of a one eighth speed reduction.

Note: The red variant is a tag, while the green variant would replace regular paper in your paper techniques

Takeno utilizing his ability to manipulate paper can create a bow purely from paper. You can use this in conjunction with a separate paper source or from your own body. The paper will be tightly packed and dense, allowing it to not break after one use. The user with this technique can shoot D rank arrows. To do this the user will pull back their open hand, utilize their ability to control and manipulate paper to form a arrow out of paper to use as ammunition. Each arrow cost 10 chakra to form, and will do 20 damage per hit. The user can shoot at max two arrows this way, and the arrows cannot be controlled once shot. The user can alternatively create one larger C rank arrow that will do 30 damage per hit and cost 20 chakra. This arrow however can be used in conjunction with paper tags, and can be controlled to contort and follow their opponent. The opponent must be seen for the following to take place. The user can only send one of these arrows at a time. After two turns after the arrow has been shot; if it has not hit the opponent, the arrow will return to sheets of paper.

Description: Demon fox is a small, completely black fox, with a small white patch on its forehead. The fox itself has two tails, which split at the tail bone, allowing its to move both tails individually. In terms of size, the Fox is no larger than a house cat. The Demon fox, being tied to the Rinnegan's Animal path, has several chakra rods imbedded into its body, and has the rinnegan in both eyes. In terms of abilities, on its own, the Demon fox has none. It is unable to utilize ninjutsu on its own, and has no access to Genjutsu or Taijutsu. However, the Demon foxes power doesnt come as a stand alone summon, however, it is instead strong in its ability to merge with a host. When merging with a host, the Demon fox is able to utilize a special ninjutsu normally only accessable to a select few, Sage arts. The Demon fox, once summoned, will merge with the user, in the same time frame as its summoning. Once merged, the Fox will link its chakra system up to the user, however, the Demon fox is unable to utilize normal chakra, instead only able to channel Senjutsu. This means that the fox is unable to use any ninjutsu unless the user is in Sage mode. Once merged, and the chakra systems linked, the Demon fox is capable of accessing Sage arts, by taking the users Senjutsu, and manipulating it through its own body, to create Sage arts. The Sage arts the fox can use can only be those tied to the specific Sage mode it has been summoned to, meaning the fox is unable to use Inorganic Reanimation if it is linked with a user in Toad Sage mode.

This ability allows the fox to manipulate the users Senjutsu, siphoning it off and utilizing it itself. The draw back to this, however, is that due to the fox not having the ability to channel senjutsu itself, or even normally house senjutsu on its own accord, the fox is limited. The fox can only use One technique per turn under S rank. The fox can use One S rank Sage art in a turn, however, afterwards the fox is unable to attack, needing a one turn cooldown. On top of this, the fox, due to not having its own chakra, requires more chakra to fuel techniques. This means, that when using a Sage art, it will cost an additional +10 chakra on top of the original chakra cost. The final drawback is, that during the timeframe in which the fox is performing Sage arts, the host that the fox is merged to is unable to boost their own techniques with senjutsu.

Description: Forsaken is one of the ultimate combinations of the Yamanaka combinations with Genjutsu, created by none other than Ghostmother. The user starts by infusing a massive amount of chakra into the mind of their opponent. This chakra will echo through the mind of the opponent and do three things that all happen simultaneously. Two of these traits are both locked into the skills of a Yamanaka clan member which is why this technique cannot be performed by a regular genjutsu user, no matter how good they are. Yamanaka's are known for their mind reading skills and although it is most effective when they have placed their hand on their targets head, this technique can give them a good understanding of what the victim is thinking and experiencing in their head. The secound Yamanaka trait of the technique is to affect the nervous system of the victim, shutting down all movement, including muscles. Vital organs take longer to fully shut down but essentially after two turns they will also be affected. After three turns, a victim will lose brain activity due to lack of oxygen as their lungs and heart will have completely failed. Other limbs are affected immediately, such as arms, legs and eyes. The third component is the genjutsu itself, which is a multi-layered genjutsu that will first put the victim in a room of their absolute biggest fears which causes them to panic. This is where the mind reading component of the technique become so lethal. The user can imagine exactly what the victims ideal solution is to escape the genjutsu and alter the secound layer of the illusion to match the exact release of the victims imaginary release from their genjutsu and paint the world just as they want it, most likely the user of the techniques defeat or other. While they do not know it, their body is slowly shutting down completely. This technique is Forbidden but the genjutsu and the Yamanaka techniques are independently of S-rank in strength and since its a double layered illusion, each layer is A-ranked. Even if the opponent escapes both layers of the genjutsu they still have to break free from the hold the Yamanaka has over their muscles. This technique takes a huge toll on the user and lasts up to three turns. During these three turns, the user of the technique may only use elemental/ninjutsu/taijutsu/kenjutsu techniques up to A-rank while they are completely compelled of using either a Yamanaka or Genjutsu while having the hold. After the technique, the Yamanaka is left drained of chakra and will not be able to use genjutsu or yamanaka techniques above B rank for two turns while gaining the ability to use A three turns after, S rank four and Forbidden five.

The blade itself has no physical form but can rather be deemed as a genjutsu or something that isn't really there. The only physical thing on the blade is its hilt which holds its core. Because the blade is consisting of Yin chakra it is spiritual in its core and can only be blocked by foreign Sage/Yin/Yang chakra. Its illusionary presence can also only be truly ”sensed or seen” by Yin or Yin/Yang users much like the ”Hands of Sloth” technique. Because the blade itself is basically an illusion it will always appear in the same standard form to everyone but in combat, it can take any form the user wants while bending reality to their will which is perceived by their opponents. This means that even if its not there, anyone who doesn't possess the capabilities of seeing through its illusion will perceive it as real. Getting hit by the sword results in mental/spiritual damage equivalent of forbidden ranked Yin techniques. This is in most cases fatal. The sword also have some other twists to it. Planting the word in the ground will activate its beacon mode. This can be done passively and doesn't take up a move slot. In this mode, the user will create a Yin source that stretches out all over the battlefield and entrances everyone, bar the user and their allies, in a genjutsu rift. By doing this, the user will get a passive benefit to their spiritual arsenal by increasing all their genjutsu or other spiritual techniques by plus one in range and plus one in rank while also using the Yin batter in the Sunfall’s hilt to infuse their genjutsu with Yin chakra which makes them much more powerful in the sense they can affect multiple targets(even if its not stated in the original genjutsu) as well as the Yin chakra state’s ability to make illusions so real to a target that it becomes impossible for them to differ the genjutsu from reality unless they have the strong ocular powers of EMS/Rinnegan/Yin/Yang.
The sword also incorporates the capability of passively granting a field of either spiritual nature or chakra absorbing to become stronger if the user possesses one. If the user possesses two, it can only be granted to one field anyway. The users chakra absorbing field becomes infused with Yin chakra which nullifies the a chakra absorbing elements weaknesses but also its strengths. Their techniques becomes stronger in the sense that they are infused with the parasitic hungry ghost technique as well. If the user has a spiritual field that gets enhanced, their techniques gains a rank extra as well as resistance to their techniques drop a rank.
If the user possesses both Sunfall and its sister-sword named Darkiscie as well as entering the Yin state, Sunfalls powers are enforced and can be infused by the users truth-seeking balls allowing it to infuse the collective damage of each orb into Sunfall and thus acquiring the same damage point as their truth-seeking balls in the sword instead to be used as a free-form weapon during their Yin-state. This of course requires the user to be a Yin and Kenjutsu specialist.

Wielding this blade surrounds and infuses the user of a pulsar system that enhances their Yin ratio into their elemental techniques and allows the user to have up to two ”black” elements of their liking, much like black wind and black lightning elements where their elemental weaknesses are removed. The user can chose to either have one black elements each based on one of the five basic elements or chose to have a black element that is based on an advanced element/Elemental Kekkei Genkai/Kekkei Tōta or CE. While the element is chosen all the techniques the user knows in their chosen black element will have its weaknesses stripped away as they are infused with Yin chakra constantly while also granted one special technique that they can use in conjunction with the sword. The Black Element is also granted a +20 in damage in clashes while This is classified as a weapon jutsu rather being a jutsu in the elemental pool of their black element(s). It can only be intercepted by Yin/Yang or Yin/Yang techniques.

This makes elements or techniques that has absorption properties to lose their natural elemental weaknesses.

Declined: So you want to infuse all your elements with Yin Chakra to remove their elemental weaknesses while giving them a +20 damage boost and this applies all techniques of an element and gives you the ability to access a "special" technique (whatever that means). You need to restrict the effects of this sword, if you want in boost an element in this way, first off it won't be for the entire duration of the match and needs to have a turn limit as well as a usage limit. As far as I'm concerned, Yin Techniques can make elements neutral, not only removing weaknesses. So if you want this ability it would have become neutral to all elements, thus also losing its strength. - Daemon

The user channels a large amount of their black element chakra into the blade and creates a gigantic burst that is emitted from the sword. This burst deals a massive amount of damage in an omni-directional blast that carves out the ground around the user down to 50 meters while also stretches out to the skies reaching 50 meters high. It can only be intercepted by Yin/Yang or Yin/Yang techniques.

Note: Can only be used once per battle.

Description: Dream Theatre is a passive technique that tunnels yin chakra into the users allies such as summons, clones and other allies. The amount of allies that are affected by the technique splits up its spiritual warding abilities and can thus only fend up high level of mind manipulative techniques and genjutsu if its used on one ally. The technique creates a medium inside the targeted ally and works in the same fashion as Kuninotokotachi but only for a specified target as well as not needing to enter Yin state to use. This technique lets the user create a mental ward for one target that can fend off up to S-ranked genjutsu and other mind altering techniques while twice per battle it can fend off Forbidden/MS/Yin levels of genjutsu at the cost of a move and extra chakra(-50 from the user). The ward constantly requires the user to channel chakra into the target(s) to keep active. During a turn where the user choses to ward off against MS/Forbidden techniques they cannot use techniques themselves of Yang nature or taijutsu. Once activated it lasts the entire battle as long as there is chakra to be used as fuel. If used on multiple targets the ward drops in rank so for two, it can only fend off against A-rank techniques while twice per battle being able to fend off against S-rank etc etc.

Declined: The chakra cost needs to be fixed appropriately. I get what you are going for in this technique, but once activated it can't last the entire battle or if it does, it would have to be deactivated once a genjutsu is warded. There has to be some kind of trade off, if it's active the entire battle then it should have a limited amount of genjutsu it can block. If it has a turn limit, then you don't need to limit the amount of genjutsu it can ward. - Daemon

Description: The user starts by throwing a single kunai marked with a FTG seal, above the enemy's head. They then teleport to it, throwing a minimum of 6 tags, also with the FTG seal, around the enemy. They then activate the Rasengan in one or both of their hands. While teleporting as fast as possible between every seal, it makes it seem as if there is more than one of the user. With all of the seals, the enemy is unable to escape, as the user can appear from any direction. The end will result in the enmy getting pummeled by the Rasengan, more than once if the user decides.
