Description: A technique which relies on previously sustained jutsus, Art X makes use of jutsus which are on the verge of running out of turns, or can be used prematurely in order to catch an opponent off guard. It works by channeling chakra into a jutsu which is being sustained (armour of Wind for example), and causing that chakra to become volatile and uncontrolled, resulting in an explosion of Wind in a certain direction, or omni-directional (depending on the users choice). The addition of chakra and lack of shape manipulation would result in an explosion of Wind in a similar fashion to when Naruto was attempting to master the rasengan, where a lack of control and too much chakra saw the chakra collapse and explode on his palm on a much smaller scale continuous times. ~ Can only be taught by Erzo. This jutsu can be used four times. Counts as a move to activate, and would remain activated until made use of by the user, at which point a reference must be made but does not have to be re-posted again. It can only be used once per activation, so once activated and made use of, the user must post it again in order to re-activate. The damage done depends on the jutsu which it is used on, dealing the damage of that jutsu's rank whilst extending out to mid-range.

Description: A technique made to match the extremely quick paced attack of the Yellow Flash of Konoha, Cruel Structures was created by an Iwarian proficient in the Wind element. The technique to be used effectively would however require precision sensing abilities, but can however also work well without such a thing. The technique would start with the release of chakra in order to create a 7 meter tall, 5 meters wide octopus made purely of Wind with tentacles and all, each one being able to extend a further 5 meters at will reaching into mid range as a way to hold thing, or trap targets (has no damage if just held, but has the ability to squeeze the right areas hard enough to be able to strangle and suffocate). The jutsus main ability, and that referred to in the first sentence comes from it's ability to disappear and re-form anywhere at an extremely quick speed, allowing it to protect the user from an assortment of things with ease. This ability is restricted to not being able to form within 5 meters of the opponent however, giving a quick enough opponent adequate time to defend from the octopus' hold. Due to its mainly defensive purpose, this jutsu must be destroyed with the right technique (according to strengths and weaknesses) as opposed to gradually weakened until its inevitable demise. ~ Can only be taught by Erzo. This jutsu can only be used twice per battle and/or event, with a 2 turn wait after each usage. In the same turn, the user cannot use another Wind technique higher than S-ranks.

(Ansatsu Senjutsu Tokushu Butai Shinobi no jutsu) - Special Assassination and Tactical Squad Ninja Technique

Description: Starting by making the index and middle finger are extended, the other fingers are curled into the palm. Known as Seal of Confrontation, this technique is initiated as they simply look unto their victim(s) as they'll begin to release their chakra continuously surging from their body in minuscule amounts, an assassination art, this S-class Anbu Technique is initiated. Users upon experiencing great loss of those important in their life, as an repeated series throughout their life, leads them to devolve a talent in the art of assassination, which is profoundly great that its garnered respect from even those who aren't their peers. Being the few 1% whom don't lose their sanity due to the great repeated loss, they develop into a special assassination ninja with a natural born technique, where the user, through manipulation of their intent's energy flow, naturally silencing their presence by slowing their heart rate and breathing, reining the blood-lust back under control, which is indicated in their eyes appearing are illustrated as dull, faded out of life. Farther mimicking their opponent's movements entirely, provoking a deep mental-play on where's their sub-consciousness perceives whether flight or fight, it becomes null to the rhythm.

They then going on to continue this enhanced flow for long brief periods of time. In general, anxiety influences cognitive performance in a curvilinear manner (an inverted U-curve). This phenomenon is known as the Yerkes– Dodson law. That is, when levels of arousal are too low (boredom), and when levels of arousal are too high (anxiety or fear), performance is likely to suffer. Under situations of low arousal, the mind is unfocused. In contrast, under situations of high stimulation, the focus of attention is too narrow, and important information may be lost. So by stressing their hidden intent leads to possible memory deficit, such as the common experience as one mentally would blank during a high-pressure examination or interview.

Users who've developed the technique are able to read people's expressions and physical intentions with ease as a result of their past experience with their Psychogenic tremor. There are occasions when they'll detect if a person is lying or not being entirely truthful (e.g. when one is plotting with a scheme). After being placed on the receiving-end of the God (close to death), this technique evolves into a sort of advanced ability that allows User's to analyze a person's state of mind simply by looking at them. This is illustrated and/or described "intent feeling/sympathy" as "wavelengths of consciousness" due to minuscule clues only noticed by these master spies displayed on people as they represent their breathing, line of sight, facial expression, body language and a few more others.

This technique allows Users to find a person's "gap in consciousness" or, in other words, openings where they let their guard down as well as their "peak in consciousness", which is the state of mind when which a person is highly susceptible to outside stimuli such as the Clap Stunt, which the user will make effective use of in different ways, from stunning enemies before attacking them to simple, almost trivial things such as being able to remove a size label from clothing without the person wearing it noticing. The effect can be powerful enough when if a difference in two ranks or more exists, when such incredible users of this ability are present and leave they won't even be remembered. While if the user is hiding they can make themselves unnoticed and/or ignored by their surroundings and entities and be un-regarded as a threats or danger. Proving to be far superior to simple invisibility, the user's then are able to freely act without being noticed, while still able to interact with their surroundings, leaving a minuscule to total absence of noise during their movements.

Notice: Users will need to present this at the start of the battle, and/ or upon their biography. May only be activated for as long as they are concentrating. Inversely, the user may need to concentrate to be noticed. Though the user's presence is ignored, they are by no means undetectable by threats. User will be noticeable by interacting with others, or presently seen, but not if undercover or hidden.

Note: If a difference in ranks is smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel hidden persistence from a location, if they can't see them.

Description: Forage Ninjutsu (Shiryō Ninpo - 飼料忍術), simply put, is a style of non-elemental ninjutsu that utilizes the hay and straw. Created by farmers, the style uses chakra to harness the properties of hay and straw to enhance earth release or simply maim their opponents with shreds of dry stalk needles, each use is uniquely versatile. While this ninjutsu is a branch within types of jutsu as, (Ninpou: Gekka Bijin) - Ninja Arts: Beauty Under the Moonlight jutsu, where the user manipulates countless flower petals to surround, confuse and blind their opponent. [ ]

This non-elemental ninjutsu in nature, is considered a specialized form of basic ninjutsu. The ninja uses chakra-infused Straw/hay to summon many more conjunctions of straw/hay forms. They can control and reshape even parts of their body with straw/hay at will, making such forms as weapons for attack, straw/hay airplanes for quick transport, or simply covering their enemy in bales of hay/straw, restricting and asphyxiating them. Forage can even enhance earth release for its known straw is used to bind clay and concrete. A mixture of clay and straw, known as cob, can be used as a building material for earth release jutsu giving the jutsu more resistance against their stronger counter-parts. The underneath plastered straw/hay, within the earth release jutsu provide some thermal mass, compressible and ductile structural strength, and acceptable fire resistance as well as thermal resistance (insulation). This while also allows seismic resistance, a more advanced art of use would be drawing nutrients from plant-based attacks. This enables Forage Ninjutsu to turn dry stalks of plant-based releases into sources for more Forage techniques.

Like other types of non-elemental ninjutsu; smoke, paper, and Ink. Forage exhibits a weakness against lightning/ fire based elements. Due to interactions against dry substances its intense blazing temperature leaves Forage jutsu encountering with it will most likely make it burn upon contact or when faced with flames it will sink through the flames turning into ash after passing. Forage is strong against earth based elements for after clashing with Forage, its more as refurbishment than damaging, because it drains the nutrients of the elements, making earth crumble to soil and wood to lose it’s nutrients. Forage Ninjutsu isn’t directly strong against Wood and Earth, but its prominently potent against them when the user summons wheat forms to emerge from wood or earth release encounters.

Description: Upon meeting another shinobi during an ANBU-trial mission, Illumi Uchiha accidentally in syncing with his opponent's (Raiton: Nori sono Kumo)-Lightning Release: Law of the Cloud jutsu, with his (Katon: Gurēto-en kuraudo no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Great Flame Cloud Technique jutsu. They invented this heaven's law at the right ratio mixture of both and advanced forms that to even this day, requires a another Shinobi to utilize it. However, using his sharingan, he was able to learn his opponent's jutsu and thus forever being able to recreate that very same accidental jutsu as on his own.

When the both the large stream of flames from one's mouth race toward the sky and the forming flat disc of pure lightning spins into creation the flames in circle the forming current growing within intensive heat soon the sky brightens as the heavens illuminate the terrain in bursting brilliance. Scotching heat above provoke rain clouds while the intensive voltage vaporizes the moisture in the air around the terrain like steam in a process that repeatedly happens over and over (Suiton based jutsu drop one rank). Whomever is within the areas skies will go through a hellish experience, with sky's creations of shining stars around them, as within the intensive heats above and tiny Raiton needle shoot phasing into their bodies. Which would be very much able to slash their skin into bits and micro-explosions within the sky quickly give them a painless death.

Like it's lightning release parent jutsu, the user upon summoning six dragons from the heavens, their extremely high temperature would solidify the flames to a point they appear as like molten liquids, which would inhabit the ability to conducting lightning through the air up to a 5 meter radius rapidly due to their mixed nature. The Lightning that branches outwards, through their course of path, will rise up as lightning streams that look as like flames (each Dragon is equal to about a C-rank jutsu). Without the user's control, for whenever the user would form or release an offensive jutsu at a target the dragons would automatically launch themselves singularly one at a time (while others keep swimming within the air) at their user's target, exploding and electrifying them.

Note: This jutsu can only be harnessed/used once, with either another shinobi who has attained one of the needed related-parent jutsu, or by the user attaining their shadow clone jutsu. When harnessed, the victims within the skies can only avoid with time/space techniques or otherwise absolute defenses. The process of the intensive skies will stay only active momentary after one turn its creation, ending soon after when the six dragons appear from the skies.

Note: While it can only be used by Fire or Lightning Specialist shinobi. To utilize this jutsu; User needs to post both (Raiton: Nori sono Kumo)-Lightning Release: Law of the Cloud jutsu, & (Katon: Gurēto-en kuraudo no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Great Flame Cloud Technique jutsu, both which must be active in the same turn and in the turn before this jutsu is used. Therefore by that understanding, it means that turn (Raiton-Katon: Gurēto ten no hōsoku) - Lightning-Fire Release: Law of the Great Heavens is used, the user will have spent 1 move slot.

Note: After this jutsu, the user cannot use S-rank or above Lightning or Katon techniques the next following two consecutive turns due to the stress of chakra control on created by this jutsu. The released molten inflaming dragons stay active as long as the user wills them to be.

Description: This is one of Sasori’s most useful puppets that he is able to use in battle which comes in handy. It is very convenient for one to use this puppet to give one of their puppets an enhanced form. Basically, Gluttony is a puppet that involves enhancing and strengthening the defensive properties of puppets that happen to need it while in combat, and due to the ability Gluttony possesses it allows for the user’s puppet to be used harder to destroy. Gluttony has an abundance of metallic parts which makes it possbie. Sasori got the idea to name this creation Gluttony because of how the name resembles “devouring.” On to how the puppet works, once a puppet is in need of strengthening the user is capable of having this puppet extend its arms up to mid range or opening its mouth to unleash a suction wave up to mid range to drag the puppet inside. When the puppet is dragged inside or sucked in it will cause for the puppet to activate its enhancing mode when the puppet gets inside. When Gluttony activates its arms or suction to get a puppet inside it acts as one move which will serve as the one to reform the puppet. Once the puppet in need of enhancement has come closer to the Gluttony, Gluttony’s stomach will open up revealing a place for the puppet to reside in. As the puppet enters Gluttony’s stomach from the outside crunching noises can be heard. Inside the puppet is being crushed, and enhanced to a state greater than its previous form. Gluttony serves as a way to greatly enhance a puppet’s body by reinforcing it with strong metallic plates giving it the ability to survive up to A-rank attacks but only B-rank lightning. Each puppet enhanced has also been treated with oil refined wood further strengthening its structure. After the puppet has been put back together the user is capable of propelling the puppet from Short-Long range with the springs located inside. The suction wave inside of the puppet is useful for getting puppets who need enhancements inside , and the suction wave can even be used in reverse to unleash a small scale mid range, compressed wind blast from the puppets mouth or even draw objects closer towards the user. Due to how the puppet is made for repairing other puppets Sasori made sure to have Gluttony reinforced with sturdy materials making it rather hard to destroy.

Declined - you can make it so you summon this gluttony puppet around an existing puppet for defense but the rest is not really puppet like the way you've done it. You could have had it so chakra strings pull a puppet in for the defense.

Each puppet enhanced has also been treated with oil refined wood found inside Gluttony strengthening its structure. After the puppet has been put inside the user is capable of propelling the puppet from Short-Mid range with the springs located inside. If the puppet is out the user can use prexisilting chakra threads or create them to drag a puppet inside. The suction wave inside of the puppet is useful for getting puppets who need enhancements inside , and the suction wave can even be used in reverse to unleash a small scale mid range, compressed wind blast from the puppets mouth or even draw objects closer towards the user. Due to how the puppet is made for enhancing other puppets Sasori made sure to have Gluttony reinforced with sturdy materials making it rather hard to destroy. The user of this puppet can also enter battle with the puppet attached so it doesn't cost a move

Description: This puppet is focused on attaching itself to the user's body and increasing their prowess. More importantly the user will attach it to a human puppet. The Eyes of Medusa are actually an attached group of four different snake like entities. At the end of each snake were there should be a mouth is actually a wooden puppet eye. Sasori manipulates this puppet similar to how he is able to control different parts of his body that are actually not even limbs. For example he can control a Cable Cord because it is attached to his body and in a sense his chakra system is connected to it. Also, Sasori does not possess any nerves that would allow him to see, but instead it is inferred that since he has chakra flowing through his body it enables him the ability to see through a pair of wooden eyes. When the user Summons this puppet they will attach it by clamping it to their body usually around the neck area or head. Due to the snakes being connected to the user's body it means that they're chakra is connected to it which means they can control it as a part of their body. Kinda like how Sasori can control add ons such as his cable cord he has full reign over the snake’s movements. However the snakes do not possess any offensive qualities and is not useful when placed upon ordinary puppets. The real function of the eyes is to increase the user’s awareness of nearby surroundings by using the eyes from the snakes as a sort of medium to see. This in no way increases the user's tracking prowess, and is entirely used to see from different angles that the user themselves cannot see. For example, the user can position the eyes so that one is facing behind them or one above them making it harder to land a surprise attack upon them.

Description: An exoskeleton is generally considered an outer shell that serves the purpose of defending against outside factors. Most humans in fact have what is considered a endoskeleton that helps protects their body from internal elements. One can mainly consider an exoskeleton as another layer on the outside of their body which is commonly known as a shell. In the world there are even animals such as turtles that have an outer casing which supports their body frame. This puppet that Sasori will normally call his Exoskeleton is a hollow and white colored puppet. The puppet itself is rather suited for applying itself to the user’s limbs giving them a sort of extra layer. The exoskeleton itself does not take up much space like an actual armor, but instead serves as a sort of clip On to their limbs . Due to its frame it could possibly still allow the user to enter different armors without having to worry about space. From the outside it does not even prevent the enemy from seeing their actual body , but can see that their is something in fact Surrounding their body. Sasori created this puppet mainly to strengthen his endurance with it's hard and dense like shell. Like most exoskeletons this one is quite rigid and tough which just means it's not flexible, but it will still allow the user the ability to move their body parts. By applying this armor to their body the user will gain abilities that include: strengthening their body and protection from outside forces. Since Sasori formed the puppet casing out of tough metals and other hard structures it enhanced the user prowess greatly. Let it be noted that it is possible for the user to attach this puppet to one of their puppets that are already out, but will need to summon this creation first, and costs a move to attach. On to the abilities of this puppet which would be to strengthen the user's attacks as well as body frame. What is meant by this is that since the puppet is layered over every limb of the user it will effectively increase the strength of all of their taijutsu by plus +10, this also works vice versa which just means that ordinary taijutsu from the enemy will deal minus -10 damage to their frame. Also, considering that the frame of the puppet acts as one and is connected with their chakra it gives them in a sense enhanced strength. This enhanced frame and strength gives the user ability to move their body even when placed under a great amount of strain or pressure and, can prevent the user from being crushed from objects. That ability is however only able to protect the user from up to A-rank forces or pressures. Overall, the armor can be used to protect the user from one S-rank attack which would lead to its demise. Also, due to the way the puppet works it is not much help without a host attached.

Declined - sasori already has his like hiruko body puppet for defense, the only think you've done with this is give yourself a boost that doesn't make much sense when you think about it, it's just another layer of puppetness, why would you gain a boost?

Tekunikku Khonsu-Summoning technique Khonsu)

Description: Once deemed the protector of the monkey kingdom, Khonsu a highly respected and looked up to monkey due to his many services to the current monkey King. his physical strength and power unrivalled by most and only the highest in the hierarchy can match him; learning to befriend Ermac over time and being a good friend and advisor to him and all who require his help allowing him to be summoned by Ermac when needed and to his who he deems worthy.

Khonsu was once the protector of King Enma himself in his glory days due to his special ability of being able to transform into an adamantine shield; only reaching mid age of his life he hasn't lost any of his physical attributes or power; having brown fur and long spikey golden hair. Easily towering a average man and most big monkeys themselves he stands at 10ft and being blessed with large muscles and size being one if not the biggest monkey, this heavily restricted how quick Khonsu could move though so he trained from a young age to become a defender for the monkey kingdom enduring gruelling and painful endurance training while increasing his body strength.

Due to serving many years under Enma himself he became smarter and learned a lot of his wisdom off Enma, though he was still docile withing his nature while being serious and prideful most of the time to familiar beings and monkeys he is caring and soft speaking. boasting an immeasurable strength and being able to take a lot more damage then the average monkey Khonsu was and still is prized by the monkey kingdom and the fellows who inhabit it. Because being so big and having large hands Khonsu weapons was his fists seeing as many of his punch's could level small structures like small houses, bridges etc. if he was to hit a human he easily break most the bones in their body though being so much slower then the other monkeys. Khonsu learned how to turn his big size and weight into an advantage being able to slam his large fists into the ground and sending a powerful shock wave out of wind sending everything in that direction flying back, this is a B rank move and counts to one of the users moves.

Like many of the influential monkeys within the monkey kingdom Khonsu also has the ability to transform. The Adamantine Shield, A powerful shield that befitting of Khonsu protector status. Transforming into this weapon is a passive maneuverer.

Khonsu do to his big size learned he had an earth affinity and he is able to perform all earth techniques up to and including S rank which the user himself knows with one hand-seal.

Description: This technique has to been done with a monkey summon on the field, the monkey summon slams both their hands on the ground and a large barrel forms around the user protecting him from most attacks and is able to take one S rank without dispersing. this switch's the user behind his summon, similar to the way summons can reverse summon the user to them. This gives the deception the user is still in the barrel when the barrel is actually loaded with hundreds and hundreds of small monkeys no bigger then 1-2 foot. Each of these monkeys are tagged with an explosive tag. either the user or the monkey summon can form an handseals that will cause the barrel to compress and the monkey to burst out spreading all over the battle field when the user or monkey summon wants. they can cause specific little monkeys explosive tags to explode causing a large chain reaction on where they are heavily located. The user can control the little monkeys when they are dispersed but only just directing them to the targets they want. "the little monkey bombs" can latch onto structures and people alike and the more that pile up obviously the larger the explosion.

Description: Once deemed the protector of the monkey kingdom, Khonsu a highly respected and looked up to monkey due to his many services to the current monkey King. his physical strength and power unrivalled by most and only the highest in the hierarchy can match him; learning to befriend Ermac over time and being a good friend and advisor to him and all who require his help allowing him to be summoned by Ermac when needed and to his who he deems worthy.

Khonsu was once the protector of King Enma himself in his glory days due to his special ability of being able to transform into an adamantine shield; only reaching mid age of his life he hasn't lost any of his physical attributes or power; having brown fur and long spikey golden hair. Easily towering a average man and most big monkeys themselves he stands at 10ft and being blessed with large muscles and size being one if not the biggest monkey, this heavily restricted how quick Khonsu could move though so he trained from a young age to become a defender for the monkey kingdom enduring gruelling and painful endurance training while increasing his body strength.

Due to serving many years under Enma himself he became smarter and learned a lot of his wisdom off Enma, though he was still docile withing his nature while being serious and prideful most of the time to familiar beings and monkeys he is caring and soft speaking. boasting an immeasurable strength and being able to take a lot more damage then the average monkey Khonsu was and still is prized by the monkey kingdom and the fellows who inhabit it. Because being so big and having large hands Khonsu weapons was his fists seeing as many of his punch's could level small structures like small houses, bridges etc. if he was to hit a human he easily break most the bones in their body though being so much slower then the other monkeys. Khonsu learned how to turn his big size and weight into an advantage being able to slam his large fists into the ground and sending a powerful shock wave out of wind sending everything in that direction flying back, this is a B rank move and counts to one of the users moves.

Like many of the influential monkeys within the monkey kingdom Khonsu also has the ability to transform. The Adamantine Shield, A powerful shield that befitting of Khonsu protector status. Transforming into this weapon is a passive maneuverer.

Khonsu do to his big size learned he had an earth affinity and he is able to perform all earth techniques up to and including S rank which the user himself knows with one hand-seal.

Description: This technique is derived from the steaming murder scorch technique but evolved with more destructive abilities and much more powerful. The user will first start off by channeling scorch chakra all throughout their body and throat causing the layer of their skin to form a light red hue. This is to protect the user from the full brunt of the scorch technique. Doing this, the user will do three handseals creating a huge scorch sun on the battle field that is much more compressed then a regular scorch sun while being the same size as a boulder. The heat from the mini sun is so intense that it evaporates all the moisture within short range (Unless pre measures were taking). This will not only render water techniques useless but scorch the skin causing sun burn to the skin and the throat of the opponent causing them difficulty breathing . This will need for the opponent to become hydrated (Via water jutsu, drinking, jumping into a water source). This isnt the full meaning of this jutsu. The user is able to control the large scorch sun with simple hand gestures causing the scorch sun to strike the enemy causing major blunt damage. Upon contact the scorch sun will evaporate the water in the opponents body while causing 3rd degree burns to the opponent body causing agonizing pain. The scorch sun is so powerful that if it comes in contact with a lake, it would completely evaporate it in a matter of seconds. Due to the sun being so intense the scorch chakra layered around the user wont fully protect him causing 1st degree burns to his whole body while taking a large strain on the body.

Description: This technique is one of the three seal techniques, this being the first. This technique, though the name does not require fuuin to access/use. The user will do 2 handseals while slamming their hands on the ground. By doing this a huge kanji symbol surrounds the user roughly 5 meters in all directions . At the very same time another huge kanji symbol appears under the opponent (can be anywhere else if the user wishes) Ranging only 3 meters in all directions around the opponent. By fueling scorch chakra into the kanji beneath the user, the kanji beneath the opponent will begin to glow bright red , causing a large snake made from scorch to submerge from the kanji beneath ranging 10 meters long while rushing towardss the opponent. The heat from the scorch snake is said to be created from hell being hot as hell. If the snake swallows the opponent, the water in their body will be scorched and evaporated causing them to become mummified. The unique thing about this technique is that, as long as the user stays within his kanji, the scorch snake will multiply if it is struck. This will of course split the rank of the techniques but still be 10 meters long. The user fully controls the snake and their movements.

Description: This technique is one of the three seal techniques, this being the second. This technique, though the name does not require fuuin to access/use. The user will start by doing three handseals, causing a large kanji to form beneath the users location in five meters in all directions . Once done the user will slam their hands on the ground within the kanji, summoning what seemed to be a large creature that has features of a human from the ground anywhere within short range of the user , called a titan. The titan is as long as a complete susanoo with legs (Not perfect. The ones used to fight against the kages) The titan body gives off flares of scorch, making it seemed as if he was caught on fire, but its really the titan body being majorly infused with chakra causing it to leak out uncontrollably . The titan has veins all across its whole body with scorch streaming through them thus the bright red glow its veins gives off . This titan is incredibly strong with all of its physical attacks being S rank in strength being able to crush earth of S rank and below with its bare hands while being as fast as the summoner. The special thing about this technique is that the titan body upon physical contact have the effects of the scorch sun technique , making it that physical blows by this titan scorches the water inside the opponent , evaporating it the moment contact is felt. This will cause the opponent to be dehydrated restricting them to two moves a turn for 4 turns, and if the titan lands two blows it will mummify them, completely evaporating all the water in their body. This technique is very risky for two reasons. One, the titan can not be controlled and is in a berserk state. Making the user even a target if he is within short
range of it, not knowing friend from foe. Two, the user must constantly fuel chakra into the summon via the kanji beneath . This drains up alot of chakra and physically exhaust the user.

Description: Similar in concept to the cannon technique: Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast, the user is able to release a Lightning wolf from their body within short range or it can be created up to Mid range with two hand seals. The wolf is 6ft tall on all fours and twice the size if it stands on it's back legs. The wolf shares a mind link with the user for communicating. Due to the solid body of the wolf it is able to act like a normal beast to attack. It can bite, scratch and claw the enemies. It has the ability to release a Lightning bolt from it's mouth once per turn and the ability to channel a surge of Lightning through a medium up to Mid range similar to Nagashi. Besides those two special offensive abilities of the beast, it also has the ability to disperse into sparks of Lightning to evade attacks, travel or hide once every two turns. It can disperse its body to avoid attacks that are not larger than its entire body. It could also disperse and flow into a conductable material to travel with the speed of a shot arrow from a compound bow. Unfortunately to keep the sentinent being active on the field, the user is sap of 10 chakra per turn to maintain it.

Notes:
Can only be used twice per match and lasts 3 turns.
Each ability counts as an A rank move.
The wolf is capable of using all Lightning base technique the user knows.

Description: Using the basic summoning concept to bring forth an animal from a contract, parts of an animal or to reverse summon people within an animal, the user is capable of 'summoning' an ability of their summonings for themselves instead of bringing forth the creature for him/her to perform the ability. The user is capable of attaining an ability of a summon (must be an actual approved animal for a csc or a cannon animal from a contract). The ability can be harden skin from a earth snake, oil spitting ability from a toad, etc almost anything as long as the ninja body can maintain and perform it. This would count as summoning the animal from the contract and so if the animal could have only been summon once, the user cannot summon the animal afterwards. This ability will reside within the user for as long as the summon could have been maintain on the field. There have been many cannon proof of signers being capable of using their contract animals in ways of not only summoning them to the field. Such examples of this is the fact that toad signers can reverse summon people within the stomach of a toad. A cannon example of using the abilities of the animal without summoning them is Kidomaru and how he is capable of using spider webs for his own personal use. To perform this the user will simple perform a normal summoning procedure but instead of smearing blood on the ground or summoning tattoos, the user will simply clap their hands together and focus on the ability they're conjuring.

Notes:

-Upon using this jutsu the user must post the summon to show what ability they're obtaining.

Description: Using the concept of "( Ototon: Midasu no koe ) Sound Release: The voice of Midas" in terms of a hindering sound wave that targets an opponent's muscle, the user of this technique will channel his sound chakra into a sort of noise or sound or simply create their own (whistle, speech, clapping of the hands etc). The sound from this technique once heard by any and every opponent will suddenly feel a vibration coursing through their body, the muscles to be exact. This part of the technique is harmless and purely cosmetic. This technique will take effect when an opponent(s) attempts to use taijutsu (unranked taijutsu including freeform etc included). Their muscles will instantly cease up (not internal organs, simply the ones such as biceps, triceps etc. Any muscles required for the taijutsu action to be perform) preventing them from performing. By this occuring, the said limb(s) will be frozen in place for a turn. This technique doesn't do damage or harm to the opponent and doesn't work on the user's allies/partners in case of a group battle.

Can only be used twice per fight with a 1 turn cool down period

Description: The user will perform three quick handseals, and then slam their hands on the ground. They will then force water into the ground and into the roots of 1-5 trees on the battle field. The trees will soak up the water and become flexable. This is where the Wind manipulation will come into play. The user will then perform strong wind gusts in which freely control the bendable trees. The user can push and direct the trees in any direction they please, crashing them and whipping them all around as the roots keep the trees locked into the ground. The trees can be used to easily defend and attack all in one swift motion. The user can also ignite the leaves of the trees with fire at any moment.

The user has the ability control the 8 dragons and direct them towards their target/s. The user can make the 8 dragons combine into 1 bigger dragon.

Description: The user will conduct their katon chakra from their body into the ground underneath them either through a weapon, by slamming their hands or stomping their foot on the ground. the user will make 8 lines of flames around them each line is 1 meter long and between each 2 adjacent lines 45 degrees angle and out of each line a flame dragon will emerge but they'll stay attached to the ground around the user. The user has the ability control the 8 dragons' movement, density and temperature that they won't harm the user himself. A special ability of this jutsu is the combination of all the 8 dragons into the ninth dragon which will be much bigger than any of them. All the dragons are created on short range of the user and all of them reach up to mid range except the ninth dragon able to reach up to long range. For this jutsu to stay activated, a medium between the user and the ground should stay at the dragons' origin point, be it the user's own body or a weapon and if it's a weapon it will be engulfed in flames and will not be usable in battle as long as it is acting as the medium and if it is the user himself they will get minor damage from the heat (minor dehydration only, no burn damage).
note: each dragon is C-Ranked and the big dragon is A-Ranked

Description:
Replicated projectile is a technique only usable with a giant fan of some sort or a Gunbai in hand. Once a target is within range, one would swing the fan/Gunbai directly at the target whilst pouring wind chakra directly from the weapon to get it around said target. The weapon is used as a medium, though also used as a distraction. In the same motion of the weapon being swung a direct replica of the weapon would be created near the target, almost touching them as it comes into existence. The replica would hit them in a moment's notice, having the exact same moment of the swung weapon though it not only holds blunt damage it would also hold a certain degree of slicing potential if used correctly. The weapon is able to be created on any side of the opponent, or the user can create multiple replicas which would of course hold lesser power depending on how many replicas created.

Note: Usable 3 times
Note: Can only make either 1, 2 or 4 replicas with the power split evenly amongst them.

Description:
Comfort zone is a basic wind release technique used with a giant fan or a Gunbai. With a simple gesture of the weapon, the user would release wind chakra within range to activate the technique's affects. Razor sharp winds would come into existence in an instant, having a suction affect towards the weapon used. Not only would the wind cut up everything within range in every direction, but it would pull things towards the weapon, letting the user easily strike them with the weapon without the stress of them evading since the winds would be too strong to escape in such a range. The wind slices would be similar to that of the wind blade technique, but split into hundreds of blades so not as concentrated on a single area.

Description: This technique is an advanced manipulation of the lightning element which is considered the most devastating lightning technique as regards to the residual damage it does. The user begins by sending lightning into the clouds ; this could be via any other lightning technique that involves shape manipulation into spears, balls, bolts etc and that is B rank and above. With this, the user needs to wait "1 full" turn for it to mature and ready to be released. Having completed the one turn clause, the user weaves a single handseal and sends down the accumulated lightning via his chakra from the clouds in form of shooting stars that sum up to a 1000 dealing massive damage to the opponent as well as destroying the terrain by breaking the earth/ground creating craters.
Note : Due to the scale which the technique occupies, it can only be safely done mid-long range of the user without him (user) suffering damage from his creation.

Description: This is a rather simple yet dangerous water technique to be created. It involves advanced water manipulation copulated with skill. Having mastered the water release, the user can go about creating new techniques from his ideas of which would stand on his basic knowledge of the element (cannon). The user would weave a set of four hand seals after which he would release his water Chakra to an area (a circle) beneath the targeted opponent. This circle can only span to a diameter of 5m (roughly short range) of the target. The accumulated water would lay dormant in the formation for two turns. It would not just lay dormant, the water would have heated up reaching a boiling point of 100°c . With a lone handseal after the speculated two turns, with his chakra the user would release the dormant yet heated water to rise up in the designed location (circle) releasing a 100°c vapour and hot water that burns the enemy to death with no chance at survival. The heated water rises up to 5m into the air breaking the ground covering it initially (burning the opponent as it emerges) as it roughly creates a cylinder-like form in a split second before falling back to the ground yet burning the opponent again.

Suiton: Ekusoshisuto no Tatchi - Water Style: Touch of the Exorcist

Description: The user will focus his suiton chakra into the surrounding while infusing his chakra into water molecules present in the air. The water molecules are not aggressive nor harmful to human life but their purpose is to reverse every alternative forms of water back to normal water. Examples of alternative forms of water are mist, sticky water, crystalline water etc. Every water jutsu used are not stopped, nor reduced in potency, however if they are in an alternative form, the molecules attach themselves to the water and denature(revert its nature) back to actual water though the water jutsu would still keep its shape. If the alternative form serves as an extra boost for normal water, the boost is removed since the alternative form is no more.

Description: The user swipes blood upon the Pitohui summoning tattoo or uses the traditional summoning rites to summon Atukpa.
Atukpa is a moderately sized hooded pitohui with a size only 4x of that of his summoner. Apparently he can communicate with his summoner and other Pitohui's telepatically and only able to convey(carry) his summoner and non other. Atukpa is quite arrogant, though this is due to him being strong and special in his own way and he always see himself as the strongest. Atukpa is ferocious when he attacks physically using his claws and beak. Even the hooded tendril on his head which he can extend up to short range, packs a punch. His body is entirely black with hazy smoke always oozing out of his body. The smoke covers short range around him, apparently making everyone around him unable to see due to this smoke. This would also affect doujutsu users except byakugan since the smoke is as a result of his latent affinity for fire which makes his body constantly heating up to release chakra inculcated smoke. Atukpa however, is able to see and sense heat through the smoke easily. Like any other Pitohui, Atukpa is also cursed with potent amount of neuro-toxins which through the smoke exhuming from him, mild dosage is administered to those in the smoke(except the user) causing their body to be extremely itchy, distracting them from focusing on chakra thus they are unable to mold S-rank and above chakra, and unable to use or sustain complex chakra control techniques like space time techniques and genjutsu.

Smoke from summons wont blind doujutsu at all, they see chakra, the smoke doesn't contain chakra
Abilities
Atukpa is a fire specialist, able to user any fire technique the user knows. However due to the smoke always surrounding him, his fire techniques appears black in color except if the fire technique he uses is not originating from him. Due to his latent fire speciality and due his body all tempered and constantly exhuming strong heat signatures, Atukpa is not affected by fire techniques. His fire speciality allows him to be able to turn himself completely to fire(black in color) or ash rendering himself intangible to solid attacks but vulnerable to water techniques. In this form however, he won't be able to convey the user as the user would be affected by his nature. This ability is S-rank and can only be used once.
Once per battle, Atukpa can release a very large amount of ash(A-rank) that covers mid-range in a second. He can either release this omni-directionally or in a direction up to mid-range. This ash however does not cause immediate damage to anyone surrounded by it like the "Ash Pile Burning" Tech but what this does is it ignites any matter that are prone to flame except flesh. The ash serves as a conductor, igniting them and the flames are able to cause severe burns.
Atukpa's final ability is his ability to release hundreds of miniature black pitohuis made of fire(black) or hot ash. All of the miniature pitohuis amounting to S-rank in power.

Description: The user places a sealing script on an object he wishes. This could be any object the user has that is not a technique or a technique which is not offensive in nature.
The object is immediately marked with the user's chakra and a kanji for "end" would appear on it. The sealing script immediately activates when raw chakra is touching it then a barrier quickly forms around the object and siphons the chakra into it. Raw chakra in this sense only applies to chakra that has not undergone nature manipulation to become an elemental chakra like pure, nature and bijuu chakra. This means that the seal would not activate at the presence of elemental chakra.
Once the seal has siphoned the chakra, the object acting as a medium would become unstable and the user must quickly dispose it. The object medium would explode outwards upto short range proximity, an explosion which is a product of instability of the stored chakra within the object. This means the explosion is a chakra explosion of the type of absorbed raw chakra. The explosion takes a few seconds after the time the medium object has completely absorbed the said chakra.

Alternatively, the sealing script can be pre-prepared on the object, mentioned in bio or at the start of the battle. This mean the user needs to choose a particular object and he still needs to let go of the object else, he is prone to the explosion that comes after.

Fuinjutsu: Asenshon no Puraido - Sealing Art: Pride of Ascension

Description: The user has a sealing mark on the sole of their shoes or he may have it on a paper tag and place it on his shoes. The seal which has a kanji for "ascend" would activate only whenever the user is running at immense speed. Due to fast ninja being limited when there are factors on the terrain that could inhibit their running movement, like a swamp or viscous or sticky floor, this technique is developed so that these factors are addressed. The seal passively activates, while leeching the user's chakra whenever there are such factors on the environment while the user is running fast. Immediately the user starts running at fast speed, the seal immediately coats the foot with a non viscous barrier which would not react with any viscous surface allowing for smooth travel of the user. The barrier is light and alternatively acts like a feather on top of water thus making the user's feet, light on any surface able to sink him, though it does not further increase speed in any manner.
The barrier is similar to water lily on the surface of water which floats and acts as a medium to sustain the weight of toads.
NOTE: The seal is passively on the user but leeches chakra every time it activates
NOTE: Only works on surfaces that are supplementary in nature. Meaning: surfaces that are only meant to bind, sink, or slip the user while running. Any surface meant to burn the user would not be affected by the seal.

Description: This could be considered a alteration to the original ninjutsu known as (Bunshin Bukuha) Shadow Clone Explosion. The user will perform a single handseal, boar, before grabbing several explosive tags, 20, before throwing them into the air having charged them with chakra in between grabbing them and tossing them into the air. Once done the user will clap their hands together whilst altering the chakra stored in the tags so that they will take on the form of a large group of souls howling in pain. These "souls" will then fly towards the opponent(s) with great speed, using the chakra as propellant, before converging on the target all at once before finally exploding nearly all at once creating a relatively large crater at the point of impact.

Description: This weapon is a ring composed of black iron and varying chakra metals that react differently depending on the amount or type of chakra being inputted. And as such it has a few abilities going along with this ability.

(Erufu No Chishiki) Elven Knowledge:
In this form it has a passive ability which is to notify the user when he/she is under genjutsu by one of the thorns on the ring growing slightly giving the user a slight prick on the finger the ring is equipped on as well as glowing a bright green depending on the rank of the technique. This is achieved by using the chakra the ring is passively absorbing to fuel the transformations and it is alerted by the change in the quality of chakra the ring receives changing. The main ability however is the ability to summon two weapons that the people known as elves used to use that originate from one of the thorns on the ring after applying chakra to the thorn.

(Erufu No Yumi) Elven Bow:
This bow is summoned one the user inserts chakra into the first thorn, this will cause the thorn to glow green before expanding and growing like a tree except it will grow into a large 3ft long bow composed of the same metal as the ring causing it to be black in color as well as making it virtually unbreakable. The passive ability of this bow is to convert the users chakra into arrows, for each point given is 3 arrows that can be fired all at once. But the main ability, that is equal to a B-rank attack/ninjutsu, is Spectral Arrow. Spectral Arrow is a technique in which the bow and the user changes a portion of their chakra into a much larger and powerful version of the normal arrows that when fired will be sheathed in chakra as it flies at a great speed.

(Erufu No Tanken) Elven Dagger:
This dagger is summoned in the same way the bow is except from a different thorn and has the same indestructible nature. This weapon's only ability is to turn into a chakra blade, equal to B-rank Ninjutsu, capable of cutting through most things in the way. The initial blade is 2ft long but with chakra blade mode it get a extra foot of reach. This chakra blade mode can only be used to cut through physical objects such as suiton, summons, doton, and in most cases futon(if it is a technique with shape not a strong gust of wind.) This dagger can be enhanced with technique as well as the chakra blade mode.

Description: The user will first clap their hands together while releasing stored suiton chakra into the air around them. Following this they will use this chakra to manipulate the moisture in the air creating a 1 inch thick disk of water in the desired location whether it be at a angle in the air or directly below their feet. Once this is done the user will make the water contract in size while expanding upwards in the desired direction this will cause the user to be launched in said direction at a speed that surpasses the running speed of taijutsu experts. The user can create more launch pads should they need to gain more height or change direction multiple times by simply adding chakra to the initial set up thus the varying chakra cost and rank. Each pad can only be used to gain a maximum height of 4 meters each. The water will act as a spring of sorts when going from one to the other so that the users legs go uninjured. The maximum amount of pads that can be created is 3 per turn.

Description: This sword was originally created for the use of smoke ninjutsu users, but its full potential was realized as it underwent a massive overhaul in design and purpose to help in more general ways. By using its unique container like make up, along with its ability to separate and still function, this blade became a very useful and unique weapon. Black XIV is a large sword that is about the size of an average adult male. It is made out of hard tempered steel making it quite durable (Can be destroyed by S rank elemental attacks). Its general ability is that the blade is able to separate into 15 parts which can be operated up to mid-range of the user via mental command. Smoke as well as smoke bombs can be shot/released from Black XIV. Each part is the size of a small triangular box, and its edges are sharp enough to cut through objects; however, the different parts of the blade were modified to aid the user in greater ways.

System Ares -On command the user will release four parts from the main blade. Each part will attach to one of the user’s wrists, or one of the user’s ankles. Essentially they serve as ankle and wrist bracers. (This is possible as these parts are designed to open up, and close around the limbs. The container like design aids in this process.) In exchange for the user's chakra, an invisible, spherical barrier is erected around the user. While in this barrier, the light that hits it is refracted so that the users image is always displaced approximately 2 meters from his actual location. This makes it impossible to attack the user with attacks that require pinpoint accuracy as they will only hit the displaced image, and not the user. In a close ranged encounter it also makes it difficult to evade his attacks since the image seen, is not the actual location of the user. Since the blades are constantly absorbing the user's chakra, if any foreign source enters the user's body, the blades will automatically create a spike in the user's chakra to fix the error in the system. This is not to say that it can tell if there is foreign chakra, but it cannot absorb two different chakra's at once. The spike follows the same rules as kai.

NOTE: It is worthy to note that the following is not an ability outside of its normal functions, but due to the actual form, the user has a certain benefit. Since the user can control the separated blades mentally, should the user become paralyzed/immobilized, the user can simply use his ability to mentally control the movement of the blades in order to move his body despite being immobilized. While doing so, the user can perform non-elemental taijutsu involving the legs and arms by using this ability while under the effects of immobilization.

System Athena-The user will summon up to 8 parts of Black XIV that will be used for defensive, or supplementary purposes. When System Aegis is activated, the user will allow them to absorb his chakra as he uses them as a medium to erect multiple barriers. The eight Black XIV parts will hover around the user and a 1 meter pink cuboid barrier will be erected around each blade. When the user is attacked he can use these cubed barriers to defend himself and maneuver them up to mid-range. Moreover, the user may also opt to use these barriers as a platform to escape hazardous terrain, or gain an advantage over the enemy. (The user is capable of standing on the barrier.) 1 barrier protects against a D rank technique. Two barriers protect against a C rank technique. 4 protects against B rank technique, and 8 protect against an A rank technique. Since the user is consistently fueling these parts with chakra the barriers will be erected once again should they be destroyed, albeit after 1 turn.

System Hades-System Hades consists of one part of Black XIV at its base. It is perhaps the most important part of Black XIV. Part 0 is marked with the kanji symbol Rebirth, and is able to passively recreate a copy of a destroyed part of Black XIV. Each replaced part will cost 10 chakra points, and only four parts can be recreated at one time. Recreating a destroyed part does not cost a move. Once system Hades is activated the process of recreation will not stop until all parts of Black XIV have been repaired.

When the user is attacked he can use these cubed barriers to defend himself and maneuver them up to mid-range. Moreover, the user may also opt to use these barriers as a platform to escape hazardous terrain, or gain an advantage over the enemy. (The user is capable of standing on the barrier.) 1 barrier protects against a D rank technique. Two barriers protect against a C rank technique. 4 protects against B rank technique, and 8 protect against an A rank technique. Since the user is consistently fueling these parts with chakra the barriers will be erected once again should they be destroyed, albeit after 1 turn.



System Hades-System Hades consists of one part of Black XIV at its base. It is perhaps the most important part of Black XIV. Part 0 is marked with the kanji symbol Rebirth, and is able to passively recreate a copy of a destroyed part of Black XIV. Each replaced part will cost 10 chakra points, and only four parts can be recreated at one time. Recreating a destroyed part does not cost a move. Once system Hades is activated the process of recreation will not stop until all parts of Black XIV have been repaired.

Description: Born from a union between science and chakra, the Hōgyoku is just like in the case of Samehada, a parasitic organism, but different from many we have seen prior. The organism is trapped into a hardened layer of itself, in a spherical shape, looking almost as a gem stone, shining blue. This organism is implanted in the user’s chest, connected via medical jutsu to the different chakra network channels. The Hōgyoku was projected to read the different kinds of wavelength of the chakra released. We have seen in the series that the chakra has a very deep connection to the emotional cases of the user, so the moment when the chakra requires or needs more power, it will project that very desire into the chakra itself, being read by the weapon. The Hōgyoku is capable of growing at will and since it is implanted into the user’s chakra system and body, due to the connection it has to the blood vessels it can travel across the body of the ninja or shinobi to different locations, making its true purpose shine. The Hōgyoku can at will, grow at different parts of the users body, creating a very monstrous shape, working as a both outer and inner armor, which leaks out of the pores and forms, keeping the skin and muscle tissue of the person inside these inner created layers. The Hōgyoku will be able to form a very special cover around very specific wounds, keeping the body together, but not in any way healing them. This organism is a parasitic one who helps the user, but does not heal him, so as the turns continue, the damage would get worse and more infected, but still work, due to the effect of the organic material Hōgyoku is made out of. As for the transformations, due to the extensive and complex process of molecular restructuring and transformation, the subject must wait one turn after each transformation before beginning another. All changes to the subject are irreversible, and permanently active unless an area unprotected by the membrane armor has been attacked. The Hōgyoku will passively recover from any damage sustained to its organic material proportionate to its durability, while any membrane armor that sustains damage from one rank higher than its durability can only be recovered from once.

No mention of an organism for a weapon. To make a weapon that can be fused with you you need med training. This is already way too much and beyond a normal ninja.. i don't even need to read the rest. Declined.

First Fusion: Crisálida

After 1 turn, the first transformation will complete, which will be marked by the release of a massive discharge of purple energy that can potentially harm any that are too close. Upon transforming, the user will emerge with a phantom-like appearance, consisting of a white cloak which is split in four sections near the waist. There is a cross in the middle of the cloak, showing where the Hōgyoku is embedded in the subject. The subject's attributes will be boosted, being able to hit harder and endure more physically (+5 on all subject's Taijutsu and Kenjutsu, -5 from all techniques where damage is physical or concussive), and their techniques will be more powerful than before (+5 damage on all normal and elemental Ninjutsu). In response to attacks of at least C-Rank, the white cloak appears to crack and fold, and is able to be broken, at which point the user's actual body is exposed, with additional physical changes being observable; their eyes turning grey with purple sclera and longer hair.

Second Fusion: Evolucionar

The subject may not begin another transformation process until one turn after the completion of the first transformation. Upon which, the subject may then begin the next. The transformation process requires 2 turns to complete, during which the same abilities regarding attribute increases apply. After the transformation process completes, the subject will emerge from an explosion of energy similar to that of the last transformation. The subject will have undergone an even more drastic physical change: the subject has a hole in the center of their chest with a cross in the middle of it. The form-fitting white robe which enveloped the subject in the previous form lengthens, and flares out at the ends. In this form, the subject's irises vanish, as well as their eyebrows. Embedded in their forehead is a diamond-shaped object. The most distinguishing feature of this transformation is the 3 sets of butterfly-like wings of B-Rank durability which can be used to cover short-range distances at rapid speeds when flapped (use of the wings counts as a move). With this transformation, the user stacks the same ± (plus/minus) attribute boosts by an additional 5 points from their previous form (in total, +10 on all subject's Taijutsu and Kenjutsu, -10 from all techniques where damage is physical or concussive, +10 damage on all basic and Elemental Ninjutsu). In this transformation, the membrane armour covers all parts of the body except for the head.

Final Fusion: Divino

Upon completion of the second transformation, the subject must wait one turn until they can begin their next and final transformation. After the transformation process completes, which takes 3 turns, the subject will enter their final transformation stage. The subject will take on a very demonic appearance, the diamond-shaped point has broken open, revealing a vertical black third eye upon the center of the subject's forehead, and the skin on the face splits open down the middle and pulls back around the sides of the head to reveal a blackened, demon-like skull. The subject gains three holes running vertically down his chest, the Hōgyoku standing at the center of the top hole. Additionally, the subject's feet become single claws, and their hands and feet become blackened. The butterfly-like wings change into a set of six sheet-like wings, now of A-Rank durability, with eyes set upon the center, adorned with demonic skulls, and trailing into tendrils. The user will stack an additional ±5 points for a cumulative total of ±15 points by this stage, in addition to the same utility of wings as the previous form granted. This is the most offensively oriented form that the Hōgyoku grants the subject, as the small skulls on the wings now have attack capability. Each of them can fire off a small, compressed ball of Fire chakra that will detonate on impact and create a large explosion (each fireball is of A-Rank strength, an individual usage counts as a move, and can reach up to mid-range). In addition, by drawing on the subject's chakra, the Hōgyoku can fire an extremely powerful blast of a bluish-purple colour of S-Rank that can reach up to long-range with a diameter of 7 inches, and counts towards the move limit. The membrane armour covers the whole body in this transformation.

With each of the forms, the user will lose a total of 10 – 20 – 30 health at the moment each form is activated. upon each activation as the lasts form itself will absorb up to 20 chakra points per turn and 20 health as well. Under a larger influence of the said weapon in its Divino form, since the organism is in a blooming phase, it will affect his emotional and mental state, slowly, making the change irreversible and overtaking the user itself. This form would indicate the total mental death of the user, leaving him as a slaughtering monster. The last form can last a total of 5 turns before this would happen.

Description: This technique is the ultimate pinnacle of Dark usage. Using chakra that has been absorbed from two uses of Inhaling Maw, or Ultimate Inhaling Maw, the user channels all of it into a concentrated orb between the fingers in their hand. Then, the chakra will ripple out as several bolts which will occupy four spots around the enemy in a quadrilateral formation. At which point, the user then manipulates the chakra so that it connects and begins to form a box around the opponent. The formation of the box is quite quick, only taking a moment to complete. Once the box has been created, with the target inside, it will begin to siphon chakra from anything caught inside with extreme power. The force of the suction will cause major physical harm to the opponent, as their body is being violently pulled along with the chakra due to the pressure of the suction. The chakra sapped will be absorbed by the user and immediately converted into Dark chakra. However, it should be noted, that due to the amount of chakra and control required to create the box and employ the suction powers, other techniques cannot be used at the same time, or the jutsu will fail.

Declined - seems to me your combining the two methods of dark release but not in the right way. You use inhaling maw to absorb after that it's released as blue fire for attack, the blue fire/energy doesn't absorb in the way you've described.

Referred to as 'Master Splinter', this ninja rat wears no armor whatsoever. Standing at eight feet tall with sleek grey fur and a neatly braided white beard, he appears clad in a burgundy martial artist's robe. Both his fists and feet are wrapped in bandages to minimize damage to them when he fights. Splinter is highly respected by all dwellers of the Underland, and as the one responsible for hand to hand combat and weapons training, he is also rumored to be stronger than the current ruler of the Underland. His main fighting style revolves around hand to hand combat, with him being able to use all taijutsu skills the user knows up to and including S-rank. His speed can be compared to that of a sage ranked taijutsu master, and his strength is also comparable to that of the Monkey King Enma, who he had fought during his pilgrimage across the world. He can withstand a taijutsu hit of B-rank with little injury but if a direct hit from techniques higher than B-rank, he will disperse. Even though his specialty is taijutsu, Master Splinter is a proud and noble ninja rat of the Underland, and as such he is well trained in the area of ninjutsu. He is able to use ninjutsu techniques up to B-rank, and all ninjutsu techniques tied to the Rat Contract. Tied to the belt around his waist are multiple scrolls, which when unfurled summon different weapons in hand that he uses to augment his ninjutsu techniques. Splinter has a unique ability that allows him to channel chakra into his tail to greatly empower it, strengthening the muscles therein for various purposes. His tail becomes as hard as steel, with the channeled chakra allowing him to swing it around faster than normal and extended up to twice it's regular size. This turns it into a weapon that he can use to crush, pierce, and tear through his enemies, as well as solid structures of B-rank and below. Splinter can also use the tail to deflect weapons such as kunai, shuriken, and swords.

Description: Ekise is a blind small Bengal monitor perhaps the smallest about 9cm in length, he is black in colour and possesses only one ability, the ability to control a body (movements and chakra) by connecting his tail and claws to the spine of the body or the brain and sending all the chakra he has leeched from the body back into the body's spine and the brain in other to control both organs and therefore ultimately to control the body, he cannot be connected to anyone but the user as he only possesses the user's chakra and when he fuses with the user, he gains access to the user's memories and can communicate telepathically with the user, he constantly takes 3 chakra points from the user every turn to sustain himself.
Ekise despite been annoying is loyal to Bengal monitor contract holders and will temporarily take control over the user's body when he notices the user can't move and would fulfill the user's wishes, he takes control when the user can't move his body e.g due to mental issues like a movement restraining genjutsu, if the user is asleep or even if the user is dead, when the user dies however, as long as Ekise isn't killed in the process and the user's brain isn't destroyed in the process, he immediately gains access to all the user's senses and can manipulate the user's body to perform all the jutsus the user knows up to A rank, however he can use the user's specialty up to S rank as he has more knowledge of these, however he can only control the user's dead body for 5 turns before he dies as he needs a living host to live.
Note : Ekise being a parasite possesses no chakra or scent of his own and simply possesses the user's chakra signature and their scent therefore only the byakugan and due to his small size conventional sensing jutsus like rain Tiger at will can't sense Ekise.
Note : Ekise cannot be placed under a visual genjutsu as he is blind and cannot be placed under regular genjutsu as he constantly receives chakra from the User's body dead or alive, in several instances it has been proved that dead people still possess chakra, an example is Hashirama's body and genes, whom after dieing still served as chakra source for orochimaru's experiment and even the chunk Madara bit off still possessed chakra, another example is how a person's chakra can be analyzed from their dead body
Note : The user constantly feels small pain from where Ekise pierces their skin with his claws and , the pain doesn't affect the user since the user gets used to it but it makes the user immune to B rank and below genjutsus.
Note : One more Monitor can be summoned when Ekise is on the battlefield.

Description: Way of the Beast is small branch of cannon taijutsu which focuses applies chakra to all strikes and movements to deal extra damage on what could be considered free form combos. By studying animals the style was created to mimic the fluidity of there motions as well as the power. Falcon Claw is the third form of the way of the beast, like the name states it revolves around the falcon. The falcon a bird which attacks its prey swiftly through the air through usage of claws and talons. In order to gain such a result the user focuses chakra again to the hands but specifically the fingers this time. Taking 1, 2, 3, or 4 of the fingers and coating them with chakra to deliver swift finger based linear strikes. Attacking the opponent's arms and shoulders 3 times with each hand and finishing it by the user jumping into the air and slashing downward on the shoulders of the opponent, leaving deep cuts in the flesh of the opponent.

Similar to the "frozen rain capture" technique where the user moves the rain clouds higher while maintaining chakra in the rain to cause it to freeze over. Higher up than normal the rain freezes then as it starts to fall friction builds up around it partially melting it and turning it into sleet which falls over the opponent in large volume covering him up. As the opponent is covered by the sleet the user performs one hand seal causing the sleet to tighten like ropes around the opponent.

The user will release his hands and the rain will fall down upon the opponent like a waterfall covering an area up to short range around the opponent. The falling water has the force to break bones due to all that mass as well as gravity amplifying.

Description: A simple technique used to take over the opponents senses of sight and sound in order to cause them to experience an illusion in which the user will offer a surrender to the battle, it is often used to safely assess whether or not the opponent will accept a surrender and in surprise attacks alike. This is accomplished by making three hand seals if the user is at a mid-range of the target, or simply by making a hand gesture that the target can see in short-range. The user will maintain awareness/control of what the opponent sees/experiences, but at the cost of being unable to perform jutsu themselves while this jutsu remains active. The details of the illusionary surrender are decided by the user situationally (dialogue, actions of the user's illusionary self, etc...).
Note: Any actions performed by the target of the illusion will be performed outside the illusion as well; they are not paralyzed.

Declined - you say can't use jutsu but what about weapons and such, can you just make that clear, but otherwise, this will be very useful in the NW

Description: A unique alteration of the explosive paper tag concept used when a more refined approach is required. During the creation of the tags, the sealing technique used on them is altered, with the most notable change being the kanji for "explode" being replaced by one which reads "disrupt". Instead of releasing explosive energy, the tag will release a surge of visible chakra which disrupts any chakra sources within a short-range of the tag, causing the source to weaken in one of two ways depending on if its a shinobi or a technique. Should a shinobi, clone, summoning companion, etc... be caught in this visible surge of chakra, the balance of their chakra system will be temporarily disrupted, causing it to be difficult to manipulate large quantities of chakra, lowering the rank of the jutsu they are capable of performing by one. For example, Sannin and above will drop to only being able to perform s-rank and below, S-Class will only be able to perform a-rank and below, etc... The chakra system however will continue to flow and naturally correct the disruption over time; the shinobi hit by this will only be afflicted for a turn, at which point their chakra system will naturally continue flowing and correct the imbalance.

Should a jutsu fall within the pulse of chakra, the chakra held within it which maintains it will be attacked in a similar way. Through disrupting the balance of the chakra in the jutsu, disrupting both its state and shape manipulation, thereby weakening it. Any jutsu caught in the range of the surge will drop a full rank in damage and power. Should the damage of the jutsu already be above 90, however, it will simply have a -20 damage applied to it, until it falls into an s-rank damage range at which point the rank also converts. Should the tag affect a jutsu which takes up a space larger than its range, the jutsu will only be weakened within its confines: the rest of the jutsu will continue full force. The user is able to detonate these tags through all the same methods in which one detonates a regular paper tag (timers, hand seals, etc...). These tags can be substituted in the place of explosive damage paper tags in a jutsu, though this may result in a loss of damage depending on the jutsu: if it relies on the explosive tags to deal its damage, it will be forfeited. As a result of complicating the seal itself, however, the "key" to detonating these tag requires a significant amount of chakra, unlike their explosive counterpart. The user must spend 30 chakra points anytime a tag is detonated, though it can still be done without consuming a move slot.
Note: The user, his allies and his jutsu are vulnerable to the effects of these tags.
Note: The effects of the tags stack up to three times on a single target; even if they are hit by more, the rank can only be dropped thrice.

Description: A unique type of fuuinjutsu barrier developed in order to safely maneuver booby-trapped environments and remove the advantage of heavily tattooed opponents. The user will perform four hand seals and release a transparent light blue barrier of chakra from their body, spanning up to a mid-range away per the user's wishes. The chakra within this barrier serves to detect and repress seals that are contained within a kanji/kanji formula through the user's knowledge of six parts of sealing. This will be achieved by the barrier utilizing the chakra held within it to forceably push in on and surround the seals, causing them to glow the color of the user's chakra. Resultantly, the seal will be effectively locked, meaning not even its key can trigger it while the barrier is active. This effectively prevents them from activating in order to release chakra/their main affect into the world or even passively granting benefits. This includes any seal the user has access to, as well as those of the opponents. This is only effective against seals of A-rank and below as higher ranked seals are too advanced and powerful for the barrier to suppress.

(Doton - Mukō no) - Earth Style - Null and Void

Description: A jutsu created to battle against water and mist based techniques. By concentrating their doton chakra inside themselves, the user will force the chakra out of their entire body and quickly into the surrounding environment filling the entire field of battle. The chakra is unseeable to the naked eye and has no offensive purpose, however it will absorb moisture due to it's natural strength against suiton nullifying any water chakra currently active on the field at the time of activation following strengths and weaknesses. As long as the user continues to feed chakra into the technique, water based techniques used by an opponent after it's activation will suffer -20 damage equivalent to the loss of one rank in strength due to the overwhelming doton chakra filling the field. The users own doton techniques, however, will gain a boost as well. Any doton technique used by them while active will gain +20 damage and a rank increase, however this only applies to A rank and below techniques. Everytime the user uses this to boost the strength of their doton techniques, the duration of this technique is reduced by 1 turn.

Description: By sending their chakra into the rain clouds, the user can condense rain drops together in the clouds, dropping them down from the clouds to whatever height the user desires shaped like long ropes, but its really just rain drops molded together. By manipulating their chakra in the rain ropes, the user is able to grasp hold of them and pull themselves upwards/whichever direction they are pulling towards and swing from rope to rope. Alternatively, the ropes could be used to wrap around and bind and opponent, squeezing them tightly crushing them over time.

Description: After identifying an illusion, the user will focus his sound chakra while humming. This harmonizes the users chakra flow throughout their body by creating vibrations that resonate opposite to the foreign chakra within, effectively disrupting the illusion. This proves to be an ideal technique to release Genjutsu of the same rank. The power of this technique is dependent on the amount chakra fueled into it. This technique can also be used on an ally through direct contact, by challenge the chakra and vibrations into their chakra supply in order to disrupt the illusion.

Description: The user will focus his chakra and whistle or snap his fingers to create a soft sound wave that will travel in a single direction placing a single target who hears it into a Illusion. In this illusion, the target will suddenly find themselves being sliced in their spine by a sound wave. This illusion will mimic the affects of palatalization thous keeping the opponent bound in both the illusion and the real world. Ultimately, this technique is designed to hinder the opponent while masking another possible threat. This technique cannot target more then one person at a time and has limited range.

‡ Declined ‡ I get the bolded is an actual word but it makes literally no sense in this context. If you meant the tatget is paralyzed, this is simply yet another generic illusion. There are enough of those already.
